A few items of Note! Busy place with tight hours! Service was suspect. Very little attention was paid to us from our server. Only came by once to ta Le our order. Ordered the New Haven It. Was burnt. Since I could not find our waiter I ate it. It was fine.

We ate here after arriving at our daughter's nearby apartment late on a Sunday evening. While driving in, she had suggested pizza and so our mouths were watering by the time we arrived. We each got an individual pizza- the size is phenomenal- my daughter and I could only eat 2/3. I loved the pizza with shaved Brussels sprouts, and my daughter and husband both got the pizza with sausage & pineapple. It was crowded, but the hostess/waitress found seats for us at the high top seats at the window, and offered to keep an eye open for standard seats in the back. She also offered to check the dough supply due to our late arrival time. We were SO happy they had enough dough for our 3 pizzas. I happily enjoyed the toppings from my pizza the next morning with breakfast.

This place is great. Very busy on a friday and saturday night, but thats because the food is awesome. Drink list is enormous.

Wheated is about the full experience. The atmosphere is friendly and casual, the pizza is perfectly proportioned and delicious, and the cocktails are expertly crafted. The neighborhood is definitely aware of Wheated and it gets very busy, but somehow it has escaped the notice of the high-profile pizza scene, so it's not a nightmare to sit down at like John's or Emily.

This is our favorite restaurant. Delicious and creative pizza, awesome cocktails and bourbon selection, and friendly staff. Our three go to pizzas are the East Williamsburg, the Bay Ridge, and the Borough Park. My wife grew up in Naples, the true home of pizza, and she loves Wheated.

From the bartender serving great beer or a specialty drink to there fantastic pizza that accommodates vegetarian and meat eaters equally. The service was great. Even the owner is hands on cleaning tables serving drinks whatever it takes for every patron to get a table to sit at at a reasonable time frame. This place is a must go too.

I ordered a Bensonhurst Pie and it looked good but it changed to amazing after first bite. The staff was friendly and nice to chat with. My next visit is the Calzone I tasted There oven is 700 screeching degrees. Crust is light and tasty. I’ll be back. It’s a quaint restaurant with an outdoor area and a nice bar. Brooklyn atmosphere at its best.

This is hands down the best pizza in brooklyn even over "grimaldis" this is where you go for the brooklyn experience located in the up-and coming neighborhood "ditmas park" this place has an amazing white pizza with mushrooms, and great sauces such as spicy honey sauce. Very close to the church avenue train station definitely recommend.

The less Manhattan folks know about this place the better and let’s keep it for the locals. At least it’s far enough from the subway that maybe it’ll stay a hidden gem

The restaurant was busy but it was worth the wait. Take- outs seem to be popular judging by the number of boxes being picked up. The pizzas, both white and tomato based were excellent.

Best pizza in the city, for all things considered (price, wait times, service, friendliness, taste), and maybe even for taste alone, it's that good. Super casual, no pretentious 2h lines just to get onto a table sign-up sheet, and the pizzas are original and amazing. Better yet, they do take out and they're just as good 15 minutes later home as at the place. Awesome owner during the pandemic, and makes you feel like you're at home.

Ordered the Vinegar Hill which was a pie with crumbled gorgonzola blue cheese, fresh and low moisture mozzarella, butter mashed potatoes, grape must syrup. Was delicious. To-go cocktails were good but pricey. Pandemic covid19 to go cocktails only come around once in a generation so what the hell.

I called ahead to check about the ingredients in a vegan version of the Ditmas Park pizza and the employee was informative and helpful. Takeout was outside through a big window. The pizza was one of the best I've had and the vegan cheese had just the right amount of flavor.

Best pizza restaurant in Ditmas Park, Bklyn. Delicious pizza with thin crust and lots of fresh, yummy ingredients. Not your typical pizza. I like Bensonhurst with mushrooms. Special sausage is delicious! Don't forget to try out the salads. Great service. Bar if you like one. Owner is really nice and helpful.
Truly a Brooklyn hidden gem.
Only a few blocks south of Prospect Park where you will find a venue making some of the best pizza not only in Brooklyn but in NYC. All of the pies are worth checking out. The salads are nothing to sneeze at too. Simple and fresh ingredients. Damn good food. Wonderful staff. Mix that all together and you will have a wonderful experience. Damn, I'm getting hungry again.
