Girls Trip

By dmr2b |

Spent a Sunday afternoon on Fremont Street. Had a great lunch and view from the Whiskey Licker Up. They had gluten free options which I found to be non existent in most resturautns in Vegas. Sat at the balcony and watched the crowd below on Fremont. I will most definitely eat and drink at this location again.

Would not recommend!

My husband and I just took a trip here for our anniversary with my in-laws. We were walking freemont street to head to get a cab to dinner. I’m a type 1 diabetic and my blood sugar started dropping. I took a glucose tablet and needed a place to sit down. This restaurant was close to us so we went upstairs to get a table. We were told that only bar seating was available because they didn’t have a waitresss working yet. We went in and there weren’t 4 chairs at the bar so we sat at the bar next to the window and walked up to the bar to get some drinks. After we got our drinks, the waitress showed up and asked what we wanted to eat. I explained we were just stopping for a drink really quick. She seemed very annoyed and walked away. A few minutes later, we were asked to leave because they have a “2 drink minimum”. There’s a sign at the door that indicates a 1 drink minimum though. It was not busy at all-nobody was waiting on a table so we weren’t taking away from anyone. Very inconsiderate!

Vegas wedding trip

Great place to grab a drink and bite to eat. They have a rotating bar that is pretty cool, food was great, prices reasonable and great service, no smoking inside.

Rotating bar

By JCJOHNCONNOR |

Popped in for one drink to avoid the madness of Fremont street and stayed for 3 hrs . Great staff lovely food and an amazing rotating bar to sit at and watch the world go by out side

If you skip this, you won't miss anything

By stayc1714 |

Staff was nice enough even though they were short staffed. We decided to order a few appetizers and drinks. The drinks were fine but the food was lacking. Ordered fries, sliders and some avocado salad thing (which others in the group did like) wanted the fry appetizer but they gave us a side of fries which was great (on my wallet) because the fries were burnt, like they tried to double deep fry them. The slides weren't bad but the bottom buns were soggy and top ones were burnt. Wouldn't go back again.

Lunch with a view

By Tanya B |

This bar/ restaurant overlooks Freemont Street. You can get a drink or a meal. There is a revolving bar in the corner or a patio that you can sit and watch the activity on the street below. The food was good. Must highlight some of the best vinegar-based coleslaws, I have had and the homemade pickles have the tangy, sweet-spicy taste leaving you wanting more. Looking forward to another opportunity to stop in again.

Nice Bar

By Charitey |

We had drinks with our family while they ate. They said the food was great and the presentation was nice. The drinks were good and the view was very nice of Freemont St. It is definitely worth checking out if you are on Freemont St.

Best People Watching on Fremont

By Mom2Twincesses |

Since we were having a rather early lunch, we had the option to sit at the rotating bar or along the window ledge to people watch. We didn’t want drinks and it’s Vegas-so people watching won hands-down. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and kind, and made us her own special “sweet tea” (with simple syrup). The food was great (I got the whiskey burger and my cousin had the sliders) and in generous portions. I’m not a French fry girl, typically, but these were so good-crispy, hot, and covered in salt and pepper!

Great Place

By CindyB |

we were hanging out at Fremont Street and decided it was dinner time. This restaurant was close by and we thought we'd take a chance. Great food, great waitress, great ambiance... never would have guesses from the street view. We sat on the deck and was able to people watch and listen to the band. Highly recommend the all meat Stromboli. Everything about it was delicious especially the marinara sauce and crust.

Good spot on Fremont!

By T0610 |

We stopped in for drinks while checking out Fremont Street. We sat at the inside bar and had a great experience. The bartender was very attentive and rather funny. Their bourbon selection is pretty good, and prices are VERY reasonable considering the size of their pours! Highly recommend checking this place out, especially if you’re a bourbon fan who doesn’t want to spend the extremely high prices the places on the strip charge! We didn’t order any food, but the food other people had looked and smelled amazing!

Excellent Burger, very poor waitress, but excellent bartender.

By 58Texastransplant100 |

GREAT Hamburgers! Had the Drunken Burger for $$17. Couldn't finish all of mine, it was maybe 5" tall. Tasty, "5-napkin" juicy. Place had abut a dozen TV's with football on them, good for sports fans. HORRIBLE waitress! She took our order, someone else brought it to the table and she gave us the bill at the end. NEVER asked how the food was, if we wanted more to drink, (which we did). I wound up going to the bartender several times to get salt & pepper, more napkins and sodas. Her 10% tip reflected this, but I did give the bartender the additional $10 she would have gotten. It wasn't too busy at 4:00 PM. Maybe because I an a "Senior Citizen" the waitress thought that I would be a poor tipper and she ignored us. Turned out this was a "self-fulfilling prophecy" she got 10% from us. Recommend this restaurant for a large, excellent burger. Also recommend that the manager have a training class for the servers.

Great experience

By David B |

Went for drinks with seats at the revolving bar. Great experience, lovely wine and atmosphere with wonderful views of Freemont Street.

Freemont food and drinks

By Danostar |

I was very impressed with the food, the massive portion sizes, the service and the menu prices! The Whiskey Licker Up Saloon was a great find! Overlooking Fremont Street, so you can take in the full Freemont experience. Definitely coming back again for a burger!!

Better Than Expected

By Normal_DJO |

Gotta say….really wasn’t expecting much in terms of service or food quality. Glad I was wrong. The food is above average bar food. Had a burger, which was very good, and my companion had the buffalo chicken sandwich. She felt the same. Service was extremely friendly and prompt. The prices were an absolute bargain compared to the rest of our trip. Fun spot.

WINGS!!

By Christine1217B |

Love this bar! Always a must stop! Great view while the bar slowly rotates, The beer is cold and I can’t say enough about the wings. They are fantastic!

Good views, great food, fantastic service 👌

By RobertB560 |

Really great place. Revolving bar, super sized food for fair prices. Enough to share for most. We shared a 1 lb hamburger. Yup, ONE POUND. Great service!

Hard ti Rate

By Fadipadi |

Tough to rate. Friendliness and service of staff. 5star. Time to actually get food - 3 stars (order a drink to pass the time.) Grilled pear salad 5 stars with this disclaimer- the pear is stone cold. The added grilled chicken was really dry. The Wagon Train (serves 2 midgets). The bbq cheddar chips which filled 1/4 of the tray were inedible because there was so much nasty coating on them. Stick with the sliders. Wings were good. The dish rates a 2. Obviously a better spot for drinking than dining.

Great food!

By Michelle B |

This is one of our favorite casual places to eat downtown. We love the rotating bar. It is also the best view of Freemont St.

fantastic

By Zindy S |

Great food, authentic American. Super service and good atmosphere Cute waiter and good service Remember "service/tip" is not automatically on the bill, do not cheat your waiter for the salary

Great place!

By JulesY959 |

Although they were short staff, who isn’t, they were trying their hardest and we were not in a hurry. Food was great! We will go back!

Different experience Up and Down

By onip1969 |

We stopped in for some food and drinks and were happy with both. We sat upstairs and enjoyed a few cocktails and burgers while enjoying the view and entertainment on Freemont. Our waitress was friendly and did a good job. Our experience outside on Freemont ordering drinks from the outside portion of the bar was a different experience. The bartender didn't know how to make the same drink offered upstairs that's in their drink menu. He offered something close and had to be told how to mix it by another bartender. Overall as we spent more time upstairs I would say it was good and recommend it. Ordering from the bar outside on the street level not so much.

Loved it

By dwrn54 |

We went here for lunch, ordered a burger and fries. The burger was excellent , and the fries were home cut and fresh, they were really good. Waitress was friendly, we were fortunate enough to get a seat at the front open railing, people watching was fun. The only bad part was that the escalator that goes up was not working, so I had to climb two flights of stairs to get up there. I do not do stairs well, breathing problems, but managed.

Nice visit. Great staff.

By Jessica L |

Their food was delicious 😋. The pork sliders were amazing! I will definitely visit again on my next vegas trip! Nice and clean too!

Licking the Plate at Whiskey Licker Up!

By JimChrisP |

If you find yourself in downtown Las Vegas, don’t pass up the chance to eat at this place! Everything is fresh and made in house down to grinding their own meat for one of the best burgers ever! The mud pie slice was HUGE and definitely shareable. Even then, my husband had to “wave the white flag!” See photo! Met Chef Mike and enjoyed chatting with him about this restaurant concept. Ask for Jazz...best server EVER!

one of two hotel properties with a 2nd story overlook of Fremont Street

By pchnmain |

If you've never been to "The Fremont Street Experience" before, a number of resort properties have patio bars on the pedestrian mall. For a long time, on the property's southwest corner, Binion's has had their "Whiskey Licker" bar. In addition to being located on the mall, the ground floor patio has a great view of one of the performance stages located on Fremont Street. (This bar is still operating.) Over a year ago, Binion's started a "project" above Whiskey Lickers. The wait is over, and the "Whiskey Licker Up" is open. The Whiskey Licker Up is a large space. I'm not sure what the maximum occupancy is; but when I visited, I believe that they could have fitted additional dining tables. If you go to their website, you can check out the full menu and beverage list. Food and beverage prices are reasonable, considering the location and ambiance. The food quality meets expectations, for a venue of this type. They have a rotating bar--but more importantly, at this time, there is only one other hotel that has a second story overlook of Fremont Street. Familiar with this property, I had a hard time imaging what occupied this space before. Speaking to one of the staff, they told me that back offices were demolished to create the space. Following the "highest and best use" principle of real estate, I think Binion's made a great choice. It was a quiet weekend on my first visit. Let's see if I can even get in this coming NCAA weekend. (joke)

Bad fries

By Angela G |

The fries were burnt looking and they were all small pieces. Not good hearty fries, not filling at allxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxcvhhgfddddyujbvddfhjnvxzsehjkbcxfhnsfghjvcdfhnhff.

Inconsistent service!!!

By Ann |

We’ve been here twice. The first time we had excellent service and food. The second (just 2 days apart) we had horrible service, our waiter didn’t come to our table until we were seated 30 minutes, our food was made wrong, and those that came in after us were eating before we ever saw our waiter. The food tasted great, but had this been our first time here, we wouldn’t be back. I can’t even imagine how they will handle being at full capacity when Covid restrictions are lifted.

Awesome food and service

By Michele O. |

Ended up eating here of a whim. Awesome way to view the Fremont with the rotating bar. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was out of this world good! Will definitely be visiting here again!

Good food & drink

By M W Mn |

Good food and drinks. Check out the rotating bar. Chicken tenders, patty melt and burgers were all good. Service excellent.

WHAT???CAN'T HEAR YOU!CAN'T HEAR ANYTHING BUT LOUD!!!!!!!

By Notpickybut62 |

My family and I had just received our meals and were looking forward to eating pleasantly in this restaurant, when the DJ started up in the tent next door. The music was so loud, the floor and the table were vibrating, and there was no way we could carry on conversation. So loud, I lost my appetite. We will never be back. Wonder if the owner of the restaurant realizes how much business he loses because of the excessively loud music. Then again, I suppose he could be the owner of the DJ tent.

Great food, location, revolving bar amazing build your own burgers . Downtown Vegas so bit wilder than the strip.

By samantharutgers |

Excellent location located on first floor good views of live bands and the amazing LCd roof top screen. Revolving bar and amazing build your own burgers . Staff very friendly , good food .

A great place to eat

By Snoozywoo |

Stopped here for lunch today and the food was amazing, so tasty and there was more than we could eat…..even though we gave it a good go. The Bloody Mary was the best I’d ever had and I have tried a few! Very reasonably priced and we found the staff to be extremely friendly. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and got straight in.

Well worth a visit

By clifford B |

Really lovely atmosphere. Staff have fantastic customer service skills, warm friendly and professional. They get the balance of being helpful and leaving you in peace to enjoy your meal, just right. The food is reasonably priced with generous portions. The quality of the food was amazing.

Great Place Downtown for a Large Group of Family and Friends!

By mmm10 |

I am reviewing for the BOTH times within the last year and a half visiting with a large group for dinner at Whiskey Liquor Up. The first time we visited in late summer of 2024 with a group of 20, and most recently the weekend before Thanksgiving (F1 and Neon City Music Fest) with a group of 30. Our extended family and friends have a tradition of going to Vegas for celebrations, and need a place for large groups to eat a celebration dinner. After calling multiple, downtown restaurants to reserve for a large group, I was beginning to get worried. Restaurants we'd frequented as a large group in the past (w/ reservations) no longer accepted large group reservations, or didn't want to reserve a large part of their restaurant on a Saturday Night (I even offered to pay a deposit). Luckily, I kept calling around and Whiskey Liquor Up was accomodating and allowed us to reserve. Our family who frequents Vegas hadn't ever eaten here so my fingers were crossed that it would be fun place for our celebration dinner. I was not disappointed. Not only is the staff accommodating with reservations, etc. ahead of time, but had an attentive staff the night of the celebration (both times!). I know our family and friends will be including Whiskey Liquor Up in our future trips (I know I will in a smaller group to sit at their round bar near the window view of Fremont Street!). It is a lively, fun place with views of Fremont Street and it has a large area toward the back for large groups to eat. It is nice and spread out, so your group isn't crowded together. The other great benefit is the food options and pricing. All food is mid -range priced with appetizers, meals and desserts (Many restaurants in the area are over-priced). The cocktails and beers are not over-priced either. This made me feel more comfortable hosting these two non-hosted celebration dinners because I knew our guests had travelled far, spent money on rooms and didn't have to overpay at our celebration dinner (allows for more money to gamble!) I highly recommend eating at Whiskey Liquor Up in a small or large group. The staff is accomodating for your event and offered great service!

Nice place

By goldsmol |

Good place to catch a good burger and people watch. Has a revolving bar. The restaurant overlooks Freemont Street.

Don’t miss it

By Daniel S |

You should stop by this place when on Fremont Street. The views, food, drinks, and service were all excellent. Perfect for people watching watching too

Look up and eat here.

By Angie G |

Slav was out waiter. He was Great and really took care of us even though this place was hopping. Even though we didn't sit there, I love the bar that is along the window so you can look down at Freemont St.

Good food

By ozzman |

Good food. great location. staff is friendly. Food good size portions. If you leave hungry it's your own fault. Would come back again.

EAT HERE!!

By Purplefrogbarrett |

EAT HERE!!! It’s a must downtown. Plates are huge and the fries are good!! Excellent queso too!! Great service, fabulous food, fantastic view!!! You won’t regret it!!

Very rude hostess at upstairs restaurant but good food

By kritter0622 |

Food was excellent! Wine was great! Server was great too, however I almost left before being served due to being ignored by the hostess. I was waiting by the wait to be seated sign and after standing there for 15 minutes, she approached me and rudelt told me I should have walked past the sign to tell her I was there. When she seated me, I said thank you and she snubbed me and didn't respond. This was upstairs at the restaurant.

Great lunch and dinner.

By hunters821 |

We ate here for lunch and dinner. The hamburgers are huge and delicious. Their salads are also great and homemade onions rings were the best!

Must go to on Fremont street

By gilchrist48047 |

Drinks were really really good and great view of Fremont street. Our server “slev or slav” was awesome. Checked on us frequently and had a great personality

Terrible staff!

By Steven C |

The food was reasonable, the evening was ok. Then waitress came up and complained about the tip we gave her. It was not enough. $10 tip for one round of drinks and 3 meals and SHE came beck to our table and complained! Spoilt the entire evening. I would never return to this premises ever again. So rude! I informed staff of this and where we were sat. I hope something is done to stop this.

Ok service but very good location

By Darrin D |

We called in here for the vantage point during a concert at Fremont and we enjoyed the atmosphere straight away. The drinks were reasonable and the location spectacular. The only sour note was a female bar attendant who was devoid of manners and personality - I always tipped generously but I was left wondering why I should when the service was sub-standard. The other staff were fine and were rewarded with good tips.

Delicious food, wonderful service and a great location.

By Mary K |

I recently visited this pub with a group of about 20 people. The entire staff from the moment we arrived were friendly and professional. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The pub is on Freemont with great views. Overall, our group had a great time and we will definitely be returning.

What a view!

By Shannon A |

This new bar is a must see on Fremont Street. The bar spins 360 degrees and overlooks Fremont Street. They have an open viewing area for the music stage. The food was really good. We had the appetizer platter and cocktails. Very good service from Taylor (our waitress) and Jason the bartender. We will definitely be back.

Good Food

By Peter M |

We went in as a group and were lucky enough to sit at the revolving bar. We had a couple of drinks and ordered a bunch of bar food. It was awesome because the restaurant spins so you get a great view of Freemont Street. You can look at the crowd going by and see everything. The food was good, The bartender was funny and always checking to see if you need anything. It was a great evening there.

Fun Stop

By Shane W |

We enjoyed our stay here. The food is typical bar fare and prices are reasonable, given the location. Overall, teh place has a fun vibe if you want a place to relax with some apps and beer.

Weeknight dinner

By CKLB |

We were in town for a conference and had coworkers that had never been to Vegas. We took them to the Fremont experience and were looking for a casual place to eat. This turned out to be a great spot. The place was pretty full but the service was good and food was brought to the table quickly. I would have no problem going back again. Drinks and food were reasonably priced.

More show than substance …

By Josef |

Total rip-off... Free seats are shown from the outside to attract customers. And that's how it stays. Sitting around and waiting. Plus girls in inappropriate shorts... it's 2023... really bad...

A good place to have a drink.

By I love dining out |

Only stopped here for a drink but the servers were very accommodating and got our big group on one table. Great menu and very friendly, professional staff.

The Revolving Bar is Awesome!

By trlett |

A great casual restaurant/bar located on Fremont Street. I always sit in the revolving bar, it has a great view and friendly bar tenders. The food is great, large portions and very tasty. They have good cocktails and a large selection of beers. This is a must stop every time I am in Las Vegas. It is definitely worth your time!

Unprofessional and Rude & Racist bartender DANIEL”

By Kathleen |

On our yearly visit to vegas a few weeks ago ( May 4, 2023). I wanted to visit Whiskey Liquor Up Saloon's rotating bar, upon arriving the host Sarah advised us that there were a one or two seats scattered in between other guest ( we needed two seat together) so she sat us a the window seats a few steps from the bar and advised us that bar seating was first come first serve and she believed there were a couple of guest about to leave and we could have their seats, so we decided to go ahead and order drinks with Zabily and wait she also tells us that she will be on the lookout for guest leaving as well and that we could get the seats. Within a few minutes 2 seats became available but when we attempted to sit the bartender DANIEL rudely & aggressively told us to that we couldn't have those seats and that it was a one drink minimum to sit at the bar and the drinks that we had in hand didnt count as if we couldn't or didnt have plans to buy more, he then said that he had some ladies (who happened to be caucasian and came out of nowhere) he was sitting there, So we politely moved to wait on the next 2 available spots, ( when I should have left then) a few minutes later and guest told us that they were leaving and we could have their seats. Daniel took his time to clean the area and didn't come back for a least 10 -15 minutes NEVER asking if we needed anything. But when he did he asked us to move down for another caucasian couple due to there were empty seats scattered between us at which time I refused stating to him that he didn't make the accommodation for us and he then said that we needed to leave HIS bar and that he wouldn't serve us and began to give us a bill, I then asked to see a manager, Jennifer arrived and told us that we would need to leave the bar and that unfortunately she can't make him serve us. I then began to explain to her our entire experience and what both the hostess and server told us which she also confirmed #1 That he couldn't save or withhold any seats. #2 It was first come first serve. She also advised me that I wasn't the only complaint that evening about DANIEL rudeness and lack of customer service and offered to pay for our drinks and we could sit elsewhere I told her that i would perfer to leave. She proceeded to give me a card with the senior managers name on it ( Pierre Cosio) and that he would be available on that Monday to voice my concerns and that she would bring this up in their next meeting, I told her that I would personally visit again on Monday since i would as still be in Vegas, but decided to write this review instead. While leaving, other guests saw and heard what happened and said they also had a bad experience with Daniel with his racist and rude service. I would like to say thank you to both the hostess and server and Jennifer the manager on duty for your professional and friendly service. If you are a person of color I would think twice on the bar area if DANIEL is the bartender. I will not visit again because I refuse to be treated with such disrespect.

Cant wait to go back

By Raynee W |

I had the best Buffalo chicken sandwich in my life. It was also almost the size of my head. The fries were great as well. I also got the Cucumber Cooler Drink. That was the best drink of my 7 day trip. The servers very nice and the wait was not too bad for a Sunday Evening. We did not sit at the rotating bar but still had a nice view from a ways back. We will definitely come back on our next trip!

Terrible Food, Good Location/Atmosphere

By Rich807 |

We got a sampler platter & it was straight awful. Chips were dry/flavorless, wings were very overcooked & super dry, sliders were completely bland. Can & do make most of this stuff at home that is light years better on a regular old charcoal grill. Counter seating facing Fremont is cool for optics/vibe, especially when the windows are open but the tall-chairs themselves are not comfortable (or wasn't for either of us).

Great pours, service and portions - the best location on Fremont.

By Denise D |

Don't miss a drink or a bite at the rotating bar. Not only is the people-watching second to none, the service was superior and friendly. The food was good with huge portions. It was hilarious to watch the Fremont Street hijinks below as the zip-liners fly by. For a good time, hit up Whiskey Licker Up - it's simply fun.

Cool Spot to People Watch

By Lauren |

Got to sit on the bar rail that overlooks Fremont Street, was super cool! Great people watching to be sure! I had the Pork Nachos and they were bangin! Would definitely eat here again. Service was kinda slow, but it was only one waitress working the entire bar rail.

Good stopping spot.

By LizzibethO28 |

Good stop on crazy Freemont. We were looking for a place to grab a snack and a drink. The ambiance was good. Didn’t know what to expect but we were all pleasantly pleased. Chicken tenders were very good as were the bbq pork nachos. We’d go back.

One of the best meals in a long time!!

By Christy B |

Marissa was fantastic! She gave us options, we chose pizza and burgers. My well done burger was perfect, my friend’s medium was perfect. The coleslaw? WOW! I don’t know how they made it, I’m from the South, that’s one of the best I’ve had. Red onion? Not sure what made it so good. Drunk burger is the way to go. Butcher shop pizza, you’re not making a wrong decision. Definitely will be back!!

Delicious food and beverages

By Mr. B |

We were here with couple of work colleagues to have a nice lunch. We were surprised by the size of the portions and their taste. The sandwiches are awesome, meat is very juicy, pickles are WOW, and the fries are crispy and no fat. Drinks are very „honest” (very strong).

Great view, but...

By empressellen |

Fun venue on Fremont Street Experience. On the second floor of Binions, we sat along the railing overlooking Fremont Street. Staff is excellent. But the food... two of us ordered the pulled pork. Way, way too much sauce - have no idea if the meat itself was any good or not. One of us ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich - the sauce on that wasn't great, the diner deeming it "just okay". One of us ordered a burger, and while fine in and of itself, to her surprise came without the cheese or any condiments. If we go back it would probably be just for drinks.

Great bar

By Kevbo48 |

Very good food and atmosphere. The bar is a rotating bar. You get some amazing views of Fremont st and you can people watch from the windows.

Good view of Fremont!

By Renee G |

This place is unique with an indoor rotating bar. They had dining room seating but we chose the bar. Great view of one of the live stages on Fremont. We saw a great band! The bartender stayed really busy even though there weren't that many customers. It took a while but drinks were good, food was above average, and prices decent for the area. The rotating bar was neat but wouldn't recommend after much drinking, if you get motion sick, etc.

Onion Rings… WOW

By Brownleys24 |

Best onion rings I have ever had.. all the other people at the table agreed too!! Service was quick and the ladies who looked after are table were very good and accommodate a big group (9) pretty quick to say we never booked in! All our mains was really tasty too not one issue with anything!! Brilliant view to Fremont street if you sit outside! Keep up the 5* star service :-))))

Don’t bother

By bellamac7 |

Had dinner here , waited 20 mins for table ! It was Friday night and was busy ! Staff a bit rude and not helpful ! Seated then took abt 10 mins to take order ! Not many veggie or vegan options ! Food average / service average / expensive for quality / not worth a 2nd visit

Don't miss this place!

By Cathy A |

Offers a revolving bar on the second floor of Binion's. Fun to watch the action below and above. Drinks are pricey, but really good. We didn't eat a meal, but what we saw looked tempting. Did have the fried cheese curds/jalapenos. Yum! Bartender not overly friendly and as her regulars arrived she tended to ignore the rest of the bar to help them. But overall, we enjoyed our experience.

Trendy restaurant on Freemont Street

By Robert M |

Restaurant with lots of space with a visual on Freemont Street. Concert directly next door. Varied and very good food. The waitresses are fast and friendly!

Awesome place!

By Ber S |

I saw this place when I first arrived on Fremont, and I knew I was going to visit during my time in Las Vegas. I went there for lunch and ordered the sliders with the crispy jalapeños and cheese with a “Vegas Sunset” signature cocktail to wash them down. I was not disappointed. Delicious! I sat at the rotating bar with a cool view of Fremont St. A shout out to Mo, who is an awesome bartender and was very friendly and attentive. I returned the very next day for more sliders, cocktail and wonderful experience.

Great Burger!!!

By John L |

One of the absolute top 3 burgers I have ever eaten! Food is amazing and very nice atmosphere and great service. A must when on Fremont St!

Great Place

By Elaine F |

This place was excellent. We both had ordered burgers medium rare, and they were cooked to perfection. Probably the best burger I have ever had. The service was great, Morgan was very friendly and attentive.

Stellar people watching but closed in the evening?

By Elizabeth S |

We came up for drinks and a snack in the afternoon on a Tuesday. Enjoyed our beer and the garlic knots (bigger than I expected, they were good). Takes about 29 minutes to do a full rotation. Service was good. We were shocked to see it was completely dark and closed by 7/7:30 pm that evenings. We thought that was weird!

Good enough to return.

By RMcFall |

Sat at the rotating bar and had a great lunch time bartender. The drinks were strong but delicious. The food was good and I would return.

Bad Experience

By Candi M |

It looked pretty cool from outside. The bar rotated and it seemed like a nice place to eat. We needed a table for 8 which they would not accommodate because of Covid 19 but it was like that everywhere. They needed more then 1 hostess because she was running around crazy trying to do everything as we waited for her attention on us. It was a nice atmosphere kind of like a sports bar. I ordered a Caesar salad and my boyfriend ordered a hamburger of some sort with chips. My salad had a live worm or larva in it. YUCK! I showed it to the waitress and she immediately removed it from the table. She did offer me a substitute meal which I declined. I get it stuff happens it was gross. My boyfriend burger was bland. Didn't have much flavor but he ate it. He never got his chips. The waitress was very nice and no complaints about her but the manager should have come address the worm issue without us having to ask for him. We asked to speak to him. He came out and blamed the issue on the afternoon prep crew. He said he took photo's of the worm and is going to talk to his afternoon prep crew. I saw another salad being delivered to another table. They clearly did not throw away the rest of the lettuce as they should have. I would not eat there again. He did take our entire bill. Wasn't much else he could do at that point.

Great food and drink, shame about Jen - The Very Rude Manager

By Rachel T |

We had food and drink in the revolving bar overlooking the street and enjoying the band on Fremont Street. Food, drink and bar staff were all great. We were asked to settle our tab at 10pm (we presumed it was a shift change, but in fact it was because they were closing!) - We thought Vegas was the city that never sleeps??!! People were still coming in and ordering food, but to discourage the clientele from staying, the staff closed the windows so no one could hear the band. We asked to speak to the Manager (Jen) who was incredibly rude. After spending in excess of $500 we would have expected a more courteous response. It was also very rude to those guests who had just sat down to eat - to close the windows in front of them so they could no longer hear the band they came in to watch. If I owned that bar, I would change the Manager immediately.

“Quantity over Quality”

By captaintrigger |

The place was grubby when we went in. Just looked untidy and didn’t smell particularly nice. That should have been our warning sign and we should have left. We were seated overlooking the street which is nice for people watching etc. The food is just utter rubbish. Greasy oversized and not at all appetising. It arrived promptly but was just inedible. Very large portions but this place is definitely “quantity over quality” The server was friendly to be fair but even though we both left 90% of our dishes she didn’t ask if there was an issue or checked to see if we were happy. We just paid and left.

best fun place downtown....

Massive Portions

By Gurdundular |

Whiskey lickerup! Friendly greeting! Walked in, clocked the menu—Blue Moon by the stein, lovely jubbly. Having graced this fine establishment before, I knew I had a choice: boot or stein. Naturally, they brought me a boot. Not ideal, but swiftly sorted after some passive-aggressive “What-ho! Who’s to blame for this blunder?” mutterings. But, we all have our off days. Then came the food. By Joseph, the portions! Massive! Colossal! Utterly reckless levels of food. Nobody—not a single one of us—stood a chance against the sheer volume. Meanwhile, the wife and sister-in-law opted for soft drinks, entirely oblivious to their refillable nature. Before they could blink, **bam!**—magically replenished, like some kind of soda-fuelled superheroes. Not only was the grub abundant, but blimey, it tasted fantastic. Been here before, would come again, will probably need to bring a wheelbarrow next time to cart off the leftovers. Speaking of which, we had a grand plan—share the feast with the many homeless souls in Vegas. Alas, didn’t cross paths with any, so went full covert ops and **strategically** placed the food where we reckon a hungry person might uncover the goods. Mission accomplished? Who knows. But felt a touch philanthropic, which is always a win. Nice one!

Great place to eat. They have kimchee. Being from Texas don't try the coleslaw. Large portions of food.

Off the beaten path but a fun view

By otalay |

Came here in the day time and stumbled upon this place and decided to have lunch here and glad we did. We decided to sit at the rotating bar that goes in slow circles while you eat and drink and overlook fremont st. And we had a great bartender named MO who gave us some good insight on the DT strip, and made some great cocktails. Also the food was very delicious and hot and fresh when it was placed in front of us. If you are in DT on Fremont st I highly recommend this place, btw they have regular tables and other bar you can sit at as well.

So So dump with a nice view of the street if you can get a seat...

By Jimbo |

Decided to pop in to see the rotating bar was about. Asked to sit there and there were many available social distancing chairs to be had but was told no there wasn't. We plainly saw for ourselves there were but did not want to argue with the hostess. We had a local beer which was OK but overpriced and the sample platter was also OK but again overpriced. Won't be back to this so-so dump.

Question on size an price

By Dana S |

Would be a good experience but waitress was lacking pretty much everything, menu has beer starting at 24 ounce but when you get cup bottom says 20 so very misleading on them. Nachos was good.

Reporting Them for Violating Nevada Covid Restrictions

By HawaiiKaiGail |

So bothered by what happened the other day. Had a reservation for lunch...required by our state Covid regulations. Many other walk ins allowed. Sat at the rotating bar area that had plexiglass. Many people at the bar. I questioned bartender about the 25% occupancy. He lied and said it was only for the restaurant. They could fill the bar to 100%. Betting we were visitors/tourists and not know better. But, we are LV locals. Then, he said drinks at the bar were all doubles. What? You can’t require someone to drink a double. Beer and wine served as singles. Clear to us they were avoiding our state regulations and also trying to make more on alcoholic beverages. I wouldn’t have thought Binion’s would allow it. I am reporting the restaurant and bar to our state for violating Covid restrictions. So sad a place has to do this. We will not be going back and giving them our business. So many other good establishments that are following the rules for all. F- in my rating.

Great Pizza!

By Karen Y |

The rotating bar got our attention plus the “scratch kitchen” advertising so we went for mid afternoon lunch. There were four of us so not enough seats together at the rotating bar but we sat right behind it and were able to see the “slotszilla” zip line activity. Our group is into sharing so we got two pizzas (which come in 10” & 16”) we got two 10”, the whiskey licker white & a build your own pepperoni. Both were excellent. We also got the cheddar bbq chips which were ok, the dip served with them was fantastic. The service was excellent!

Feb Trip Visit First Time

By magee236 |

Visited the new upstairs Binions bar during our recent visit. The veiw is good, and the beer is nice and cold. Did not order anmy food, but saw the an order of nachos go by & they looked very ghood. Will spend some more time up there on our next trip.

Rotating bar!

By lalaleia |

This place has a rotating bar on the corner at Fremont by the stage. Really cool experience and good views. Staff was pretty friendly, hostesses were confusing on seating options but we ended up at the bar which turned out.

Fun time at the rotating bar and excellent food!

By RachaelMurrell |

Fun experience at the rotating bar. Great lookout spot over the Freemont Street experience. Our bartender was great, regularly checking up on us if we needed anything else. We ordered a couple of burgers, a Pizza and some Chicken Tenders. All the food was delicious and would definitely eat here again. Be aware, if you are drinking spirits the pours are LARGE. There was a lady next to us who had clearly had too many so the bartender quite rightly cut her off. He did this in an extremely professional manner and dealt with her rudeness very discreetly which unless I would have been sat right next to her, I would have never noticed him dealing with it. Props to him.

Great View from Above

By Veronica Hunter |

On my last day in Vegas, I chose to walk from the Mandalay Bay to Fremont Street. My flight was at midnight and I needed to use all the excess energy during the day to sleep on the flight. Binion’s cowgirls dressed in chaps at the Whiskey Licker Up entrance caught my attention. My meal was delicious as I sat on a stool looking around and down below.

Great lunch!

By Kacie555 |

Went here for lunch. it is on the second floor and they do have seating that overlooks Freemont street. Started off with "Beer battered cheese curds & jalapenos" and we also ordered the "just nacho's". Both were delicious! For lunch we got the Crispy buffalo chicken sandwich. It was huge and also very good! Our server was great!! Food came out fast! It was also priced good, a lot cheaper the the strip prices. I would highly recommend this place.

Good food with entertainment overlooking Fremont Street

By 404HappyTraveller |

Took a few minutes to actually find the place, wandered through the casino and finally found a sign directing us upstairs. Good location, looks directly down on the activities on Fremont Street. Service was quick and friendly, attentive but never pushy. Nice selection of beer on tap and good variety on the menu. Burgers were huge, and nicely prepared and presented. Patty melt was the same, and both were very tasty. Glad we got there a bit early, as it filled up quickly after we were seated. Worth the time it took to find the place, and would definitely go back again.

Excellent

Great venue with views of Fremont street. Food was excellent, cocktails were delicious, staff were friendly and attentive.

Visit the bar (not the restaurant)

By JulieC1978 |

We came here two years ago in the day everything shut down and had the best day with everyone. So we came back this year and wasn’t disappointed at the bar (in the restaurant is another matter) So the bar- it’s amazing. Revolving round slowly, chatting to everyone and Danny behind the bar knew exactly what he was doing. Big measures, great prices and the entertainment of Fremont street kept us here again for hours. We visited the restaurant one night and it was such a let down. The place was dirty, tissues on the floor tables left dirty for some time and food on the floor. We waited 20 mins to get our drinks served and wasn’t offered water, we had to ask. The food was good, really big portions and quite tasty.the restaurant is the reason why it’s not a five star review. Please visit the bar you won’t be disappointed

Skip it

By Kiana L |

We wanted to check out the rotating bar so we ordered a couple of drinks. Drinks were good but the service and rotating bar experience was just ok. After a while, we wanted to get off and sit somewhere else. However, we were told the rotating bar is different from the rest of the bar and we couldn’t sit anywhere else without having to buy additional drinks. So we left. I would skip this. Not worth the headache.

Great location. Big portioms

By BanzaiClepton |

Be warned. The portion sizesxare big. We ordered a sharing platter and the pub nachos between us and couldn't get close to finishing them. Food was good standard pub grub. Location is great overlooking Fremont and you are right beside the live musoc stage so it may not be the place for a quiet romantic meal. One disappointment was that we were brought to seats at the rotating bar that didn't exist.

Great location, great food and service

By Andrew M |

Stopped into this establishment whilst in Freemont on our last night in Vegas. short wait for a table but it was worth it. food and service were great and would def recommend to anyone visiting that area. Tenders delicious, Sliders lovely, chicken wings and nachos delicious

Great place to eat & drink.

By jewles65 |

Visited on 4th July so it was very noisy on Fremont street due to a concert. Seated quickly but it was noisy but we could of moved to a quieter table I suppose but we didn’t.Ordered burgers & a chicken burger, huge portions fab burgers really tasty and good quality, mine came with crisps but they did bring out some chips/fries also which I thought I’d ordered. Great place, fab food good service and you get to keep the souvenir cups.

good all around both times!!

By Donovan C |

The restaurant sits right on the corner and offers great people watching on Fremont Street(no shortage of interesting things to see) from a second floor vantage point. the food is typical pub fare but I think it tastes even better because we are in Vegas, LOL. The service is always good and pretty darn fast for as busy as they usually are. The current COVID situation has changed things a little, we needed a reservation to get in due to the state's rules. We stoppped at the desk when they opened and made a reservation for in the evening. We were seated tight away both times when we arrived. They have pretty good beer selection both draft and bottle. The menu is actaully kind of small, which is good, meaning they do a few things really good and not a lot of stuff just ok. The Wagon Train is a great starter to share or eat it a your meal, you get a little bit of everything. The salad is great especially if you add chciken or shrimp with the white balsamic dressing. I eat here at least once every time I'm in town. Give it a try!!!

Worth the Stop

Specialty cocktails are very good. Large portions. We shared a couple appetizers and had more food than we needed.

Great Food, Service, Views and Fun.

Had lunch and drinks here on Day 2. Great view of the Fremont Street street life, even when not at the cool rotating bar. Food was fresh and tasty. Service was very good as were the drinks. Decent value as well. Recommended.

As advertised

By scottman60 |

We were visiting Fremont Street and were looking for a good place for dinner. We decided on the Whiskey Licker Up Saloon. It took a little while to get a table for 6 which is normal. Although the main entrance requires a walk up a set of stairs, there is elevator access at the back of the casino. It would not be accessible to a person in a wheelchair. The server was great and the food was delicious. The portions were generous. Most in our party had the club which is very shareable. My wife had the chicken tenders which were huge. The only disappointment was the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich which I had heard so much about. Although the chicken was enormous, the bun was too small and was soggy due to the coleslaw placed under the Buffalo chicken. The blue cheese on top of the chicken was overpowering and took away from the buffalo sauce, not complimenting it. In hind sight, I wished I had just had the club or their burger which looked wonderful. I plan to visit again when I return to Fremont Street.

Stopped in while touring Fremont

By MN Traveler 9154 |

Stopped in while touring Fremont street. Very pleasant surprise. The plate presentation was outstanding. I had a burger and fries, the fries come in a little offset can that is set to look like it tipped over and spilled on the plate. My first thought was to pick one up. Once you touch them, salty goodness. Cold beer, beautiful hamburger, well seasoned fries. Prompt attentive service. I would recommend. The kitchen has glass walls so you can see it is clean as you enter the restaurant, I appreciate that. I poked my head in to complement the chef on the plating. I felt the plating compelled me to pick up the fries.

Outstanding service and food

By Nancy O |

The food was abundant and delicious. Service was excellent from hostess that directed us to handicap entrance and our server who was on top of it for drinks apps and entrees. We were there 5/13/23@ 5:30 pm

Fantastic dinner

By snowboardgirl2015 |

This is a great spot for dinner downtown. The guy who looked after us was the most hard working man in Las Vegas and we had exceptional service. Portions are huge- you could easily share a main. Great value

A Gem in Fremont!

A fun place with great service, good beer and food all at a reasonable price. Whether you are on the patio or inside you will have a good time.

Fantastic portions of delicious food!

This place is a must visit if you are in or around Fremont street! The food was amazing! The burger was cooked perfectly, the slaw was delicious and the fries were really well seasoned! Only discovered this place on our last night or we would have gone back!

Awesome food highly recommend

Great food. Pulled pork nachos were amazing and wings very good too. Onion wings were out of this world!!! We were pleasantly surprised this food was this good.

Poor Service-Less Than Mediocre Food

By Carra |

Waited 10 minutes in the bar before anyone came to the table. Ordered the wagon train: Chips are terribly-over seasoned and salty. Sliders were overdone and dry. Wings were awesome. Onion rings are too large to reasonably eat, they just fall apart and and you can’t use your dipping sauce. Waiter didn’t come back until we were almost done and out of beer. Overall disappointing experience.

Good place to eat

By Mudeford 123 |

Stopped here for a meal whilst in Freemont Street. It was okay with an extensive menu. We had the salad which was huge. Waitress was friendly and helpful. If you are going to stay in Freemont and eat would recommend this place.

From scratch flavors shine here!

By Lori B |

We are locals and I was not expecting a great experience, downtown can be hit or miss. We started out with cocktails at the rotating bar. The bartender was friendly and the cocktails and view were top notch. The staff were courteous and our waitress Lani was friendly and well informed on the menu. The kitchen is a scratch kitchen and the food was delicious. I ordered the drunken burger and subbed a chicken breast for the burger. I would highly recommend it. The pickles are made in house and were yummy. The portions are not small, sadly we had no room for dessert. We will be going back to try the caramel turtle pie.

Great Service, Great Food, Great People

By Go31815344662 |

Sat on the rotating bar. Daniel the barman was an excellent host. A good chat about the difference between American and English beers. Ordered drunken burger (most excellent) and Buffalo Chicken sandwich (spicy). HUGE portions. Ladies sat next to us had HUGE salads and were struggling to eat them too. 100% recommended.
