What a beautiful bar, with great views! I was a little skeptical of the vegan dining menu, but everything was really good! The drinks were creative and delicious.

Extremely rude staff that are borderline racist. They treat anyone who isnt white extremely weird. Sally the manager or whoever the lady working at night is, is awfully disgusting & rude. She takes chairs from guests to sit down newer guests instead of telling them a wait time, she harasses customers verbally, is blatantly rude, threatened to kick out people after trying to humilate them in front of everyone, & has the most nastiest personality I've ever experienced. Hold your staff accountable or WE WILL. Your buisiness will not be ok if you dont address these allegations against all your staff, mostly hosts, & managers. Get your stuff together or close down. This isn't going away.

Excellent atmosphere to hangar out, grab a drink, and meet a friend. Located by the river close to China Town and other districts. The service was great and I would recommend in the summer and fall.

Wonderful lights, tasty Wagyu sliders and excellent view on either side. Noah was on the nose with the cocktail A kind, believing word. We could all use some kind phrases🙂

Ever in Portland and want to take a glance and appreciate the beauty of what Portland has to offer? Come to Xport. The view is phenomenal. Great food? Yes. Great customer service? Yes. My friend Luis really took care of us. Although they did not have the liquor I wanted, he made sure he made a drink similar to what I wanted. The drink was even better than what I normally get.

This is a large bar with nice views with indoor and semi-covered seating areas. It takes reservations, which was a new experience for me at a bar.

Xport Bar and Lounge is the place to be any night of the week! The atmosphere is fun and exhilarating! The food is mouth watering! The service is on point! Shout out to Nick, Ryan and Brain for keeping up with a wild crowd on a Thursday night! You guys are awesome!

A couple friends and I visited the bar last week and had such a great experience. Nick, the bartender, was friendly, knowledgeable and made great drinks! Definitely will be recommending this spot not only for the quality of food and drinks but the great service! Thanks!

I came here not sure if it was a sports bar or night club- what we got was some amazing cocktails and excellent bar food!! I strongly recommend happy hour (mon-sat)- there is a selection of house cocktails/beers/wines or $2 off the cocktail menu. I recommend the Gin’s in fashion. The happy hour bar bites were exceptional value. $1 for freshly shucked oysters- these were Fat Bastards from Washington and boy what an amazing flavor! The chick pea fries were deliciously crispy on the outside and ‘melt-in-the-mouth’ on the inside (only $5). Ambience and mood light added to our great evening!

Noah did an amazing job of taking care of me and my girls. He was attentive, and informed on a wonderful nutty cocktail on the menu. Would definitely return! Thanks Noah!

This is bar/restaurant has 2 balconies on the 16th floor.on for, sat they have some stationed downstairs by elevator is you go in after 9p.interior is designed to have the colors change so subtly

Stayed at the Porter Hotel with my wife and after trying to find a cool bar to go to we decided to just go upstairs to the rooftop bar Xporter. We sat at the bar and Luis was so friendly and attentive. He made our drinks most of the night but my wife ordered the same drink she had been drinking from another bar tender who came by and it was awful. Luis remade it and it tasted just like it should have the first time! He had great customer service and great bar tending skills.

This place is spectacular! Like a big city place (think NY or LA). Fantastic service, great views at the top of the new Porter Hotel. Highly recommend!

I have been wanting try this place since they opened,finally had a chance to last nite and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. First off,it was nice that they allow under 21 until 9 so my nephew (18 yrs) could experience the amazing views of the roof top bar. We were there celebrating my sisters bday before the show,running behind schedule they made sure our food was out promptly and on our way ahead of schedule actually. Being our first time and a celebration I ordered eight different things to share,tapas style is my favorite way of eating and they certainly deliver in that way. Every dish brought out was great. The hand crafted cocktails were lovely.I had our server Jaclyn surprise me with two different cocktails based on just a very brief conversation of my likes and dislikes and let me tell you they NAILED IT. Jaclyn provided us stellar service,very personable which I love (thank you for the bday treat for my sister). Every staff member that we encountered was smiling,friendly and prompt. I can't say enough great things about this place,we will definitely be back. Great date nite spot,girlfriend outing,any special occasion... Happy hour is stellar,8 dishes (couple were double ordered so 10 dishes to be technical)2 glasses of wine and two cocktails for $158!🎉♥️🥂🌃 Eating and or drinking via rooftop with city views,fireside,comfy seating and outdoor heaters. Thank you for a wonderful experience,made my sisters day even more special.

I have an evening drink in this bar that is located st the top level (16/F) of the Porter Hilton hotel in downtown Portland. The atmosphere is great and there are both indoor and outdoor (sofa but small) areas to sit. I sit at the bar as the weather is not good. There are evening happy hours that you can have a house wine as low as USD8. There are also extensive drink menu and some food to choose, including oyster. My pork sandwich is very tasty and the service offered is also awesome!

Despite a busy Saturday Bethany and Luis were awesome and made delicious cocktail. We had a table with a fire pit and still got city views it was fabulous!

Stopped in for a few drinks after dinner on a nice evening in October. Luis and Edwin were so incredibly accommodating and made us feel like we were at our home away from home in Portland. They had a great drink recommendations and gave us great service. They even gave us some great recommendations on things to do while we explore the rest of Oregon. I would come back to the Porter Hotel & XPort bar just for their exceptional service. The bar has overhead heaters and many romantic fireside gas fireplace seating areas. Will come again!

Had such a great evening at Xport Bar. The view is just stunning—honestly, I could’ve sat there all night just taking it in. I ordered a martini (okay, two...), and both were spot-on. Super smooth and perfectly balanced. Big shoutout to our server, Sarah. She was so friendly and on it—noticed our table was a bit wobbly and fixed it right away without us even saying anything. Little things like that really stick with me. Sally, the manager, came to check on us and was very kid and friendly. Told us a bit about Portland and what to do while in town. You can tell the place cares about doing things right, from the atmosphere to the drinks to the staff. Left feeling relaxed and taken care of. Definitely coming back!

This bar has a fantastic indoor/outdoor space with great drinks and views! Definitely a go to for Portland outings all year round. Sally (the manager) took great care of us- we felt so welcome! The service from Soren was attentive and we had a great night.

My boyfriend and I decided to check out Xport after having some of the worst service at a neighboring restaurant. We never expected it to be as great as it was! We came in, both in terrible moods from the previous place we were at, but the bartender instantly turned it all around. Louis made my boyfriend the best old fashioned he's ever had, and introduced me to my new favorite cocktail: The Last Word. This is my new spot to bring friends whenever they visit from out of town. Louis' Last Word is worth the trip over from the Eastside any day of the week.

Drinks were fine, food was mediocre, scene was just off. Portland's not exactly known for hip lounges and this one just tries too hard -- keeping tables "reserved" for no one while people are waiting, unfriendly hostesses, etc. And I don't think it was working, Saturday night at 9:00 and it was half empty. Departure at The Nines Hotel is so much cooler -- better space, better food and was wall to wall on both Friday and Saturday nights.

Great place for large groups of friends/family/business. Rooftop location is awesome as you can see all of downtown Portland. Great craft cocktail menu for happy hour and good bar menu as well. Lots of indoor seating and outdoor seating with multiple bars and lots of TVs for sports viewing. Worth a visit while in downtown Portland, OR.

If you're staying at the Porter, be sure to stop by the 16th floor and see Luis. The guy is a master bartender. Love your style man!

This place has a really nice vibe to it. You walk in and the environment is very modern with sophistication.This paired with top service makes this place one of my favorite stops to start the night. Nick was an excellent bartender during my last visit that was kind and helped me pick out a signature cocktail that was amazing and taste and looks.

My wife and I are on vacation from Los Angeles and wanted to have a rooftop bar experience in Portland. We found X-port online and after our dinner we took a short walk to the Porter Hotel and made our way to the 16th floor for the X-port Bar & Lounge. We ordered our first round and took our drinks outside even though there wasn’t any available seating. The view is nice and the weather was perfect. We spent our first thirty minutes drinking and enjoying the view, but we were not fully engaged with the vibe. Two spots opened up at the outside bar and that is when we started to really feel the energy of the place. Our bartender was a hilarious and talented bartender named Luis Castillo. He was wearing a San Diego Padres jersey and we immediately began discussing the MLB postseason game between the Dodgers and Padres. After we assured Luis we weren’t rooting for the Dodgers we began to talk more about CA as he previously resided there. He was able to keep up an engaging conversation with us as well as the remainder of the bar area and had all customers engaged and happy to be there. His drinks were on point, he remembered what everyone ordered and how they liked it and he did not disappoint. We stayed two hours longer then we had intended, Luis kept it entertaining and lively. Without a doubt had we stayed inside the bar we would have left earlier, the atmosphere outside was just what we were looking for. 10/10 we I’ll be back and looking for Luis to tend bar for us. This is a good location but it’s people like Luis who make people enjoy their time and want to come back.

We had absolutely amazing service by both Blin and Fabian. Both colleagues understand what customer service is!!! The creative drink menu was unexpected! Thank you for a great time!!! Kudos to the chef as well - excellent food full of flavors. We tried 7 different items and all were top notch, creative flavors. An additional Kudos Shout Out to Marcell at the front desk - she is absolutely amazing. Every interaction with her is kind, responsive and excellent. Thank you for keeping on exceeding my expectations!

Rooftop Beauty! Stunning decor with modern design Intimate booths, city view tables and outdoor fire pit! We had a party of five and arrived during Happy Hour which ran from 4-7 on a Saturday night. The Happy Hour menu was so delicious that we ended up trying almost every dish and loved every single one! The chicken tacos with cabbage slaw and crab tots were amazing. The Wagyu sliders were out of this world and justify a return visit all on their own! Huge variety of craft cocktails The staff were all super friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond to make our celebration go smoothly. Looking for a fabulous date night? Try this place and stay overnight in one of the beautiful rooms. The Porter by Hilton is a gorgeous property with everything you need on site including a lovely pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

Had a wonderful time at the Xport Bar and Lounge. The view is amazing, the service superb, and when I said I wasn't sure what I wanted a drink, Nick produced a delicious drink and it was exactly what I wanted....even though I didnt even know thats what I wanted. :-) Highly recommend!
