Good pizza but pricey for the small food

By Lew S |

Overall, they have a nice restaurant with delicious pizza. However, its kinda pricey compared to other places.

Great!

Great tasting pizza and gelato. You get to have ownership of your pizza too! Friendly crew and clean restaurant as well

Great Pizza, quick stop

By Le Frank |

This is a good, quick week night meal for us. They make your pizza to order, just how you want it. Good ingredients (good dough, fresh mozzarella, artichokes), crispy crust. Friendly staff. Large drink selection with a good happy hour. Recommend the combo with drink and gelato.

Love It!

I've been in Houston two weeks in a row and couldn't resist stopping in both visits! The staff is very friendly and patient. The food is very fresh and delicious. If you want a different pizza experience and to build your own pie, this is a must try!

Great Pizza and Creft Beer

By ty555 |

You need to stop at this location when you are downtown or midtown. It is at the Bell Station stop of Metrorail. For 8.99 you get a personalized pizza with a variety of crusts, sauces, and many, many toppings. They also have a nice selection of 25 different craft beers, all reasonably priced. Clean bathrooms too!

Amazing pizza!

By sannal701 |

Honestly the best pizza I've had in my life. Went back a second time for the Ischia alone. Super friendly service. My friend got to taste line 3-4 different beers as she did not know what to have. I got to taste the only cider on the menu before ordering in case I didn't like it. Definitely worth taking a the time for a visit!

Always good service and food.

I've been here quite a few times recently. The food is always good and the service is excellent. They have a few new beers to try as well.

I'm in Love

By JellyBelly |

I've been going here about once or twice a month for the past seven months. There is almost nothing not to like except (my favorite drink is wine and the least expensive glass is $7) but there is a happy hour with $1 or more off. All of the ingredients are so fresh and of course you can have as many and as much of all the craziness you want! It's always exciting going through the line. I feel like an excited child. But the adult chef me stares at all the ingredients thinking of all the ways certain things should be sliced, diced, shaved, ect. They've got it down. All of the employees are nice and don't mind that I pick and choose 15 different items in a random weird order :) The first time I went I didn't mention that marinara is pretty much my favorite thing in the world, so they put a normal amount...so I quietly asked for a side of it after my pizza came out and they brought me two large warm cups of it. OMG. I ate it all lol. They do it all with a smile on their face and always make me want to come back. For anyone reviewing this who isn't from Houston. You can get there so easily. You don't have to drive from Toyota Center or NRG. You can take the light rail train and get off at BELL station. It's right there! If you're looking to get YOUR pizza for only $8.99 then go here and forget greasy delivery. And if you think $8.99 is too expensive per person then head back to where you came from and clear up sone space from all this traffic. Your Pie- would you ever consider making an alternative dough from cauliflower?

Really Good Pizza

By recorder |

You get the pizza you want, very similar to Subway. Quickly put together, quickly into the oven and quickly to your table. Good food, nice place

Yummy

By CyCh6768 |

My daughter and I are picky when it comes to red sauce. We were thrilled to see they have Alfredo sauce and we made our pizza the way we wanted. We also got the cheese bread sticks. Everything was delicious!!

Excellent Pizza and great beer selection

By St_Matty |

You have the normal pizza choices or you can make your own. There is a good selection of ingredients. You order your pizza first then take a seat. The pizzas were very good and tasted great. There was a nice of beers to try as well, some I'd never had before. Definitely will be returning soon.

Just like a New York Pizzeria - made your way!

By S&B Adventure Team |

We visit many of these "build-your-own" pizzerias during our travels. This one sits in the middle of downtown Houston, where during the week the traffic is crazy, the metro is running through the middle of the street, and the closest parking is on the street with the craziness! We visited on a Sunday, on our way to the Museum District. Very few cars, occasional metro, and street parking is free for the day. We watched as the gentleman working, Don, cut our dough out of the container, stretch it out, season the pie boards, and add our doughs to them. He listened perfectly to our instructions as to how we wanted our pies made (you'd be surprised how many places the people don't listen and make them wrong). The pies were then slide into the coal fired oven and cooked. Delicious! They were the best "build-your-own" pizza we have had yet. They actually tasted like a real New York pizza! We would eat here again in a heartbeat! They also serve beer, wine, have the soda mix machine with 100+ sodas, and gelato. You can get a combo that includes chips, salad, or gelato added to your pizza and drink order. The gelato was a great way to end a delicious lunch. Would recommend, for sure!

Great pizza made to order

By nana1003 |

Staying at Holiday Inn Downtown we decided to walk across the street for dinner. Choose crust abd toppings and they build it. I had wheat crust, marinara, mozzerella, tomatoes and fresh basil. Pizza came out quickly and had the best thin cracker crust. Delicious.

Great Pizza, great service!

By David C |

Great tasting and great value build your own pizza! 2 pizzas with fresh ingredients fed the three of us. Highly recommended

Friendly service, good pizza & beer

By David K |

The décor and layout feel like a fast food chain but the product was pretty good. Nice selection of beer including locals. Staff was really friendly and the one price concept made it easy to make everyone happy. Fresh mozz was quite good.

nice pizza but its not worth it

By Jones J |

It is good place to have some pizzas with friends. The pizza quality is pretty good not that excellent, thats why I grade it 3 since the price is pretty crazy for a small size pizza

Staff is very RUDE!!!

By Jared |

I used to frequent this place quite often and the owner has always been pleasant but lately the current staff has so much attitude it’s as if they are doing me a favor by doing their job!!! No more. I will no longer support this establishment and I don’t recommend you do either.

Pizza Pie Your Way

By Larry W |

I liked the pizza. You can either choose your own ingredients or have a standard pizza. I liked having a choice. The beer is good and fairly cheap during happy hour. The Greek salad was OK, but not great. The dressing just didn't go with the salad. The Gelato was very good. I liked the place. It was definitely a neighborhood pizzeria, with very friendly and attentive staff. If I lived in this area, it would be a definite stop once per week! It was also pretty quiet for a Friday night.

Pizza Pairing

By Ana G |

Went for the pizza pairing event, 4 different pizza combination slices paired with a 4 oz beer. Staff was nice, pizza was delicious, beer even better, and easy parking.

Delicious

By Baseball4Mom |

We were staying at the hotel across the street so this was very convenient to order online and then pick up. Obviously a very popular place. Pizza was excellent - lots of toppings to choose from. Would definitely recommend. And coolest pizza box art ever!

Fresh Pizza

By vacationeverysummer |

Were staying across the street so went to try the pizza. We got to build your own pizzas. We chose toppings and in next thing we knew our pizza was being brought out. Will come back when in the area.

The way it’s meant be be

Wonderful location with a great menu and friendly service. Best made to order zap that I’ve had in a long time. Easy access off I-10, I-45 or HWY 59. Street parking, walk up or accessible via public transit.

Great Spot for a bite in Downtown!

By JoBoxer555 |

We came here before a Rockets game, as the food at Toyota Center is pricey and not that great. So glad we did! The staff is welcoming and helpful; we read the menu and my husband added to a multi meat pizza, and I chose a panini with fresh mozzarella, pepperoni, sauce and spinach; one of the best sandwiches I have had in a while. They use the same great dough for the sandwich bread, essentially, so it is rich and slightly chewy. They do serve beer and wine, too. This is a really nice place to sit and enjoy a drink and a meal. We will definitely be back when looking for a meal in downtown; good value and great food!

Fresh, hot, tasty and value;

Fresh, hot, tasty and value; what more can you ask for. Pies are made right in front you. All fresh ingredients and crust. Several options of crusts are available for those that need it.

Quick Dinner Turned Epic: Pizza With Individuality

By Nikki W |

I cannot express in writing how overwhelmingly happy I am we chose Your Pie for dinner! From the moment we stepped in the door until we departed, our experience was nothing short of epic. The total customer service experience was OUTSTANDING. I cannot remember the last time I went to a restaurant and every engagement left me feeling genuinely happy inside. We were greeted upon arrival, spoken to with absolute understanding and respect and served with those same attributes! The gentleman who helped me ‘find’ the restroom was the BEST in terms of engagement, humor and overall conversation. He made my experience EPIC, for sure. The pizza, a build your own style, was incredible. So many combinations and flavors to choose from! Straight out of the fire, this pie tasted amazing! They also offer paninis and custom salads, but tonight, we selected the PIEs and we were very happy we did. The price was moderate, but appropriate for the area. The ambiance was FUN and unique, almost like a place you could just come to sit and enjoy in solitude. They offer indoor and outdoor seating and of course, we opted for outside. They offered beer as well for those who drink (not a drinker!). The gelato was good, although limited in flavors. We will definitely be back and this place is a MUST recommend if you enjoy a quality pizza pie! A solid 5-star because they stand out in every way.

Great build-your-own pizza!

By Teryn_LLGT |

This restaurant was great. Great food and service. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and added marinara sauce to mix with the BBQ sauce. So good! I had a side salad, but you could add a combo (salad or chips and a drink) to your pizza for $3.99. Would definitely return to try again.

fantastic pizza with a selection of draft beer and wines

By Andypequeno |

I was invited for the pre-opening of this franchise in Houston and i was impressed. You build your own pizza ( kind of like Subway style), selecting your bread (white, brown, gluten free) then your sauce, cheeses and toppings. It is cooked in the fire oven to perfection and served hot with a selection of draft beers and wines. The service was top notch and the owner was there greeting people as they came in.Awesome location if you are in the downtown area! I will definitely be back.

Nice Place

By victorfU9469RE |

This reminded me of Mod Pizza is Maryland in that you build your own pizza and it's moderately priced. Need I say more?

made in front of you chipotle style.

By dexter_johnson420 |

move along a glass counter and point out what you want on the pie. really good meats, nice beer selection and one of those soda machines with a ton of options

Individual Pizzas

By Cheryl L |

This is such a neat idea! Everyone gets to order their pizza just how they like it and watch them while they make it. The pizzas are large enough to share, but for $8.99, it's fun to have it made just how you want it and have leftovers to take home.

Great food and service

By Andrew R |

We visited at night on the 29/4. The pizza which the manager helped us pick was superb. What also really stood out despite how busy they were was the excellent service she provided.

Very good and not to pricey

By Timothy H |

Went with coworkers and we all enjoyed it. Got to pick all the toppings you want and can add combo for couple more dollars that has drink and gelato

It's like Subway for Pizza...

By Lanehog |

Yes, it really is like Subway -- you pick your crust, sauce, and somewhere between 18 and 24 toppings to pick from with no apparent limit (although the staff will warn you that too many toppings won't cook all the way thru). Combo price is reasonable for a wood fired pie, side salad and Coke Freetyle. Only one booth with a power plug, but wifi worked great.
