We had a couple of meals at the Zephyr Bar when the hotel restaurant was too crowded. We were very impressed with the service that Paul provided on both occasions (Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). He was friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The food was fine - what one would expect in a hotel bar/lounge. The atmosphere was actually a bit more pleasant than the main hotel restaurant as it was quieter and less busy.

Fantastic! Rebekah is a dumpling!!! She was so sweet and so attentive and we didn’t want for anything. We got the flatbread pizza-delicious, we got the brussels sprouts-fantastic, we got the grilled cheese and tomato bisque soup-absolutely delicious, and we got the truffle fries-probably the best fries I’ve ever had! We also had cocktails. I had a dirty martini- perfect. My son had an old-fashioned perfectly made and my daughter-in-law had a margarita delicious. If you stay in the Embassy suites Pioneer Square downtown Seattle don’t miss the Zephyr!

The grilled cheese and tomato soup were very good, but the service was abysmal. And the price was way too high.

Landed here after a couple hours at the pool with our kids. We needed a good cocktail and some fries (and food for the kids). Paul makes a fantastic dirty martini with stuffed olives. And the kids were happy with their mac n cheese and ice cream dinners. Perfect way to end the day. Thanks Paul. Hope your daffodils survive the Seattle winter

Nice Spot right beside the Amtrak Station, Steve from Chicago gave great service with a smile. Truffle fries and beer were awesome!!

This is a surprisingly nice vibe bar for a hotel. Kyle was an attentive and knowledgeable bartender. We had a nice conversation with him while enjoying good wine. We will be back during our stay.

What a relaxing place. The bartender (Steve) is attentive but not overbearing. I enjoyed the relaxed vibe, exceptional service, and wonderfully made drinks.
32 hour’s later
Had a late dinner at Zephyr Bar in the Embassy suites by Hilton in pioneer square after a long 32 hour Amtrak ride from Oxnard, Ca. Had the pleasure of meeting Steve who waited on us (me and my girlfriend ) at Zephyr bar. Steve was very friendly and gave us recommendations on how to enjoy our stay and where not to go (3rd avenue👎🏽) . If you’re ever at the Embassy suites for a stay make sure to stop by the Zephyr bar and say hi to Steve.
