Stopped in at our favorite sushi place. As always the service and food was amazing. Tony our bartender was AMAZING and had great drink and food recommendations. He makes a mean Old fashioned. Love love love this place. Thank you for a great evening.

Fantastic food, service and atmosphere. We actually ate here 4 days out of the 5 we stayed at the Waldorf and would have eaten there a fifth time if it had been open on Sunday! Special mention to Christina, Christine and Candy who kept us coming back each night! đ

The food and service here are delicious. Our server, Christine, was amazing and I would highly recommend asking for her!

We recently stayed at the Hilton Bonnet Creek for a dance convention. While we normally dread hotel food, we were shocked at the great experience we had at Zeta. So good in fact that we enjoyed dinner there twice. Larry, our server, was super friendly and made excellent suggestions. From the katsu chicken sliders and the short rib bao bun to the spicy tuna nachos and the unique beer selections (we LOVED Larryâs suggestion of the slushie beer and the sour ale by Tripping Animals Ale), everything is delicious! It was so good that we assumed the other hotel restaurant (which I wonât mention) would be as good, but after a terrible experience at the other place we returned for a fab experience at Zeta and were super lucky to get Larry again. Highly recommend!!

Incredible food, excellent service! We loved our dinner here, and the restaurant was really beautiful. The sushi was impeccable, and the desserts was amazing. Excellent management, and our server was one of the best we've ever had. Highly recommend and a must visit while in Orlando.

This is the best sushi we have ever put in our mouth! The seared ahi tuna nachos and short rib bao bun were exceptional. Their unique cocktails were the icing on the cake! 5 Stars all day long! This is a MUST when in town. Larry, our server was incredible too!

As a Japanese food LOVER, the food is very delicious!!! What made this experience the best, was our server Jeff. If you are ever going to eat here, do yourself a favor and ask for Jeff!

Went out for drinks with some friends and had great service from the male bartender, he was very nice and attentive. The female bartender was awful, she was of no help while he was busy, never checked in on us and was on her phone the whole time and talking to the hostess instead of worrying about the customers.

The service was absolutely wonderful, the waiter was super interactive and friendly and the food was so delicious, we just had to have more!

So it was my first time at the restaurant, and my waiter was Caitlin and my server was Momo, it was like the dynamite duo. The service was excellent the atmosphere was excellent and I would say if you were to experience Asian food this is the spot to come.

Sushi selection and quality were outstanding. Service was good. The decor is a grey, modern-chic. Although a very clean and modern space, it's somewhat "blah". But the Sushi rocked!

For a great sushi dinning experience this is a must try. The rolls are incredible and the sauces are to die for. Try the summer roll, a nice twist since itâs rolled in rice paper instead of rice, yummy.

Zeta is an incredible restaurant with a wonderful selection of cuisine that should entice your taste buds. If you're looking for freshly made sushi they have it covered, also made to order . Would recommend one of their Asian infused bowls extremely flavorful. Our server candi did an outstanding job explaining the options we had for the sushi and the sauces; even gave my wife a training lesson on how to use chopsticks. Would highly recommend for a wonderful dining experience.

Good service and value for a big box hotel. They are ver concerned with customer satisfaction. Try it

We visited Orlando Disneyland for 4 days and every night, my daughter would love to eat the kids meal in Zeta. Nicely cooked rice and chicken, not to mention the great sauce. Great service, especially Josh and the female Asian manager (I presume) who were patient and pleasant with my family. First night, they offered additional soup (just because we requested for additional bowl for the kids to share) and additional main dish (just because they misunderstood our order). On our final night, Josh even offered complementary Thai mango rice dessert đ as a farewell gift for my family. đđť Overall, nice and pleasant dining experience in this restaurant and with their staff. đ

The staff was amazing and the food was delicious! The dragon roll and chocolate coconut cake were my favorite items, but I'll be going back to try more. Definitely stop by if you're near and like sushi.

Food was really good and prices were very reasonable. We liked this restaurant so much that we went twice during our trip. All the food we ordered was very good, best option was ahi tuna nachos.

We were in Orlando for 4 nights and 2 of them we chose Zeta! A restaurant at the Signa Hilton Hotel At Bonnet Creek (it is open to the public, not just those in the hotel) To start the first night we were greeted by a lovely hostess (didnât catch her name) who even though had just got dealing with a not so easy party was warm and friendly. Along with her was the manager Rick, who greeted us the same. The wait was longer than expected, and without prompting Rick offered us a complimentary drink for the patience! We had Christine for our server, even faced with a full section she took the time to chat with us, actively listening to the details my 8yo niece wanted to share about Disney that day. She made us feel like long lost friends! The food; the Tuna Tacos come with 5 stacked tuna nachos, tuna was so fresh, along with the Goyzu Dumplings were to die for! We hail from Boston, so know fresh fish! It was so amazing we went back a second night. This time we had Josh, a charming man who catered to our every need! We again saw Rick who was grateful we chose his restaurant for another night, gave us a complimentary appetizer to say thank you. I would come back to this resort solely because of the service in this restaurant. I can not say enough good things!! So often as a world we overlook the power of kindness, I wanted to acknowledge how a simple meal made our vacation! I am so grateful to have had this beautiful experience with the folks at Zeta, I canât encourage a visit here enough!

Josh is the best server! GREAT meal. Highly recommend. Great sushi . Great wine. What more could you ask for?

Love this place. One of our favorite spots for sushi and drinks. We love Jason one of the bartenders but he was off when we went this time. Chuck took good care of us though and as always everything was amazing. We took our friend so he could try the place while he was in town and he loved it. Was so surprised to see Chef Art Smith stop in for dinner too. If he is there eating you know it's good. Oh and the tuna nachos in the pic are so tasty.

My husband and I ate at Zeta Asia while at the hotel for a conference. Our server was Daniel Bonilla who took wonderful care of us! Daniel offered suggestions that turned out to be fabulous. We enjoyed lettuce wraps, steamed dumplings, and the Dragon roll -- all made to perfection with the freshest ingredients! Even though we were quite full, Daniel's suggestion for mango sticky rice turned out to be the highlight of the meal -- the best thing EVER!! We will be back to visit Daniel and get some more mango sticky rice before we leave! Thank you, Daniel, for your excellent service!

We loved the restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. You sit anywhere and a bar service takes care of your needs. The food is freshly prepared and very good. If you like Japaneses food this is the place.

Tony was a fantastic bartender and the food was delicious. Check out the bar and menu. Awesome items and great drinks

The restaurant was very nice. Food was great. Bartender âTonyâ gave great service Will likely visit again

Had both sushi and sashimi. My spouse had the tempura shrimp and vegetables and they were perfectly cooked - the tempura was light and tasty. All we sampled were excellent.

If there is a place that you have to go for sushi, Zeta is the place. The tuna nachos are amazing and the sashimi is so tender. Christine, our server, is so kind and professional that we had to come back the next day. We will definitely stop by again.

Had dinner with friends this weekend at Zeta. Started off with a nicely priced bottle of wine, followed by starters and several rolls (hint: look for the royal dragon). Larry was our server and did an excellent job. Really enjoyed the meal and the quality of the sushi and ingredients. Look forward to returning soon.

Were staying at the Waldorf over the holidays and have eaten at Bull and Bear a couple of times and wanted to try somewhere different. I am an avid user of Tripadvisor and started to look at restaurant reviews. I was reading the reveiws to this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Everything was excellent ! I ordered Miso Soup and the California Roll ( which had real crab, not the fake stuff ) . It was so good. My husband and son liked their food also. The mixture of different spices and ingredients really put thier food above the rest. Our waitress was great also. It was a casual atmopshere , so you don't have to worry about dressing up to much. I can't wait to go back.

Really worth visiting, had the best boa buns and tuna nachos! Canât wait to come back and the Manager Rick is so friendly. Iâm here with a conference group at the Wyndham Grand and will tell my group to walk a few mins over the road and check out the food! Excellent.

They do serve delicious sushi and sashimi...American size...fresh and very tasty....finger licking yummy...The price is very reasonable. The service is fast.

No complaints on our dinner here. We've had bao rolls in New York city at the primo restaurant there and these are as good if not better. The sushi rolls were also excellent.

I went to Zeta Asia with my family for special occasion....the sushis were delicious and the service was outstanding all staff members were professional and pleasant... I definitely recommend it to everyone.

My family and I dined at Zeta Asia, FIVE NIGHTS IN A ROW. I couldnât put into words how exceptional the food quality, taste, service and conveniency was. We loved everything we ate at Signia Bonet Creek but especially ADORED everything at Zeta Asia. My family and I would highly recommend the Hawaiian Roll. Also, Mr Justin the director of food and beverages was extremely hospitable and helpful with our dining experience. If you stay at the Waldorf or Signia make sure you dine in at Zeta Asia!

Christine is a favorite server of ours. She is very attentive and friendly. Our meals were wonderful. Please try the pork dumplings!

The food is delicious! Our waitress, Christine, gave us excellent service and was helpful and cheerful. We enjoyed the evening immensely.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this Asian fusion restaurant with tasty and good quality food. I ordered the dragon roll, wakami seaweed and cucumber salad, tempura platter, and fire cracker hamachi sashimi plate with yuzu and thinly sliced jalapenos. The dragon roll was a great mixture of flavors and textures made with a crispy extra large prawn, wrapped in rice with thinly sliced avocado, shrimp and tuna. The tempura consisted of a generous portion of crispy vegetables and high lighted with a small piece of fish that was like finding the prize in the cereal box. The hamachi was delectable being prepared from the belly portion of the fish and therefore higher in fat content. The jalapenos added a nice kick that was not overpowering. My waiter Kevin and the rest of the staff were friendly, professional and seemed genuinely concerned to ensure my satisfaction. I was totally if not overly sated when I finished. My only complaint if I had one was that the venue was not filled with more conisseur of Asian cuisine. Missing was the ikura, uni and oysters that I'm sure are difficult to carry given limited appeal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Awesome service! Good food and ambiance! Christine was awesome :)! Here for our honeymoon and very much enjoyed this experience!

We dined at Zeta lounge during Memorial Day weekend and had a great experience. The food, staff and atmosphere were all superior! The sushi was the best we have had anywhere in Orlando. The manager Nassim was very welcoming. Canât wait to go back!

The Mister and I have landed in Disney World and for dinner stopped at Zeta Bar for Asian cuisine... Me: Do you guys have caramel syrup here? Jason (server): Oh, no. What were you thinking? Me: Oh, just a cappuccino with caramel syrup. Itâs my favorite. Jason: Oh, really? They have a coffee bar and pastry shop next door thatâs 24 hrs if you want. Sorry! Me: Ummmm. I was in the mood for chocolate covered strawberries and a capp. Maybe after dinner. Oh well. 10 mins later... Jason: I had someone run over. Enjoy! Me: In Tears! Literally!!! THANK YOU JASON! Our first night in the âhappiest place on earthâ is shaping up just that...happy!

We had a very nice meal in a very relaxing and comfortable environment. The appetizers were delicious. And the service was very good.

3rd year at the Waldorf. 3rd year enjoying this restaurant. Massive shout out to Candy who has always been the best server in Orlando. Amazing with the kids and great food and drink

Went here because I was attending a conference and this was in the resort. The food was excellent and the service top notch. Everything was expensive and was somewhat expected because of the resort location. Pricing was in line with all the other restaurants at the resort, but a good 25% more than restaurants off site. Unless you have a vehicle and are paying 27 dollars or more per night to park, you don't have any inexpensive food options at the Hilton Bonnet Creek. So this was excellent given the options.

Great rolls and appetizers, good sake selection and excellent, attentive service. Nice atmosphere- open and not crowded.

Wow! I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with our dinner experience. Zeta Asia is a beautiful restaurant within Bonnet Creek Signia Hotel in Disney Springs, Florida. The food was amazing from the sushi, short rib bowls, seaweed salad, carrot ginger soup to the beautiful dessert sampler that the amazing chef Jesus personally created for us. We were fortunate enough to meet him when he came out to check on our meal. Kudos to server Christine, also! We were lucky enough to have her as our attentive & friendly server. We were smiling from ear to ear when our party of six left the restaurant. Perfect evening, thank you all so much for all your efforts! We will be back.

We were greeted by an amazing Hostess who told us of a short wait. We were fine with this, as we had no reservation and were in no hurry. Rick, the Manager also checked in to be sure we were ok with the short wait. Nice touch! When seated, Christine our waitress came to take care of us for the evening- and she was incredible. Knowledgeable about the menu, and so patient with my 8 year olds needs. The food was A+++++ fresh and delish- large portions and we had food to take back to the room. We loved it so much that we returned one night later and had the same lovely hostess, again greeted by Rick the manager (who remembered us!) and had Josh as a waiter. Loved his attitude and patient demeanor, never once making us feel rushed despite the busy restaurant around us. This place is incredible and we would return to this hotel simply to eat here again!!!

Wow!!! Where do I begin? First off I want to acknowledge a few people. Miranda greeted us and was smiling and friendly. She sat us at a small two top in the back of the restaurant but was happy to move us to a bigger 4 top. We were very grateful Our server was Jacob. He was very friendly and attentive. But the star of the show Mr. Rick Castner. I am a 20 year former service industry employee. I am a level 1 sommelier so when Rick was given the opportunity to WOW us, he went above and beyond! His knowledge and experience in Sake was 10/10. He made several recommendations and gave us a sake flight. He recommended all of the food items we ordered and were absolutely blown away. We had the Nori Kurakka (Tuna Nachos) and both Boa Buns to start. We were blown away. The quality was top notch. Rick then recommend the Red Chicken Curry, Dragon Roll and the Kanji Roll. This was some of the best food I've eaten at ANY Asian restaurant. We are frequent diners at Nobu and Komodo in Miami Florida. At the conclusion of the evening Rick told us that we had to absolutely try the best dessert they offered at their sister restaurant La Luce. Rick went to La Luce and brought us back a Bostini Trifel, and just WOW. Absolute AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I opened Papi Steak in South Beach and I truly understand service. Bravo to the Zeta Team.

Zeta Asia has the best sushi In Orlando. The food there is absolutely amazing. Our server Josh who we had before recommend us their dragon/bonsai that was so delicious! He once again provided excellent service and provided great recommendations. We will be back again!

If you stay at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek -- You must go to "Zeta Asia", located inside the hotel. We had a great time with the friendly staff. The Sushi is Top Shelf!! You can also visit, if not staying at the hotel. Valet park and they will validate your parking ticket.

Lovely seated area in Hilton hotel Tony the bar man was very helpful & friendly helping us choose from the menu We really enjoyed our food even though there was not a big portion for the price Would return again

Absolutely loved our experience. Such amazing sushi (very fresh.. great quality)and service ! Christine was Amazing!!

Food was nice. Bold flavours presented well. Service was attentive but in our opinion a couple of tweaks could make this place so much nicer. Firstly, the service felt really rushed. A three course meal for 4 from beginning to end took just over an hour, and that was with us asking for a moment between courses. The mains were served before we had finished starters and the desert order taken before we had had the main course plates cleared. Whatâs the rush! A more minor point, but the air con is so cold the food doesnât stay warm long!

Zeta Asia is by far the best sushi I have ever had. Mount Fuji Roll is definitely a must. I brought my aunt and uncle, in which they loved everything from the food and hands down 5 Star service from Jason and Chuck. They made sure our drinks were filled, brought food out hot and tasty. Spent time telling us more about the property and Orlando. When I visit again, I know Zeta is a must go to, not only for the food but the amazing service that Jason and Chuck offered to my family and I.

We had a quick get together with family and decided Zeta was the place to meet up for dinner and drinks. We LOVE sushi and have been several times so we wanted to introduce our family to it as well. IT WAS AMAZING as always! First off, the place is a great location. Atmosphere is perfect. We sat at the bar and were helped by Jason and Chuck. They were fabulous. Jason even created a drink my niece loved. She is 23 and still picky with drinks so it takes a while to find one she likes. He made a great fruity one for her that was not on the menu. It was nice he took the time when it was so busy to make sure she could enjoy drinks with us. The suggestions for sushi were perfect and he even made sure our one non-sushi eater was satisfied too. It was a tad bit busy but Jason and his partner at the bar always made sure the 5 of us were taken care of. Hope to bring more friends in the future. Thank you for such a great night.

We love this place. The food is always great and fresh. They just did a slight resh to the restaurant which was a nice touch. The service is always on point. Try the tuna nachos, you will not be disappointed. Dustin

We started with the pork and short ribs buns, then the Dragon rolls, Jalapeùo roll and California roll. We had the tuna nachos and then finished up with coconut ice cream and key lime crème brÝlÊe and peanut butter cake. We are definitely coming back here.

Restaurant is in the Hilton. We took the miso soup, edemama, and different bowls. Food was really good. Service friendly but fast and maybe bit too fast. A bit more time woukd be more relaxing . Now we ve got the inpression we had to hurry. Not really cosy place for a dinner allthough food is more than okay. Could all be bit better

We were not staying at the Hilton but Zeta Asia showed up on a Google search. We were very pleasantly surprised with the ambience, quality of food and especially our server, Christine. Appetizers were excellent, sushi was brilliant in appearance and taste. Christine was extremely attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and always smiling and pleasant.

Writing this review to mention our server, Christine. She was amazing and made our dinning experience very enjoyable. She was great with the order when it came to attentiveness. She was very helpful and didn't make a single mistake. 5 stars courtesy of Christine.

My best friend and I were celebrating my upcoming 20th Anniversary with my company. Richard Castner, manager asked us what brought us to town. His reaction was truly heartwarming and appreciated. The time he spent with us was just such a pleasure and VERY informative when he was speaking about the upcoming Greek wine Zeta will soon be serving. Richard spoke with such passion and it was easy to see how much he loves what he does. I could not help but notice his exceptional hospitality as we celebrated such an important milestone at Zeta.

Excellent Sushis, and service.....loved it... thanks to the team and manager for the great service provided and your hard working. Zeta is the best sushi place in Orlando. I recommend it to everyone

Had a surprisingly wonderful experience. The food was amazing, so flavorfully delicious. Our server Josh handled the busy crowd like an an experienced professional, yet always seemed to be available at every moment. The manager Cristina was such a delightful conversationalist, she brought the perfect amount of cheerful conversation to our table. I would definitely come back here again!

The sushi rolls were all fresh and delicious. Very approachable dishes, I could eat there once a day and be happy. The quality is there.

Loved every moment, big thank you to Jason (bartender/server)! He made our night worth going out for dinner :)

Maria was absolutely lovely. She greeted us after 8 min. She gave amazing recommendations. â¨â¨The coolest thing about this particular magical dining experience was it being a 4- course meal. For Appetizers, I ordered the Carrot and Ginger Soup. The nostalgia that I embodied, made me want to order another to go. My grandma used to make this when I was little and I have never felt more at home. The Steamed Gyoza needed to be cooked a little longer. It was very rubbery, but Iâm not sure if that was a required texture. â¨â¨ The second course was the Bao buns and they were exceptional. I got a Pork Belly with tofu substitute. The tangy and sweet flavors flattered each other. My roommate stated that the Korean BBQ Short Ribs Bao was the most delicious thing on that menu. â¨â¨ For the main course, I ordered the Short Rib Bibimbap, also with a tofu substitute. The flavors were rich but they did not compliment each other. Some of it was spicy, some tangy. The rice was supposed to relieve the spice but it appeared to me more of a simple side.⨠As for desert, I opted for the Pineapple Spring Rolls. The texture was satisfyingly different. An unusual combination of rice pudding and pineapple chutney cooperated admirably. The warmth of the spring roll paired with a vanilla ice cream created a perfect yin and yang. I would highly recommend. My roommate enjoyed the Key Lime Creme BrĂťlĂŠe. It must of been very delicious because he licked the bowl clean.

We had an amazing experience! We did magical dining and we are glad we did! The food was 5 stars and delicious! Christine our server was also so caring and kind and made our experience even better! She was amazing! Thankyou! We will be back!

Great place to eat some good sushi, I recommend the dragon roll. So when you are staying in the Waldorf for a couple days itâs a good place to get some :-)

Always such a great place to go for Sushi. Love the atmosphere and the food and service is always so good. We always feel so welcomed and taken care of by all the Servers but bartender Tony is the best around. He makes a mean Toki Old fashioned. Can't wait to go back. Only place we will go for sushi.

make sure you ask for this dish - not currently on the menu anymore but chef Greg made is specially for us and we hope it returns to the regular menu

This restaurant was amazing. Service, food and vibes were outstanding. When making the reservation, we noted that we were celebrating a birthday, and they exceeded expectations. Our table was decorated with flowers and we were given the most amazing dessert. Absolutely amazing!

This is an amazing restaurant, delicious food and great service by Christine. My husband and I will definitely be back. love it.

From several good sake selections on the menu to fish quality that is a big cut above most hotel sushi bars, Zeta Asia is an excellent dinner experience at the Hilton Bonnet Creek at Disney World. The fish selection is limited, as you would expect in a hotel sushi bar. But, the quality of the yellowtail, tuna, octopus and salmon we had as sashimi was very, very good. The pure nature of sashimi exposes any flaws in the quality, freshness or cut of the fish, and ZA really delivered. Prices were reasonable for this quality and hotel setting. If you've never really drunk good cold sake, this is a good place to try with a nice variety of options and sizes. As regular Orlando visitors, I can testify that there are many places outside the Disney resort area not nearly as good as ZA. The atmosphere is somewhat bar-like, but romantic enough. Besides sushi and sashimi, the menu covers a variety of Japanese standards, so there are lots of good things to eat for everyone in your group. If business or a family trip brings you to Bonnet Creek, Zeta Asia is a great option.

Glad to see this restaurant is still here. I stayed at the Bonnet Creek resort several years ago and I was hoping the sushi restaurant was still located inside. Not sure if the name changed or not but the restaurant is still fantastic. We shared an edamame appetizer, I had the jalapeĂąo roll and my wife had the green curry. She said her dinner was fantastic. My roll was excellent and if they didnât have such great desserts in the coffee shop at this hotel I probably wouldâve ordered a second/different one! We had a fantastic meal, and our server was excellent. I would highly recommend a visit to this restaurant if youâre ever in the hotel, or the area.

So good. Almost didnât go in, I thought the menu was limited. We went in and so glad we did!! Everything had amazing flavors, the food so fresh, the staff- Joshua and Christina the manager were amazing! I was so wrong! We stay here often and this will now be one of our favorites! Canât believe we didnât come here sooner. Favorites include the tuna nachos, short rib bowl (melt in your mouth), excellent sake choices and I usually donât like sake! Okay, you get my pointâŚ

Eaten here during stay next door Waldorf. Sushiâs rolls were good. Only doubt freshness moment of preparation. Sushi roll was stuck to a plate and a lot of it was easy to separate in an attempt to get rid of the plate. Furthermore, options for kids are a bit limited.

Christine was an amazing server. She was knowledgeable about the entire menu & provided awesome service. Everything we ordered was delicious. As locals, we will be returning. And asking for Christine :)

Zeta had not only amazing food, but also the service by the wait staff and manager was impeccable. I noticed the manager helping the wait staff out several times during busy periods, which I donât see very often at other establishments. In addition, he came to our table to ask us if we needed anything and to recommend different food/ beverages. Each wait staff member was extremely polite, which made the atmosphere so much better. I would 100% recommend this to anyone craving good quality sushi, followed by amazing service and a great atmosphere!

Christine was our waitress and she guided us thru the menu beautifully. We loved the environment and enjoyed the best sushi we have ever had! An excellent variety of sake as well as a surprisingly excellent dessert! I cannot begin to explain how good everything was. If you are anywhere near this resort, Zeta is so worth the visit!

This is a beautiful restaurant. The food is good especially the tuna nacho starter which is a sharing plate!! I didnât want to share as I could easily have eaten them all as the main course was small too. In summary the food is good but the meal will be expensive as you need to order lots to be full.

Decent food but expensive. And service is painfully slow. If you're there with a group you can entertain yourselves while you wait, however you will likely not be served together. Food comes out of the kitchen as it's made, and that doesn't seem to be a first in-first out proposition.

Zeta Asia has excellent food; a classy casual atmosphere; and great service. Our waitress Christine made our anniversary dinner even more memorable, with attention and charm that was above and beyond expectations. We tried two of the many sake selections, along with a couple of great looking and tasting sushi rolls. For dessert, the chocolate cake baked in a coconut shell is not to be missed. A special experience!

The staff is not very welcoming or friendly. They seem to not care that they have customers as they talk amongst each other instead of tending to the customers. The food is good but not much better than grocery store sushi.i had the vegetable tempura, really good, and the California roll. The roll was not cold so I was a little worried I might get sick, my friend did get sick and she had the same roll and a bowl of something else so not sure which one made her sick.

My wife and i had the pleasure of dining at Zeta Asia during one of the hotel's food and wine weekends. My wife opted for the four-course tasting menu while i favored the sushi rolls. Our server, Jason, was friendly and professional. He addressed any questions and ensured our meal was fantastic from start to finish. He checked on us after each course and made us feel welcome. All of the food was wonderful and the evening could not have been any better. The manager stopped by to ensure our evening was perfect and we could not have asked for more. We frequent the restaurant quite often as locals and have never been disappointed. On the way out the door, i must have dropped my valet ticket on the ground. Jason ran clear across the hotel into the Waldorf to track me down and return my ticket. That's above and beyond! Will definitely return and would highly recommend.

Sushi rolls were delicious and kids menu of hotdogs and hamburgers kept the littles happy! Christine is fantastic!

Christine at Zeta is amazing!! So glad to have her back and Zeta open after the pandemic!! She has been our bartender, server and FRIEND for over 7 years here and honestly we come back for her great service and the food!! The new âpandemicâ menu was surprisingly refreshing and welcomed by us!! 10 stars for the service and food!! We love you Christine!! Now if only they would bring back the homemade fireballâŚ

Visited Zeta Asia late one night after leaving disney. The food was great but the service was top notch. Our server Larry was phenomenal. He recommended spicy tuna nachos from the menu and they did not disappoint. He was very knowledgable and fun to talk to. Will most definitely be back to see him and have those nachos again.

We returned for the outstanding dragon roll and the great service. We were pleasantly surprised to have our favorite server, Christine, who recognized us from our first visit 8 months prior! Christine once again ensured we had another memorable experience with her personable service, as she exemplifies the true meaning of hospitality. We look forward to our next visit!

I was here with my girlfriend for a dinner a couple nights ago and it was the first time in a long time we were able to actually go do something because our schedules are very opposite. Josh welcomed us from the beginning with that huge smile of his and his extremely bubbly personality. He was extremely attentive and honestly treated us as if we have been there forever we felt super comfortable and felt as if we were home. I have eaten many fine dining and many restaurants and no one has treated us with this level of respect and care. Because of Josh I will be coming back!

Smaller menu due to hurricane. Food was great and service was great, especially Kristina. Thank you to all the staff for working.

This was our second time here, and the food was just as flavorful and service just as wonderful. The short rib in the bau buns and bibimbap is spectacular with the chili sauce. Perfectly flavorful and juicy. Plus, our server Christine was incredibly attentive and kind. She made sure we had everything we needed!

Sushi rolls are ok and that's all there is to say. The service is also average and prices are very high.

Really enjoyed our evening. Jacob and Tony were attentive and friendly. The ginger cocktail was delicious. The sushi was fresh and tasty. Lively atmosphere. We were glad we were able to pop in to find seating and enjoy this spot.

Ok. One of the best parts of the trip was this place. Really good sushi at normal human non-Orlando prices on a resort: cannot get much better than that. Love it so much went back a second night .

The sushi there is awesome! And the service was even better. I normally try to create my own style of sushi but my server Josh recommended me the dragon roll and the jalapeĂąo roll which was amazing. I highly recommend going there for sushi and asking for Josh. He knows his menu quite well and made the experience enjoyable!

What a pleasant surprise. Hotel restaurant probably average food right? Wrong! LEGIT sushi place. Top 3 best sushi places ive been to in my lifeâŚ.visually and taste top notch skill from the chef. Service might be the greatest ever. Wonderful people giving off great vibes. Our server Christina was amazing. SO SWEET! Food comes out fast. Manager checks on you after each course. This staff knows how to run a legit place and take good CARE of people. Made our day and that says a lot cuz we came from Disney haha!

Stopped by Zeta for dinner and it was so good. My server/bartender Jason really knew the menu and recommended the Dragon Roll and Vegetable Tempura and was very happy with his suggestions!!!!

I went to Zeta with my family last week, and I have to say that they have the best suchies that I have ever eaten. If you are visiting Orlando, you absolutely need go there and try the FIRE CRACKERS, .. My husband who is not a big fan of suchies loved them, he actually said, I didn't know that suchies can be so delicious especially the spicy ones. The service was excellent as well, the server was freindly and the manager very welcoming. I would recommand it for people who love Suchies, but also for ones who don't really like them as they will change the way they think about Suchies just ask my husband.

Tried this place out for Magical Dining month and was not disappointed. Wonderful food, great service from Joshua, and upscale atmosphere. Luckily I'm local and will definitely be returning!

My family stayed at the Signia during our Disney vacation. After a full day at the parks, we came to Zeta looking for a reasonably quick meal that would suit the whole family. Zeta was exactly the answer. The kids (hangry and tired) ate from the kid's menu and the adults did not have to settle. Christine and the restaurant manager were extremely accommodating with all our requests for extra silverware, odd meal requests and, of course, adult beverage refill requests. The food arrived promptly, the sushi was fresh, and nobody (from age 5 to 70) had a single thing to complain about. It was such a perfect experience that we went back the following evening and received exactly the same quality. I'm sure the other restaurants on site are wonderful as well, but I am SO happy we found our way into Zeta.

After a long day in Disney World, we wanted some good food and not something as heavy as the state. We were pleased to find that a sushi restaurant was available in the hotel lobby of the Bonnett Creek Orlando Hilton. In all honesty, we did not have the loftiest of expectations for a sushi restaurant in a hotel. We were very wrong. The sushi at this restaurant was excellent. In fact, it was so good that I would return and eat here even if I was not staying at this hotel. The miso soup was excellent, the spicy tuna nachos were fantastic, the key lime crème brÝlÊe was unbelievable and the sushi was made by chefs who really knew what they were doing. This was an excellent dining experience. What made it even better was the excellent service that we received from our server, Josh. We have a child who has special needs and a limited diet. He went all over the hotel to find a restaurant that had gluten-free penne pasta. Josh went above and beyond our expectations. He made an excellent meal even better. We will be back to this hotel and we will definitely be eating at this restaurant again.

Chuck, Tony and Tracy were amazing!!!! Fabulous customer service! Dragon Roll is to die for! We drove all the way across town for it!!

This place was incredible, the food was amazing! Also, everything came out so fast and our desert was incredible! Make sure to come by here when ever your free. It's worth it

I have eaten at this restaurant quite a few times and I must say it has the best freshest sushi, knowledgeable friendly staff and servers, as well as a super cool modern atmosphere. I actually crave the salmon roll that has pieces of lemon on top and my daughter asks if we can go there anytime we are at this property for a family weekend! We have actually gone when we have not stayed on property as well as we just had to have some of their sushi that night!!! Besides the sushi, which my whole families loves as much as I do, they also offer a version of chicken tenders which are great for the kiddos as well as salads and appetizers that will satisfy all ages. Try the tuna nachos for sure!! Also try to make sure you save room as their desserts are unique, fun and tasty too! I highly suggest trying out this restaurant if you want a great meal, that will leave you coming back for more the next time you are anywhere near this property!!!

The food here is amazing! So fresh. Our server, Christine, was fabulous! She was very friendly and helpful. Canât wait to go back.

Was staying in the Disney area with some friends over a weekend for a birthday party and looked up good sushi places to go and this was one of the top choices. And I can definitely see why after going! We were greeted right away with the biggest smile from our server Joshua. He had a thorough understanding of the menu and explained to us his favorite rolls and entrees all while making us laugh so much and enjoy ourselves! The sushi was phenomenal and came out quickly. Will be coming back to Zeta Asia and Joshua again soon!

Zeta Asia has truly become my favorite sushi restaurant to go to. I came back to see my favorite server Josh and get those Spicy Tuna Nachos! Soo good and flavorful! The jalapeno roll and dragon roll are a must. The manager trace was super attentive and checked on my girlfriend and I multiple times. Consistency sets this restaurant apart from the others! You have to try it!

The sushi and lettuce wraps were very good. Really liked the dragon roll. The chocolate cake with coconut ice cream was great too. Our server, Christine, was helpful and very friendly and we really enjoyed talking to her.

Some of the best sushi Iâve had in Orlando. Loved the ambience, the service was great and everything was delicious. Iâm coming back! My favorites were the Bonsai Tea and the Dragon Roll!! The bibimbap was delicious too. If youâre looking for good Asian food in the Disney area, absolutely come here!

Love going to Zeta. Staff is always on point. It was a busy night since they had a few big events in the hotel but they handled it perfectly. Jason our favorite bartender was great even with some crazy people being not so nice. Love his positivity and passion for his job. He gave us some amazing recommendations that we enjoyed thoroughly. We had the firecracker appetizer, the bibimbop and the bonsai roll. All were super yummy. Always a guaranteed great night out!

please see my review on hilton bonnet creek regarding this restaurant. We thought the menu was limited and the food wasn't that great.

From the servers to the manager, Nassim, Zeta Asia, is top-notch. The sushi is amazing and the service is special. Great attention to detail - the food is delicious and the presentation is beautiful. Canât wait to come back!

Iâve had a lot of good sushi in my day. This is pretty average to me. Itâs good but not âblow your mindâ good. We had the dumplings, tempura, spicy tuna and tempura role. We also go the beer flight to share which was fun. Service was good and for a nicer restaurant tons of young kids. This made us happy since we have a rowdy toddler and can never remotely eat nice meals haha.

My wife and I went by after a long day at Universal. We thought sushi would be a great light dinner. It could not have been better. 2 interesting cocktails, 2 delicious rolls (the Dragon roll and Dynamite roll) and a light dessert later, we were full (but not over full) and had enjoyed every bite. Our server, Josh, was engaging and engaged. We are likely to go again before we leave!

The service is friendly but the food took a lot! And it wasn't wow. The average rating does not respond to our experience. We went with my daughters and the wait was eternal. Value for money poor quality.

Excellent service with excellent food made an exceptional dining experience. Sushi tastes delicious, and Iâm very picky about my sushi. Dragon roll is my absolute favorite. Will be back next time we come to Orlando!

I was at this Hilton for a conference and happened upon Zeta for a quick dinner. The staff was super friendly. I ate at the bar and was taken care of by Jason and Tony. Both very nice but Jason recommended a roll he came up with on the fly dubbed the "Jason Roll" highly recommend. All the food was great and the beer was nice and cold. If you are at the hotel its a no-brainer but I would consider traveling to the restaurant if you are staying anywhere in the area.

My first visit to Zeta Asia and it was fantastic. Gracious and ultra helpful staff topped off a fantastic meal. Try the dragon roll. It is fantastic!!!

Food was good although I found the menu slightly limited. Service was attentive. Restaurant did not have much atmosphere

My dinner was not only great but the bartenders Jason and Chuck made it so fun. I will definitely be back soon!

Such a fun, great meal! Food was awesome, but Joshua our server made the meal special. His suggestions were great and we ordered the perfect amount of food!

We had dinner at Zeta two nights in one week and it was amazing! The food and the service were both outstanding and we were warmly greeted by the manager Richard. Servers Larry and Josh made spot on recommendations and encouraged us to try things that we would not have ordinarily ordered. They even remembered my drink preference after only serving me one time before... WOW! The short rib baos and bowls are out of this world!

The magical Zeta Asia & this amazing team create wonderful experiences. From the minute you cross the threshold you are warmly welcomed into a world of amazing tastes and calming surroundings. We have had the pleasure of getting to know Chef Jesus & server Christine in particular. From the first time we met them with their ever-present smiles, we knew how special this place was. The menu is filled with amazing tastes and the restaurant has a very calming ambience. We have been there several times & it has definitely left a lasting impression. It is obvious how much pride Chef Jesus takes in the food he prepares. He is never too busy to take a few minutes to table touch & recommend something that will fit your mood. And Christine is always right there making sure the entire meal is seamless. Both are long time staff of the Zeta and take so much pride in their work. We enjoyed the zeta greens salad, spicy tuna nachos & short rib buns. Also, one of our absolute favorites is their signature carrot & ginger soup! You must try it. Our dinner was completed with a perfectly prepared flan. I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed. And tell Jesus & Christine we said hi!

After a long day at the pool, my family went to Zeta for the best sushi weâve had in a long time! The staff was amazing, Stephanie was the best! Nassim the manager came over to our table and check on us twice!! The food was delicious and there was great portion sizes. My kids were happy and of course that says a lot! Donât miss this amazing place!

Pick wisely and you will be well rewarded. The Bonsai roll is a combo of unagi and spicy ahi. They even have Tako here. If you prefer, there are Nigiri and sashimi options but they are a bit overpriced. The sushi chefs are visible and are excellent at what they do. They also have Asahi super dry here for real beer drinkers and a full bar with a bartender who can make a great Midori margarita.

We visited Zeta multiple times now and the service is outstanding. Tracey the manager is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of all items on the menu. She always goes above and beyond to ensure our experience is a memorable one. Quality food and cocktails. Highly recommend dining here.

Laid back and casual experience with high quality sushi. Open, family friendly and the staff was very pleasant. I recommend to sushi lovers.

We were probably the last couple to walk in to the restaurant for a bite to eat at night, so maybe the staff was over the night but something seemed just a little off. We ordered a roll and noodle soup. The roll was fine, nothing great but it seemed fresh which was good. The noodle soup was meh. It really seemed like they just heated up whatever they had, it came with very little noodles for a noodle soup so it was a bit odd. Id try it again.

We come to Florida every February. We found Zeta on our first trip six years ago. It has been our favorite ever since. Great food, unbelievable service! When you go, please request Josh as your server. He is a very special person who takes wonderful care of his customers. Also, the pork dumplings are incredible!! Enjoy!

Went for magical dining because my mom is from Nagoya, Japan and loves Pork Tonkatsu. This is not on their regular menu. We were pleasantly surprised at the food here! She loved the sauce on the Pork Tonkatsu (we were told it was made in house by the chef) and said it was the best she's had in the area. I felt like the portion was too small because typically this is a large cutlet but it was magical dining so I expect that restaurants will make portions smaller because of price. If they put this on the regular menu, I would definitely be back just for that dish. Since it's a fried pork cutlet, I think that it would be a popular menu item option for those not wanting sushi. The other nice surprise were the pork bao buns. The pastry for the bao is what makes or breaks the taste of these and they did not disappoint! Delicious and I would recommend. It was not the traditional style bao but a taco type but the pastry was slightly sweet and soft and delicious! The Bonsai Roll and Kanji Roll were a good portion and very tasty, as well. My mom ordered the Unagi roll and said it was one of the best BBQ Eel she's had in awhile. We live in Clermont and will return if they put the Pork Tonkatsu on the regular menu! I can get decent sushi and bao other places which are closer but would make the drive to Zeta Asia if they decide to make this a regular menu item!

Made reservations for magical dining a week ago and they called to inform me they were closing Sunday. Very disappointed if your restaurant is going to be closed why are you accepting reservations and why did it take a week to notify me? Now the other restaurants I want to try are booked.

Zeta is awesome!! The service, food and atmosphere were outstanding. Josh was our server twice while we were in town. He was so fun and outgoing! Josh took time to be personable, while making sure we and his other tables were well taken care of. Josh made dinner beyond enjoyable and his infectious smile was a 10. R & J

I literally could not contain my excitement when we found out our fav sushi spot opened back up tonight at Hilton Bonnet Creek. We have missed Zeta so much. We were so happy our favorite bartenders Jason and Tony had returned and had a fabulous new drink menu. I tried the new Lillet All Day which was a tasty grapefruit and strawberry glass of goodness. Hubby had his usual Toki Old Fashioned and as always it was very good. They have added a new cab to the menu and it was excellent. We ordered a few of the sushi rolls and they were heavenly. Hubby had one of the pork bao buns and he said it was a 10/10. Seriously if you love sushi this is your place. They are only open Friday and Saturdays 5 till 10 right now until it gets busier. Valet was super easy too.

Zeta was incredible!! We planned a special dinner for our daughters sweet 16 and they were amazing! I cannot say I enough - the service, the food and sake were spectacular! They printed a custom menu and honestly it was a magical night! Thank you to Larry our server!! We were blown away by how wonderful this dinner was!!

My wife and I had a fabulous dinner at Zeta on Saturday evening. So glad this place is ramping up again post-COVID. Itâs best-in-class for the Orlando area and did not disappoint this evening. Rolls were all excellent. The Daiginjo sushi was the most amazing sake I have ever had. Service was attentive and food well-prepared. For having to go through all the restart plans in the wake of COVID, Zetaâs has not lost the touch. Absolutely worth the visit.

Yesterday night I attended Zeta Asia for some magical dining and it did not disappoint. A four course meal with good options and price. You most definitely have to try that peanut brownie! My server Josh definitely made the dining experience even better with great recommendations and great service.

We visited Zeta Asia for dinner while on vacation. Christine, our server was wonderful! She told us about all of the favorites on the menu. Tuna Nachos, Edamame and Chicken Katsu sliders were just some of our favorites on the menu. The service was great! We even got a chance to chat with the manager Rick who welcomed us to the restaurant. It was a great experience!

Food is good. Service excellent and staff are brilliant. The problem is the management have set the air conditioning at a level where it is almost unbearably cold. We all asked the staff whether they could turn the temperature up and they told us they too had asked management and they had ignored the request. Why??? Are they trying to loose customers?

Great food and service. Would go back each night! The nachos and bao buns were delicious and have good cocktails to go along.

We stayed at the Hilton Bonnet Creek for my son's 10th birthday and the staff at Zeta, especially our server/bartender Jason who took amazing care of us, was awesome. The food was excellent and the attention we received was second to none. Can't say enough great things about Jason, in particular.

Rick C. is the man! We stayed at the Waldorf during the recent Hurricane and Rick (manager) went out of his way to make our dining experience phenomenal during many trips to the restaurant! đŻ

Amazing bartender, Tony!! Excellent drinks!! Very personable. He made our day experience over the top! Awesome sushi!!

Love love love Zeta. It's our go to spot since it's always 200% Amazing. Jason makes the most incredible drinks and has the best sushi recommendations. The bibimbop was delish and full of flavor as well as out Bonsai and Dragon Rolls which I highly recommend. We would be here once a week if we could get away with it.

We were all here for a business trip from the UK at the ISA orange county. We fancied some Asian food and this place was great. Highly recommend

Our server was Christine. The service was absolutely amazing. She is awesome as she takes the time to go over your questions as well as being so very cheerful and charming. We will be back and we will ask for her. The chef is Shirley who is also very skilled at her art. She was with the La Luce Restaurant and now with Zeta. She is also very amazing. Maria was a very sweet and pleasant server as well. Now we come to Tony. He is the bartender and what a bartender he was. His special skills make being a mixologist one amazing skill. Just like being a chef, this is an artistic skill that these people really excel at.

Best place to go. Ask for Josh. He was attentive, and the best server I have ever had. Christina (the manager) checked on us and made sure everything was great. Everyone should eat here for the best sushi

Our server Larry was amazing!! He went above and beyond to make our anniversary dinner spectacular! I would highly recommend visiting him at Zeta the next time youâre at the Waldorf/Hilton Bonnet Creek!

Candi was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable about the menu and wine selections and provided the most attentive service , even for special requests. Next trip to Orlando will include dinner at Zeta Asia no matter where we are staying. 5/5 food, service and value. The dragon roll was a gourmet delight!!!

My family and I stopped in after being in the parks all evening. The food ,drinks and service was all top rated. The waiter learned the next day was my birthday and gave me the best Creme brulee I have ever had.

We enjoyed a lovely dinner here before ending our vacation. The service provided by Christine was exceptional. She is very knowledgeable and perfectly attentive without hoovering. We enjoyed the sake sangria and specialty old fashioned along with our dumpling and short rib boba rolls. The dumplings were tender and flavorful-my husband even at the spiraled carrots with the sauce. The short ribs were tender and perfectly seasoned, not fatty at all. The kimchi was the perfect spicy to bring out the flavors. We also ordered the Dynamite roll and the Everest roll. The Everest roll was awesome and the flavors were pronounced. Now the Dynamite roll is one reason this venue didn't get 5 stars. It was fresh but lacked flavor-it was very bland and the cucumber inside was too large that it kept the roll from holding together correctly. We ended our dinner with the citrus creme brulee, it had the perfect texture and hint of orange flavor. The candied orange slide dipped in dark chocolate was a special treat. We tried to make reservations for 630 pm on line but their system (open table) indicated that they were booked until 830 pm, however when I called they gladly took our reservation and we're not busy at all. We mentioned this to our server and the supervisors visited us to find out more about our experience with dinner and on line booking. That was not expected but greatly appreciated. We will definitely visit here again to sample more of their scrumptious items.

Ate at Zeta twice while at the Hilton last week. The first time was excellent and the server was absolutely great! We had the Spicy Tuna Nachos which were excellent. Definitely recommend you try them. We also had the Tempura appetizer. This was also very good and they gave you alot for an appetizer. I had the short rib Bibimbap that was very good and my wife had a Dynamite Roll that she liked. The second time we had the Tuna Nachos again. I had the Udon Noodle Soup with panko shrimp. The shrimp were quite a bit over done and not very tasty. The udon broth was also very sweet which I am not used to udon tasting that way. Overall a good restaurant.

The food was excellent, but the service was even better! Our server was Josh and he did an outstanding job. We had a large party with multiple checks, some of us had been drinking all day, and we had kids at the table. Josh handled the whole thing flawlessly. There was no way we were an easy table to deal with, but our server never made us feel that way. I would definitely go back.

We go to Zeta for the Dragon roll & pot stickers every time we're in Orlando. Last year, a young man named Joshua was our server. After that one experience, we are hooked for life! He is, hands down, our favorite server, EVER. He has an amazing personality & is extremely attentive. He's always smiling & goes above & beyond when we visit. After serving us last year, it was a year before we visited again. He remembered our names & what we ordered! He made both of my daughter's feel so special on their birthday. I challenge you to find a more outgoing, friendly, amazing server...just not possible.

The food was fantastic: from the short rib bowl and the dragon roll to the chocolate coconut cake, everything was delicious. The service was among the best Iâve ever had: Josh was maybe the best server Iâve ever had in my life and if I lived in Orlando, we would totally hang out. Highly recommend.

The Sushi and the Miso soup are excellent here. The restaurant has a really well stocked bar and their cocktails are arguably the best on this Hilton / Waldorf Astoria site. They do takeaway too so you can take food, soup and cocktails back to your room.

Thank you zeta Asia staff for the amazing experience. the sushis were delicious, the service was outstanding. I highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks again.

Nice place for sushi. I fairly relaxed atmosphere with TVs for sports viewing. Moscow Mules were excellent along with the screwdriver. Super clean place. I would recommend.

Quiet atmosphere, excellent staff, solid sushi rolls and other entrees. Limited sushi options (nigiri) ~9 fish options.

Absolutely delicious Sushi. Outstanding food quality. Verry friendly staff. Thank you for a wonderful evening in a fine dining location.

My fiancĂŠ and I went to Zeta Asia for Magical Dining Month to celebrate closing on our first home. We chose this restaurant because the menu looked great and they offered four courses where everyone else offered only three. Our server Christine was so kind and treated us so well. She was also very knowledgeable about the menu and the ingredients which is super important to us since we have a severe tree nut allergy. The manager that night, Tracy, was also very lovely. She came by multiple times to check on us to make sure our experience was great. She also let us know about other restaurants she recommended for Magical Dining and was genuinely very sweet to us. The food was phenomenal - we especially loved the pork bao buns and the bibimbap. For dessert, they ran out of the brownie that was on the menu, but the chef, Greg, came out to personally apologize and told us that he would bring us out any other dessert of our choice to replace it. The coconut chocolate cake we had instead was my fiancĂŠ's favorite thing of the night! We would recommend this restaurant 10 times out of 10.

By far one of the best Asian spots Iâve ate at in Orlando. I am a local and have stayed at the Waldorf and signia on several occasions and this restaurant is always amazing. I went with my wife and son and had an awesome experience. The server Jeff went above and beyond to make sure our son was comfortable and all the food was out fast. He even took care of dessert for us and made us feel extremely welcomed. The manager Rick also came by a few times to assure we were enjoying our food and also was very attentive to everything. We had the bao buns which were so good and the dragon roll was one of the most fresh sushi rolls Iâve ever had. The rice bowl with ribs was also amazing and I cannot wait to return. Also found out they validate parking if you go for a dinner night and are not staying on property. Thank you guys for the awesome time and food you provided us with.

Worse experience ever Waiter was unintentive And is disinterested in the party that I have brought Actually I felt that he didn't even want to deal with us Waiting 30 minutes for a table and Most an hour and a 1/2 for food that we never received because we decided to go somewhere else where service would actually be good Service was horrible There Your hostess was absolutely clueless about what was going on My family and I will never enjoy sushi at this restaurant ever again ever again and I don't think that you should either do not want to experience Being absolutely ignored And shoved in a corner Zeta Asia more like don't want to serve ya

Just finished my second meal at Zeta Asia and loved it just as much as the first. Amazing food and amazing service! Special shout out to Christine for being such a friendly and wonderful server. Truly made dinner a treat! Will definitely come back.

Went to Zeta for dinner as a surprise weekend for my wife at the Hilton Bonnet Creek. Our first time there but have many friends who referred Zeta. Now I know why. Awesome! While they all Rave about the place we didnât know what to expect. We live in Orlando so as a local we usually donât venture to the Disney side of town. Having said that we will he making the trip to Zeta more often even if weâre not staying at the Hilton. Everything was perfect from the time we walked in and were pleasantly greeted, to the bartenders at the bar who were personable and made great recommendations to our server who was awesome to being thanked and by the Manager Nassim who spent time with us as we finished our evening. The food was some of the best Sushi we have had and the service and ambiance made it even better. Again, we will make the trip across town just for dinner, it was that great of an experience. So if you want a great weekend or just some great food with great people Zeta is it for us whether we are staying at the resort or not!

We had a work event so had food laid out and an open bar. The bartender was not particularly attentive but when it came the G&T was nicely made. I liked the sushi as well as the crab cake and spring rolls that the servers brought around. Overall a nice venue for a quiet dinner with a chef who knows what she/he is doing.

Wow. Where do I even start, my experience here was amazing. Everything from the food to the service. My friends and I were meeting up for the first time since undergrad and it was becoming a burden, searching for a place that could meet everyoneâs needs. Zeta Asia was literally perfect! And I canât forget our server Josh!!! He was beyond spectacular. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and overall just very attentive to us. Definitely coming back and definitely would recommend!
FRESH and FABULOUS!!!
Went with the suggestions of our Bartend, Tony. Steamed Dumplings, Dragon and Spicy Tuna Roll. HE WAS SPOT on. Can't wait to go back.
