Le Zinque has a nice patio terrace and the quality of the food is excellent. Try Le Bowl - great choice. Has a good selection of wine and very friendly staff members.

Went for a lovely dinner with my girlfriend to end our trip in the US. Absolutely beautiful food and even better service. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Can't recommend enough. Thanks again!!

The place is really nice and laid back. Great menu with small options to share. Try the burrata, flat bread and cheeses. Also the banana bread with vanilla ice cream.

If you don't mind paying $16.00 for a basic martini and an extra $4.00 for two olives, then this is the place for you. We did enjoy the staff and the food was acceptable but on the pricey side. We probably won't return.

No matter what you get here, either a coffee and a croissant or a salad or sandwich is always great. The service is in general very friendly and laid back. It is also a good place to have breakfast and work a little beat. Nice and chill atmosphere. Casual and chic.

It started as a quick stop for falafel... but turned into a masterclass in ambiance, heaters, and how to do “Venice chic” without trying too hard. Why I went I was in Venice Beach—hungry, slightly chilly, and determined to find a spot that didn’t require psychic powers to locate parking. Zinqué kept coming up in convos: “It’s super chill, aesthetic, perfect for groups.” So, naturally, I had to stop by myself. What actually happened Pro tip: Enter from the back. There’s a Ross shared parking lot (hallelujah in Venice), and you walk straight into this adorable patio setup. Think café meets secret garden. Heaters on. Plants everywhere. The kind of place where you want to order a cappuccino and write a novel… or just scroll TikTok and feel like you’re doing something productive. Inside? High ceilings, minimal but thoughtful decor, and a grab-and-go area that felt like a mini French Erewhon—just less intimidating. Pastries, juices, candles, random cute books. It’s giving “beige mom grocery run.” We grabbed a table in the back and ordered full meals. I went in thinking the falafel salad would be it—but plot twist: the soup stole the show. Genuinely one of the best soups I’ve had in a while. Flavorful, cozy, came with a slice of bread that honestly understood the assignment. The falafel salad? Solid. Falafel was tender, not dry (bless), but overall it just didn’t hit as hard. Like a 3.7 out of 5—good, but not groundbreaking. My friend got the “Le Bowl” chicken bowl. Apparently, she eats it every day and still isn’t tired of it. As a vegan, I passed, but I gotta give credit where credit is due—it looked pretty legit. The Vibes I walked out feeling like I’d just had a wellness reset via soup and patio heaters. It was calm, cute, and breezy—like Venice without the chaos. Honestly, it reminded me of something I once said in a @CassandraBankson yt video: good food, fresh air, and a working heater can fix almost anything. Mini Critique If I’m being picky? The lighting inside could be a smidge brighter, and I wish the salad had a bit more sauce to bring it all together. Also, the public handwashing area near the bathrooms had some towel chaos happening, but it was nothing tragic—just mildly ick for a second although the bathrooms were overall clean. Logistics: Street parking is meh, but the backlot (shared with Ross) is a hidden gem. Didn’t test the Wi-Fi, but there’s a co-working area if you want to bring your laptop. Outlets were limited—so bring a portable charger if you’re planning to plug in. Health & Safety: Bathrooms were fine! Stocked, clean, and had a big mirror (we love). Only thing? Some stray towels around the sink area—but it’s Venice, not Versailles. The Verdict Would I go back? Maybe—not rushing, but I wouldn’t turn it down. Especially for the soup or a chill meet-up with friends. Zinqué is like that low-key stylish friend who always looks good but never tries too hard. If you’re headed that way—get the soup. Already been? Tell me your fave dish—I’m open to reevaluating my falafel stance.

Makes american gastronomy richer... French flair not too expensive... Eventhough the quality could be better. Rice bowl, "the bowl" was nice... Really great ambience

The chicken bowl--recommended by the server--was one of the plainest dishes I've ever had in a restaurant. Arugula, brown rice, chicken, a few tiny cubes of cheese, unripe tomatoes, and shreds of chicken, with no sauce or dressing of any kind. The wine was expensive by the glass for this kind of restaurant. Service was just okay.

Cute wine bar and bistro at intersection of Abott Kinney and Venice Blvd. Wine cocktails, wine BTG and bottle, coffee beverages and nice menu. Ordered tomato avocado tartine on bread we were told is flown in daily from Paris. So delicious we ordered a second! Small, but inviting, outdoor patio, too. Self park on site...real plus in this always lively part of town.

Really cool ambiance, great quality food, very good espresso (not easy to find in the area) and definitely fast service. Slightly overpriced for the size of the portions you get - but that's not a bad thing necessarily :-) Cool hang out place, would come again

Bustling fun place to meet friends for drinks. Always busy. Small menu good wine list and great manager. Good outdoor area which is still under cover.

Stopped in for weekend Brunch prior to an event at Beyond Baroque Literary Arts Center a couple of blocks away. It's a small place with a bar-like atmosphere. The overall experience involved mistakes on everything we ordered, long delays in food coming out, which overshadowed the pretty good food we ultimately got to eat. They were out of the gratine potatoes when we arrived at 11:30 am on a Sunday. In our lexicon of brunch, potatoes are an essential component, so it's kind of unforgivable that they would be out of them relatively early during a brunch service. The coffee was excellent and strong. There were three of us...all three of our dishes were brought out at different times with awkward long amounts of time between...so if you're the kind of people who like to be polite and wait for your co-diners food to arrive before you eat, then this is not for you. Also, 2 of our dishes had to be sent back upon arrival. I had ordered the Zucchini Quiche and they brought me the Quiche Lorraine. You can't always tell be looking at a quiche what's in it, so I'm glad I asked as I'm a vegetarian and surprise bacon in my mouth would have been unfortunate. When I did get the right quiche it was very good, legit French-style quiche with exactly the right texture one should expect from such a quiche. Meanwhile my wife's frittata was ordered without cheese, but came with cheese so after letting it sit for a while while waiting for the quiche, we realized it had to be sent back to be prepared again without cheese. (And we discovered they didn't actually make a new frittata but 'carefully' picked the cheese out of what they had brought us as cheese was later discovered still in the salad that accompanies the frittata. The frittata was good, but repeated delays and mistakes made it difficult for us to enjoy this place. Would have rated it higher based on the food without the mistakes and delays. Would have rated it lower had they not offered a discount because of these mistakes. Lots of other brunch options very close by so will probably be a long while before we try this one again.

I love this nice little place opposite the Design Centre. I go often to have an early happy hour around 4 pm. I love their fusion of Asian and French food...Very delicious. If you like trendy and relaxing places, it's the place to be. The hosts are very charming. I will definitely come back here!

Intimate spot for diner -intimate as in everyone is close so don't expect to have some private conversation. It has a laid back but energy filled vibe. It was so dark I had to break out the readers and my cellphone's light to read the menu. Good wine choices, meal was above average.

We had an early dinner here with our 3 children (aged 12.10 and 9) on a Saturday night. Staff were really friendly and we loved the food although the lasagne was too cheesy for one of the children!

Came here with another couple and we were seated after standing around for 10 minutes. The lady seated the 4 of us and only gave us one small menu to share. Then she disappeared for 20 minutes, soon another lady cam and she was not in a good mood. She was so rude and barely wanted to take our order, she came back with cold coffees which we sent back and then through our entrees down in front of us and abruptly left. After eating our food, which was very good, we sat for a long time fore yet another girl came and we asked for the bill, paid and left. It would of been a nice place but the waiters and service really ruined this for us.

Came here with family after running the LA Marathon, so was in need of a decent feed - the lunch did not disappoint! The place sits on Abbot Kinney and has an open plan, funkily decorated interior, with a good sized outside patio area aswell. We sat outside, as we had a dog with us. Surprisingly they didn't have high chairs, which was a shame, but we put the toddler in our group on our lap instead. The waitress could not have been more friendly and was very attentive to our needs - especially focusing on our toddler! We had some champagne and orange juice to celebrate my 26.2 mile morning amble! Then I ordered the Beef Carpaccio and some fries. Wow I've had many a beef carpaccio, but this really was something special. Exquisitely cut and with just the right amount of rocket and lemon juice to accompany it - perfection. The fries were ideally crunchy and combined with the meat were a perfect answer to my post marathon feeding needs! The place has a lovely atmosphere and is also good value. So in conclusion I would thoroughly recommend this place - Abbot Kinney has a plethora of excellent eateries and this one holds its own with genuine aplomb.

Great atmosphere for conversations, really good wine list. I hear they are opening another one. Sara took good care of me.

Casual, French inspired place with good food and friendly service. We sat inside because it was a little chilly on the patrio, and had a large comfortable booth but it's extremely noisy. The food was really good, although my husband felt the quche had too much crust. Very friendly staff and would definitely return.

We went for a quick breakfast before Disneyland and overall it was an okay experience, I think at night it's a little better as it has a patio and everything, this is the only place I think that had actual meter parking, all other places had Valet Parking only. You have to go to the bar to get any attention, it's more of a bar scene.

Oh my, how could I forget to leave a review for these guys. I am typically more inclined to write a review when encountering a terrible experience than when I encounter a pleasant one. And our last time at Zinque...was a terrible experience. We tried this place a few times - once when they first opened and the last time this past New Year's Eve. My wife and I were throwing a NYE party at our house so we thought it would be fun to go grab some drinks on AK before guests started arriving. It was around 7pm, our usual haunts on AK looked crowded so we decided to pop into Zinque. We decided to just sit at the bar - I always digged the wines on tap and they always had an IPA on tap - which is the only beer I drink these days. Dining room wasn't really crowded - maybe 40% capacity. I knew immediately what I wanted, but always takes my wife some time to decide on which wine she wants. That's fine, it gives the bartender some time to come over to us. 5 minutes went by, they seemed busy at first so I didn't say anything. 10 minutes went by - my wife knew exactly what she wanted. Again, the staff was doing "stuff" - didn't press them, we were chatting - watching something on TV, texting - who knows. I look to the end of the bar, ready to shout and get their attention when I realize one of the bartenders is sitting there texting on his phone. Really? At this point, I knew we weren't going to get any service so I figured I'd just see how long they would take without us having to say anything. 20 Minutes. Nada - not one glance from anyone. Granted I probably could have made a scene at the 10 minute mark. I just wanted to perform a little test. Test results confirm we will never be back. We took our business to the bar at Tasting Kitchen. Better food and drinks there anyway. A bit pricier, but I hate having to fight for service and get a bartenders attention. I'd pay $5-10 markup on prices any day for that.

Came here at the recommendation of a local and its a wonderful spot for a drink. The bartenders were great, very helpful and attentive. It was nice to be able to just hang out in a popular spot without feeling rushed.

Zinqué on Venice is a very good choice for a cool atmosphere, good food and wines, and friendly service as well. The tables are quite small and close to each other though - the logic is easy to understand due to popularity of this restaurant but I like a bit more privacy. There are a few parking spots in front of the restaurant, street parking is quite is too in the vicinity. Very good vegetarian options, too. We were here for dinner and will come back and try the other meals, too. Absolutely worth visiting, advance reservation advisable. You can also order for take out.

Made reservations and was seated right away. Interesting menu. Not overpriced with lots of local favorites and some french dishes. Small plates are the mode here and large plates can definitely be split. Our food was good and there is a good variety of wine and beer. Service was not very good. We waited quite a while for our order and then received our entree before the appetizer. The person who brought our entree didn't know about the appetizer, but did bring it out right after I asked. Our waiter was no were to be found. We kept asking other people to find him. Very irritating. Especially since we told him we were going to a play and wanted to eat quickly. Since its out of the way to get there and you have to look for parking lot, I probably wont go back.

This is the cooler Starbucks. Most guests were on their own with their computers using wifi. So this week s a cooler Place than Starbucks but not a great revenue generator! Nice decor, parking lot was packed so be prepared to hunt down street parking.

The food for our dinner was good but the service and seating were really weak. We had a group of about ten and were seated at a table that would have most comfortably sat about six, maybe eight people. We asked to be moved, but the staff told us it was too busy to find a larger table. On top of that, the meal came out very slowly and the server did odd things like taking one person's drink order then leaving the table before the rest of the party could order. The food itself was tasty. My friends who got the big fish thought it was especially good.

Hubby and I take a boxing class in the neighborhood on Sunday mornings and afterwards love to go hang at this place. Their soup is amazing, very well made and the bread they use for both their paninis and cold sandwiches is to die for. Well done . . .keep up the good work.

The address for the restaurant on Lincoln Rd is actually the address for the associated store ( which sells a wide variety of high end goods). The entrance to the restaurant is from the parking lot in the rear (enter via the street next to Ross Dress for less). Food and service just fine but as usual in such places a little noisy for my taste. Looked to have an active bar scene.

A good place for sharing plates. The tartines and flatbreads were great. The beef carpaccio was really tasty. The rotisserie chicken salad was healthy and nutritious, although our waitress said the chicken was warm and the salad ingredients were chilled. (The chicken was cold. Tasty, but chilled.) Small plates "Bites" were really quite small. Cheese plate = small but expensive. VERY LOUD ENVIRONMENT as the evening wore on. BE CAREFUL about how you tip. When you present a credit card, they hook it up to an iPad and the waitress hands it to you and just stands there waiting for you to decide a tip and sign it. A little uncomfortable. But what surprised us was that the tip template gives you the chance to give a tip that starts at 18% and increases from there. We had to ask about to how to give a custom tip....more like 15% that reflects tipping less on wine or beer. A little awkward at the table to end the evening. Still a fun place, though. I'd opt for the outdoor patio area next time to make the evening a little quieter.

Breakfast on the weekend has an extensive menu and the scrambles were just great. Coffee was unreal and was definitely grade A bean based for flavor. Weekday breakfast more low key but same quality and flavor. Unusual building and very eclectic - much like most of Venice. Easy parking out front and space aplenty inside. Recommended

Went there with a group of 6 for dinner and were excited based on reviews. Wasn't that busy, maybe it was the end of the night for food service or something service was slow, delivery of the food was also slow, probably why some of the food came out cold had to send back. Some of the workers were standing around talking to each other, no one wanted to help with more drinks. Maybe it is a better bar than restaurant.

I have attended this establishment on many occasions, mostly mornings and afternoons. Perfectly located at the corner of Abbot Kinney and Venice Blvd with decent parking, Zinque offers a relaxed mixture of Parisian and Venice beach atmosphere. Service does lack consistent attention to details. Yet food products are usually of good quality, especially the Pains au chocolat and Croissants (they sell out too quickly) which taste much better than at Le Pain Quotidien. Coffee is acceptable depending on who prepares it. There is certainly room for improvements yet Zinque remains, in my view, a better choice than most other similar competitors on Abbot Kinney. It is a good place to meet friends or simply surf the Internet while having coffee. Table room is limited during lunch hours. It is definitely NOT a place for families with kids. After 5PM, this coffee shop becomes a full fledged Wine bar offering a good selection of international wines. Overall, Zinque has real potential to succeed as a long lasting local establishment if there is a strong and consistent focus on customer service and product quality. Currently Zinque scores an average rating because it could be better than what it is now. I'll update this review 12 months from now.

Great, friendly service in a comfortable but busy and upbeat place. Fantastic food with an authentic Italian touch. Highly recommended!

To be in a restaurant in the L.A, breakfast had few choices. Which does not mean that it's bad. What one wishes, however, is that what is served, however, stands out in a positive way. This morning with mixed feelings, French named restaurants require really good croissants. Smart to order at the bar and then quickly get the food served via a foodrunner

good selection of wine, nice nibbles and pastries. works both for breakfast or early drinks. Great french guy called Marc - really enjoyed it.

I went with my son for sunday brunch and it was superb. Little quiet restaurant in the middle of everything. Full menu for brunch and amazing coffee

Really nice! Delicious food! Quick service. Patio is really nice (tent in parking lot) because they can spread people out. Like this place in Venice!

Had a business meeting here for lunch. Really liked the atmosphere of the place. Friendly staff and the menu was very interesting. Great place to hang and chill with friends and quiet enough to conduct a business meeting.

Paid $12 for a glorified egg mcmuffin. Wanted to work there but there were no plug sockets. Good service but very overpriced - serving a tiny portion does not translate to being "gourmet".

Zinque is on the way home from some of the bike rides we do, so we try to stop in when we can. The coffee is really good, highly recommend their cold brew. Their breakfast sandwich with prosciutto is so good. really tiny but it can fill you up. Only real bad thing about this place is its rather pricy

I had coffee and a chocolate croissant here the other day, and it was pretty good. The coffee had a good flavor, and I liked the croissant.

Welcoming, Service is very good. The dishes are good and reasonably priced for usa!! To be tested! I recommend booking 😉

This was a very enjoyable evening scene with friends celebrating all around, delicious dishes (moules with different sauces), good wine and good salads/veggie sides. Decor inside is pleasant, outside in good weather is even better. The intersection was a bit too active to be a relaxing location, but not a bad choice for the much more expensive options in the Abbot Kinney neighborhood.

Excellent place to have wine in the evening. The food is all really delicious and reasonably priced for such good quality ingredients. The breakfast sandwich is amazing! The coffee is on point and served in a bowl. How cool is that!

First- the vibes here are amazing for anyone 21-50 who likes great tunes, quality wine, and thoughtful food. Lot of young couples and groups of friends hanging around this spot late night. The tuna is a must

We stopped by for an early pre-show bite. The outside seating and bar are both high chairs at communal tables. We opted for inside right where there is a banquet and regular seating. We had a charcuterie platter and a salad nicoise. Both were ample for two and we very much enjoyed the selections. Tasty cured tuna, eggs, greens, cheese, and olives with light dressing and a nice selection of meats and pate for the charcuterie. Nice peppery pate. We shared a nice rose as well. Only complaint: bread was not special.

We had the same experience as others, with difficulty in locating the restaurant. Our GPS had us up in Santa Monica, but we later learned that the correct address is South Lincoln Blvd in Venice. Anyway, it’s a pleasant venue once you are ensconced at one of their tables with nice outdoor heating. Service was very good, but there were enough bumps to warrant a 3-star review on this visit. The appetizers were good, although the Grilled Shrimp were a little overcooked. The Crudo Tuna is served more like a thin Carpaccio style, but it was tasty. The Moules-Frites were tasty and the Frites especially good. I would have preferred a traditional Mariniere sauce with the mussels, rather than a cream sauce, but that is a personal preference. The Steak-Frites was a real disappointment: it was cooked to perfection with a nice chimichurri sauce, but the quality of the beef was very tough. We had a bottle of Cotes du Rhone which was only so-so, perhaps because of all the sediment in the bottle. They really should have a few bottles of wine under $50. Perhaps we should have taken advantage of their $30 corkage charge and brought one of our preferred bottles.

We visit with the family and all fantastic but the supervisor is not the best for the company. Burger delicious. Caprese salad espectacular!!! And original mexican coke....no draft

Very cool and hip bar/restaurant. The coffee here is excellent and the breakfast foods were right on the spot. If you are looking for some style in Venice Beach then get down to Zinque.

The food is really nice and simple. It is a great atmosphere, staff nice. Great for a easy going bite in the evening.

Had the most amazing food at Zinque after walking up and down Abbot Kinney trying to find somewhere to eat that would take a child. The Ahi Tuna Le Bowl had me dreaming about it for days later and even the hamburger was to die for. Highly recommend for a stop over from the shopping.

Really the food in this restaurant good the service was fast the restaurant was clean and the people in restaurants very kind

Casual place but good service , and the menu is full of interesting items Had Branzino , a whole fish cooked to perfection. Nice wine list. Would return.

We popped in after a stroll down Abbott-Kinney. Lovely little spot with both indoor and outdoor seating. Each dish was delicious- we started with the caprese salad. The mozzarella was so fresh and creamy. Then had the mushroom flatbread. It was earthy with rich gruyere flavor. Finally we had steak frites and the burger with crispy pancetta. And the servers were delightful. Highly recommend this quaint spot.

Loved the atmosphere! It was busy when we came, and I loved the atmosphere. Food was simple but I loved that - came for a good time

What a relief to be welcomed without a reservation at 5pm on Valentine's Day! After being turned away at several places on Abbot Kinney, that were getting ready for their special prix fixe dinners, our party of four found a pleasant refuge here for dinner after an afternoon on the beach. The wine list had some VERY expensive bottles, but also some more modestly priced. The Malbec we ordered was delicious and served by a gracious waiter. Salads and tartines were generously portioned and delicious. The ambience is casual, with high tables and stools inside, but it was a fine place to spend an hour over good wine and food.

Loved this place, my first time there..Such a nice evening to sit outside. We shared several small plates. Roasted artichoke & spring rolls were my favorites.. Went into the gift shop to look around..Service was not spot on, must need more servers. Would definitely go back.

Went to the Venice location and was able to grab a table next to the window so we could keep an eye on our dog. Great food, easy atmosphere, come as you are, fun crowd and great food. Nice wine list, healthy food options and fast service. The brown rice chicken bowl with arugula and avocado was delicious. Ask for the mayo Siracha sauce on the side. I would definitely recommend for a casual meal.

Met a client early evening - during happy hour. Good wine on the happy hour menu, food was a nice mix of eclectic and mundane (fries and pan con tomate with prosciutto). Service was friendly and laid-back - no pressure to order more than we wanted. Nice patio, but the regular tables were also very airy with big windows that were open. Just far enough away from the crowds on the waterfront for a relaxed meal/drink.

Great spot for a group on the patio to relax in a nice vibe. Server was friendly and helpful, yet the place was packed and service was slow. Flatbreads were DELISH, wine options wonderful, small plates all good. If your not starving for a big meal and just want a place to lounge for a while enjoying wine, this is the spot.

I came to eat something for lunch and I really loved it! So very good pastries and fresh sandwiches. Had a really good experience with the service and the place is really cool!

Average food, average drink, poor service. I'd go there for a drink and a snack if I was in the neighbourhood. Has a nice ambiance and the staff are friendly... but kinda slow. It was not a great place for a business meeting as there is not a lot of comfort or quiet in the place. It is small, kinda like a garage. Good selection of beer and other beverages.

I love the atmosphere here, there is a fantastic European vibe with a twist of Venice beach that makes this place a gem. It reminds me of some of those great little river side bars you find in France. Note that they don't have a glass of wine for less than $12 which means you end up coming on fairly quickly. If they had nice $8 or $9 glass I would come here more often. The staff and clientele are one of my favourite reasons to visit! There are a mix of cultures and personalities, it does occasionally feel like you are on the set of a Woody Allen film. The added gem is there is parking out front which makes it easy to get to and easy for Lyft and Uber to drop off / pick up. If you are spending an afternoon on Abbot Kinney, stop by this place for a glass of something delightful.

I was meeting a friend out and she suggested this place as she is a wine drinker. I order some sangria and we sat out on the patio and talked for a few hours. The place gets packed and we were there early like 5-6PM. The later it got the more crowded this place got. I would definitely come back here though for a drink and that patio. It was a perfect chill location

Zinque is located at the end of a trendy Abbot Kinney and therefore is very-very Venice - very casual and effortless and quite pricey, at least food wise. Wine/beer list is extensive with good selections, food is decent, complementing the drinks. Overall a cool spot to hang out any time.

Was so impressed with the amount of options for food and coffees. I’ll be back for sure: plenty of parking and it’s next to a Ross so if you want out that in your GPS. The city is Venice

It's not often that I got to a "low key" French restaurant. This was a lovely hot spot that had great food and friendly service. The place was a little noisy and it was a little tough to follow conversations with a larger group of people. However, it would be perfect for a couple.

Such a nice, fresh concept! I love the setting (the inside out seating), the shop at the front that cover the “rotisserie” area and quirky shopping, and of course the menu: simple and easy perfect (in our case) for lunch! Prices are reasonable (for USA) and you order inside so quick and easy…something different!!!

This guys know they have a trenfy place so they think they can treat customer the way they want. Almost left while ordering my lunch, now i really regret i didnt. The chicken ciabatta was dry... Definately not coming back...

Sit outside, order a salad or a delicious tartine with a glass of French Rosé or Tanner Dafoe... Banter with Marc or Manouk. Repeat. Welcome to Venice.

Zinque offers a good vibe as well as a perfect place to get energized by their coffee or sip on some wine while catching up with an old friend or just doing some work

What an awesome discovery - coffee and patisserie by day; wine and appetizers by night. The contemporary ambience is perfect for meeting with friends and the prices are pocketbook friendly. The menu is quite small but attention is paid to presentation and quality. Once the word is out about Zinque, it will be tough to get a table. The owner explained they were adding a patio in the srping and also adding a few more tables inside to accommodate more patrons. This is an up and coming place not to be missed!

But I still think Z is holding the flag high.Nice staff, good selection of drinks especially wine on glass.Maybe a bit too expensive but what's cheap in this hip neighborhood

Had dinner with my daughter and 5 of her friends last night. Ordered the least expensive bottle of white wine on the menu @ $52. That’s more than $67 including tax and compulsory 20% tip for large groups. The waitress poured the wine, leaving my daughter with just a tiny sip in the glass. A bottle typically has 6 glasses of wine. “Shall I get you another bottle sir?” Rhetorical question. Was I supposed to say no when I was hosting my daughter and 5 of her friends? So $134 for 2 bottles of wine. Curious after dinner, I looked up the wine (Campagnola Pinot Grigio 2017) and discovered it’s a $9 bottle at retail, likely less at trade. Really unnecessary and obnoxious markup. See image. Food ok, nothing to write home about. No French fries that evening which accompany a number of the dishes as the fryer was broken. Had wanted to make this a special evening for my daughter and friends, but I definitely feel cheated and will not return. Nor recommend.

Came here to meet my cousin and his girlfriend. Limited menu but something for everyone to eat and drink. Still water was what we drank. Waitresses are everywhere and seem to all cover all the tables. One took our order and another brought the bill. They seem to be on roller skates or maybe they are just floating around. They all carry a tablet computer and scan your card and you sign on the tablet can email the bill. It was just under $100 for 4 plus tax and tip. Lasagna was good and $18. A burger was good but they charged $2 extra for the fries. Salad Nicoise came with tuna an upgrade to grilled salmon was another $6!. They let us talk and eat for 2 hours and we didn't feel rushed. The first Friday of the month and all the food trucks were out so parking was difficult. We arrived at 7:30, our reservation time. Only waited 15 minutes to get our table for 4. I probably would not go back since it seemed very expensive for the food. But the service was excellent and the food was good.

The breakfast sandwich was great, the staff was really friendly and the place was chill & perfect for a quick breakfast.

Zinque is a very air, relaxed, French style bar and restaurant. House wines are good, staff is very nice and excellent people watching.

Like most places near Abbot Kinney, stripped down but thought-out design.Sympathetic and attentive staff in the half-empty restaurant, late afternoon. It serves tasty small bites in time for after work.Good selection of wine and beer.

fab vibe and atmosphere great food in fact the burger was amazing coffee sensational service was really good and pleasant

Great spot to enjoy a drink. Plenty of offerings. Place was busy for a weds evening. Sat outside where it is a little quieter. Busy inside. Service is impeccable. Quick, very friendly and you won’t be waiting long to get that drink. These guys are switched on. Tried the salami toasts which was superb. I gave this a five because of the staff.

Great local coffee restaurant in Venice, Ca. I did not visit the one in LA. The one in Venice is on the great Abbott Kinney. Atmosphere was modern, friendly & hip. Coffee was strong and good. The egg sandwich was great. Great place for breakfast.

This a really nice place to have brunch, lunch or even a simple nice dinner. The place is great and the crowd as well. The foos is always great. So far I've tried their quiches and both are great, last time I got the Branzino and it was delicious and the salads are always great,

All served true California style. It was a little unexpected that the formula should be as successful as if was as st first we were dubious. So much could have gone wrong but happily it didn't. Our food arrived very Californian style, when ready not as an order and as Europeans, we waited for our order to be complete to begin. It was all very tasty. Moules frittes were authentic, devilled eggs with a very strange and to be honest unnecessary addition; potato chips atop, smashed avocado - excellent, and a tuna salad bowl, again very tasty. As the evening progressed we met with many of the professional and friendly staff and can only rate them as excellent. Great fun.

Been going since this opened & it's terrific. Great food, good wine and chill atmosphere! Tuna tartine is amazing - rosé on the patio on the weekend is perfect! Ahi salad - fresh & delicious!

This is a nice spot for a drink, a coffee or a catch up with friends. The outdoor area is pleasant and a bit quieter. The Food is pretty good although not many vegetarian or vegan options. The staff were attentive enough and accommodated our friends puppy, letting him bring it out into the courtyard. Quite a few wines by the glass too.

Unfortunately our coffee was luke warm and our toast was cold both of which are completely avoidable. The service was also unfortunately every stereotype that you could conjure up for Los Angeles; "we are too cool and fabulous to serve you with kindness and consideration." Having been a long time LA resident, this far too familiar sound bite really turned me off and as a result I won't go back. The competition around Abbott Kinney is too great. Advise to the owners; all customers are important and your nice décor will only take you so far.

Being at the top end of AK it is not as crazy busy as some of the restaurants further down the street. It had a lovely, laid back vibe, lovely fit-out and a really well done outdoor space - the perfect spot to enjoy a couple of glasses of crisp dry Rose and a selection of small plates from the great lunch menu. The tomato and avocado tartine was so delicious we had to order another one. I would definitely head back there rather than queuing for hours to get into one of the 'too cool for school' spots down the road.

came here or an early dinner, the reviews were very positive. was pleasantly surprised they had a happy hour menu which offered a great value. Quiche, flat breads, French fries, tacos. All good and didn't bite the wallet. I'll be back

Not very big , but food quick and good and friendly service ,nice outside seating a bit tricky to find tucked on a corner of a busy road but plenty of free parking outside

Went here for lunch, and was not disappointed. The grass fed beef burger was very tasty, and they had some great fries and greens going on.

Great place. Great vibe, hip crowd, great food and service. We loved it as visiting tourists-wish we’d had time to try their breakfast as well. If you are in Venice, go!

Chilled bar, some good snacks, friendly staff, relaxed service and excellent rose. A very good meeting place either before or after dinner.

Ok, it’s nice enough, coffee is not bad, tea not so much. Most importantly don’t order Le Bowl. What a joke! 15 dollars for brown rice and a few more last of tomato and avocado. Worst value and dish ever:(. French toast is great though!
Trendy wine bar on Abbot Kinney
Nice place for drinks if you're in the area. Little pricey but worth a stop. Cabernet Sauvignon was excellent but if not to your taste drinks menu was varied.
