Where to start??? I did a lot of research into a great steakhouse for our vacation and the hubby's 60th birthday. I did not want to make a bad pick for such a special day, so relied on TripAdvisor reviews to help me out. Envy had great rankings and reviews. It did not hurt that Groupon had a heck of a deal. $195 worth of food/drinks for $115. It was an elegant restaurant, where we still felt comfortable in jeans and nice shirts/shoes. We had a reservation and were warmly greeted and seated on time. The host asked if we had any promotions for the evening, and we were treated just as well when we shared we had a Groupon. He took it, walked us to the table and explained the great value we have. 2 drinks, 2 apps, 2 entrees, 1 side to share and 2 desserts. There was not a special menu....and we both had soup. He went for the French Onion (one of the best ever) and I and the Lobster Bisque (good but light on the lobster). He had a scotch on the rocks, and they brought him a double. I had a glass of Moscato, which was delicious. We both chose the bone-in ribeye. I cannot even begin to express what a great choice it was. Better than what we have had at Ruth Chris or Gordon Ramsey restaurants. We shared a large dish of au gratin potatoes, which were creamy and cheesy, with a wonderful baked top. Dessert was one of each....cheesecake and chocolate mousse cake. Both were perfect. We ended up taking 2 carry out boxes, and were able to share with a couple of veterans down on their luck, outside of our hotel. After all of this fabulous food and perfect service, our bill (over the $195 plus any taxes) was $20. Always tip on the total cost of the bill, not the discounted price. It was a wonderful price, for the perfect meal. We would eat at this restaurant for the normal price, for a special event. Groupon will bring us back on every trip.

After 40+ years in Las Vegas, I believe this is the best steak and seafood house in town. My wife and I, along with many of our friends, love this restaurant for food and service. Tonight Joshua and Darius took great care of us after our hostess Christy brought us to our table. If you haven’t been to the Envy Steakhouse here is a discount way to try it! Go to Groupon for their $99 deal. You can't believe the value and savings!

We purchased a groupon in the morning and were dining here by the evening. The ambiance of the place is very nice and the service is phenomenal. Joshua was our navigator and couldn’t do enough to make our meal (and our evening) as special as possible. The food and cocktails were exceptional - each of the three courses and the sides had a bigger WOW than the last. Massively recommend this place! We paid $115 for two starters, mains, desserts, drinks and a side on Groupon.com.

The service was very attentive and the food was amazing! Chef Chris is great, I highly recommend the mashed potatoes and steaks!! Zio's is just off the Strip monorail so very easy to get to

I really don’t know what to say!! This place was exceptional!! I went here for my birthday and we purchased a Groupon! It was such a sweet deal our waitress Anastasia was a doll and such a sweet waitress you can tell she took her job seriously!! There was a time the entree came out before the appetizers noooo big deal for me and my husband but Anastasia said it was no acceptable and because of the minor issue we got a bottle of wine for free! We told her no big deal but she insisted!!! I have never in life tastes a steak as delicious as the one I had. I has crab cakes, sangria, NY strip and lobster Mac n cheese My husband had crab cakes, filet Mignon and lobster Mac n cheese and wine. Dessert I had a birthday treat and my husband had a souffe kind of dessert!! Everything was so delicious hands down the best I’ve been too Thanks again

While on a business trip to Vegas we wanted a night just the two of us so my husband found a nice Groupon offer. The offerings were good, I especially enjoyed the appetizer and desserts. The staff and atmosphere were nice as well. We left with a doggy bag so definitely well fed.

Most important thing was how amazing Joshua was, customer service through the roof. We went for our anniversary and he treated us like stars. The food was extremely good, which he helped us choose and honestly it was perfect. Will 100% come back when we’re back in Vegas.

Very attentive staff, extremely clean, and fresh food! Flawless execution, make sure you save room for dessert. You’re going to end up ordering more than one

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Portions are amazing, food is phenomenal and the staff is absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure that we felt special as we were there for our honeymoon. We even used a Groupon and at no point in time were we ever treated like we were "discount guests". A Must visit in Las Vegas for sure! !! They 100% portray the hospitality you expect in a travel city like Las Vegas.

My friend and I both had the sea bass with chardonnay butter sauce. It was delicious and perfectly prepared. We also shared a shrimp cocktail as an appetizer and that was very good, too. The cocktail sauce was homemade and really delicious. My only complaint about the restaurant is the service was slow. Our server was very attentive and on point when he was visiting our table, but it took entirely too long for him to show up each time. I don't know if he was just overworked or if he was taking too many breaks, but, the service was just not what it should be for a fine dining establishment.

I had the pleasure of dining at Zio’s restaurant in vegas while visiting for a convention. And I’m still thinking about the meal, every bite was a hit, from start to finish. To begin with, the melon and prosciutto was absolutely to die for. It was the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The melon was fresh and perfectly ripe, little pieces for goat cheese for a nice surprise and the prosciutto was sliced just right, thin and tender. Next up was the penne a la vodka, and wow… pasta cooked to perfection, right al dente, and the vodka sauce was creamy and rich, packed with flavor without being overly heavy. For dessert we had the panna cotta, and it was delicious. Silky smooth, with just the right amount of wobble, light yet decadent. It was topped with a fresh berry compote that added the perfect touch. If you are in vegas and looking for a spot that serves up classic italian dishes with love and care, Zio’s is a must visit. I am already planning my next trip back and I will have that melon and prosciutto again for sure!

This steakhouse is located in the Renaissance, a block or two off the strip. We found it through a Groupon deal. Probably because it's slightly off the beaten path these Groupon deals are a great way to get people into the restaurant, it easily saves you $ 50 bucks of a meal for two. The décor is nice and Classic, relaxing and romantic. Service from Stephanie was exceptional. But how about the food ??? Always a bit suspect when it's a " Deal " ???? No worries, no corners cut here. The crab cakes by chef Carlos are pretty much the best I have ever had. Simply perfect. The filets were superb as well, no steak knife needed , and the sea bass was very good as well. We will make this wonderful restaurant a regular of future Vegas outings. Excellent !!!

Had a meal with 3 business associates and we all enjoyed our meals. The prices are reasonable for a nice Steakhouse and the quality was excellent. I had the salmon, which was perfect. I split a Casar Salad and had a side order of the delicious fries. The sides are very large. Service was attentive and appropriate. I had an issue with the Open Table reservation being canceled by the restaurant that yet needs to be resolved, but the evening was very pleasant.

I used the Groupon they offer with drinks for two. We were entitled to two appetizers and they split them up so we both could enjoy them. The Lobster Bisque was great and the crab cakes were equally delicious. We also had the rib eye and rack of lamb each cooked to perfection. The waiter was fun to talk to. Kudos to him. Overall they were very flexible and we left the restaurant and thought it was a great deal. Its important to buy the Groupon with the drinks. Parking can be free on the street around the corner instead of their pay lot garage and bring a sweater as it can get chilly in there. Recommended.

This was about as perfect of a steak dinner as one could have in a city that is well known for its share of outstanding steakhouses. You can put Envy at or near the top of your list of places where you can get a great steak. It is an intimate restaurant with extremely comfortable chairs. We were there for my fiance’s birthday. They are on OpenTable. The service was outstanding. From the moment we sat, Stephanie was right there for us and knew the menu and the food inside and out. You could not ask for a better server and the rest of the wait staff was always there to refill our beverages and ask whatever else we could request. We had two great appetizers the crab cakes and the calamari with shrimp. The calamari was breaded so lightly which really made it great. It was a very generous portion. The Chef, Chef Carlos, I received his name because that is how good the food was and wanted to recognize him can probably cook a steak blindfolded. Our Medium and Medium Rare steaks were done to absolute perfection. I live here in Las Vegas and sometimes a steak house may just miss on the temperature, but these filet mignons were as good as we have ever tasted. For dessert, we had the cheesecake and the chocolate ganache, which is very rich. They even wrote Happy Birthday in chocolate for my fiancé. It was the perfect finish to a perfect meal. There is a $7 parking fee at the garage at the Renaissance and that is well worth the price of admission for a dinner this great. The prices are about what you would expect for a top quality steakhouse, but there are some deals you may be able to find. Thank you Stephanie, Chef Carlos and the rest of the team at Envy for as perfect of a dinner as we have had in a long time. Your friends will be envious of your dinner.

This place was awesome! I went here for my mom’s birthday and the service and food was amazing. Our server Stephanie gave us a wonderful experience and provided us with exceptional service. Chef Tyson created an amazing menu and Carlos did a great job cooking the food. My mom also loved Johnny’s bartending skills. This place is a must go to.

Staying in the Renaissance and didn’t want to head to the Strip for dinner, so decided to give Envy a try. It’s in the style of the old steakhouses, but could use a little uplift. I wasn’t overly hungry, so only ordered the 10oz Filet and a side of Asparagus. The steak was cooked very well, but the butter sauce was nonexistent. The same for the asparagus, cooked well but there was hardly any béarnaise sauce on them.

Envy was delicious! The servers were friendly and attentive. My husband and I both got steak with sides, and enjoyed every bit of our meals. (The au gratin potatoes were especially delicious!) The atmosphere was wonderful and perfect for a date night.

We had a Groupon deal so we returned to Envy after a long absence. We started with 2 appetizers. Both of us chose the shrimp cocktail which was 4 of the largest shrimp ever seen, served with a delicious housemade horseradish sauce! We both had the filet mignon which was melt in your mouth fantastic. We shared a one pound baked potato with all the toppings. Dessert was 2 pieces of chocolate mousse cake. I had a glass of moscato which was extra, Service from Stephany was outstanding. Chef Carlos Marroquin sure knows what he's doing in the kitchen. Everything was perfection.

The ambiance, food, service, and wine were all fantastic at Envy. We would definitely go back even though it was a bit off the main strip.

We took a break from our go-to Vegas steakhouse to try Envy. There was a great Groupon deal which meant we got about $200 worth of food and drinks before tax and tips. It's a bit off the strip which actually makes it a bit easier to access. There's plenty of parking a valet that is free, at least for now. We went on a Friday evening around 7pm and were greeted and seated quickly. It's an upscale setting that's on the darker side. The booths are comfortable and allow you to hear some of the ambient noise but still keep things quiet enough to speak with your companion(s). Our server (Stephanie?) was absolutely fantastic. The perfect balance between being attentive but allowing us space to enjoy our meal. The overall level of service was top notch. The dining experience was equally great. Steaks were cooked perfectly and drinks were strong. We shared the au gratin potatoes and there were more than enough for the 2 of us. We were very impressed with Envy and will definitely be returning with our without a Groupon.

The dinner we had was a wonderful experience. Surprise appetizers. The scallops with pasta was to die for. Chef Carlos is a heck of a craftsman. Thank you very much. And then the icing of the cake. Stephany the waitress what a fantastic personality. I bet she will remember the raisin bread I would like to have during breakfast and the next time when I stay in Vegas she will have it for me during breakfast. Yes. She is that good.

good service except for getting dessert which took a looong time but very good. Nice room. We recommend the steak and fish

I was very disappointed with the bone in rib eye steaks. Medium rare ordered. They were very tough and chewy. Each steak was not worth $59.

Chef Carlos and to all the envy crew once again thank you very much for the great hospitality from the host to the waitress you always make us have such a memorable experience . Food is always consistent the ribeye is always cooked to perfection and must I say the Chilean seabass is the best in town !

Came to celebrate our anniversary and had a great evening. This was our 3rd time visiting since June 2017 and have had the same waitress, Stephanie, each time. She remembered what wine we enjoy and even asked about our daughter we had brought on our first visit! The food was great, including the lobster mac n cheese which I had seen a bad review on previously. The chef even sent out complimentary crab cakes which were amazing! We will definetely visit again and highly recommend this place!

Had dinner with two of my colleagues while staying at the hotel. Steak selections were too expensive for our expense account budget, so we selected seafood instead. Sea Bass was cooked just perfectly but was such a small portion that we later ordered a pizza at the bar. Maybe the steaks would have been a better choice in the end! Server and greeter were both as nice as could be. Ambiance was nice and relaxing after a long day on the show floor at LVCC. Liked it a lot but be prepared for $50/pp at a bare minimum.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the servers were super attentive as well as the cooks who continued to monitor the buffet the entire time.

well onion soup starter with a cheese crust, when asked it would be possible to get some bread, well nothing too much trouble except it definitely didn't seem that way !! (table near us got bread whilst still drinking water before food arrived) they got water topped up, salt and pepper condiments placed on table, didn't even ask if I'd like salt or pepper with my soup. you really need to up your game for the prices you charge. My colleague was still waiting for his beer after I'd finished my starter. well food arrived, what a DISAPPOINTMENT steak cold, shrimp cold, well consistent if nothing else!!

Best business breakfast for convention attendees. Highly recommended for selections and service. Quiet enough to have conversations of business or personal nature.

Pasta and Spritz was amazing after a long day at a conference. Alexis was an amazing server and took great care of us. Salads and chicken sando are big hits too

Great steak house off of the strip. Had an extensive wine list and great local beer selection as well. The service was great made the experience much better the team works together to please the guests. My server was Stephanie who was very high spirited and had a high knowledge of the food at her restaurant. The food was great had the ribeye steak at $60 which is fair. Medium well with a slight char and was cooked perfect. My dessert was also amazing I would overall just recommend this place for a nice off the strip relaxing experience.

From the moment we were seated, my boyfriend and I were treated like Hollywood stars!!! From the host to our server to Chef Carlos, the service that was provided was second to none. Chef Carlos was very attentive and knowledgeable. He explained every dish to us as they were being served and made our dining experience unique and unforgettable. By far the best steakhouse we ever ate. Thank you Chef Carlos!

A solid and well-organized restaurant. We were kindly welcomed by a lovely lady who took us to our table. We had one of those settings with two benches with high backs, so you had plenty of privacy. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of our server, but he was really fantastic. He had an excellent feel for the table, brought the wine first, gave us plenty of time to make our choices, and advised us where necessary. The nice thing was that it took no effort on his part; it was authentic, and he visibly enjoyed his work. The appetizers were delicious, and the Ribeye was tender and juicy. The side dishes were also in excellent flavor. You can have a great dinner here, and it is very well priced for the quality you get.

We enjoyed a delicious ribeye & fillet minion dinner at Envy last weekend. Everyone was wonderful, from Chef Carlos.. to our servers (Stephanie/Rosie ) to the awesome valet man (Sani) Beautiful decor and very welcoming. Date night couldn’t have been any better. Thank you so very much, Envy. We WILL be back soon!!!

This is our go to place off the strip for fine dining. It's in the Renaissance Hotel near the Convention Center so is sometimes overlooked. Sometimes they have a Travelzoo voucher available also. The black pepper calamari and rock shrimp appetizer here is outstanding and we order it each time we visit. The broiled lobster is slightly sweet the way it should be and is always cooked to perfection. The pan-seared sea bass is done in a unique fashion by the chef and is delicious. Of course, this is a steakhouse and we've only had the fillet and note that this is excellent also. We also really love the signature cream corn as a side. If you can, request Josuha to be your server. He provides useful information and is excellent at his profession!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service we received from our waiter, Alexis. From the moment we were seated, Alexis was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our dining experience great. They struck the perfect balance between being friendly and professional — always available when we needed something, without ever hovering. Alexis had great recommendations, handled our special requests without missing a beat, and made us feel like valued guests the entire time. You can tell they care about the job and take pride in what they do — something that’s all too rare these days. Restaurants live and die by the quality of their staff, and Alexis is the kind of person who makes people want to come back. If management is reading this: you’ve got a star on your team — give Alexis a raise. They’ve earned it.

Our meal was excellent. Major our server was so pleasant and friendly. He offered to make me a mock tail and it was gorgeous! He was genuine and attentive. All staff we encountered were great. Food was tasty and there was no hesitation when we asked for one steak to be cooked a little longer. We had a groupon voucher and it was excellent value for money. We would definitely visit again.

Steaks are amazing! Large portions, excellent in every way! Recommend for business clients or just a delicious meal out.

My wife and I were treated to a most amazing Anniversary Dinner while visiting Vegas. The shrimp cocktail was a most impressive with the largest meatiest shrimp I have ever sunken my teath in to and paired well with the St. Michelle sparkling wine. I feasted on the huge and juicy bone in porterhouse and my wife enjoyed the sea bass which was also great. For desert our taste buds were tantalized by a lovely strawberry cake that was reminiscent of short cake and a fair sized portions of delicious cheesecake. The service was unmatched by any other dinning we experienced on or off the strip.

We went to Envy with a good Groupon. But...we had better steak at a $15.99 buffet. The waitress was lovely and they kept your water topped up. Food was a bit too ‘posh’ for us and seemed overly expensive for what it was.

Visited this restaurant for Labor Day weekend. Purchased the Groupon which gave us 1 entree each, 2 appetizers, 2 alcoholic beverages and dessert. Unbelievable and only spent about $90. Food was awesome. Ribeye and lamb chops were great

Tried it for the first time with a Groupon which makes it a little more reasonably priced. Steaks were tasty and the sides are large. Very good and nice service personnel. Rolls are tasty. $10 to park.

The staff was very nice and attentive, always making sure we didn’t need anything. Also, the espresso martini was hands down the best one I’ve tried!

Filet Mignon 8 oz, oh my, flavorful, perfectly cooked and so tender. We shared a baked potato and each had a salad with cheesecake for desert. I recommend reservations and watch for a groupon

First, let me say this review is only for my experience at the Envy steakhouse and restaurant. My wife and I had breakfast there this morning. It was fantastic. Leandrea was an amazing server, and the chef Kevin cooked a delicious breakfast. The front desk staff were also super friendly and helpful during our stay.

Kelly and Vanessa were fantastic. The drinks and service are fantastic. Would come back again. Food and drinks are great.

Went with the easy button here since I am staying at the property this restaurant is on. Started with the “French Onion Soup”... No flavor and onions were not properly caramelized which was transparent in the lack of flavor. This was either a bag soup or the chef just doesn’t know how to make a proper FO soup. Server noticed I did not eat more than a bite and offered a different appetizer. He suggested the lobster bisque but my thought was if you can’t make a good FO then your bisque is probably blah as well so while reluctant opted for the shrimp cocktail. I was served three jumbo shrimp and I mean jumbo and they were delicious as was the cocktail sauce. Then came the main coarse. I stepped off my vegetarian pedestal after being meatless for 3 months and ordered the NY Strip since I was in a steakhouse. It tasted like burnt plastic and had no seasoning. The mashed potatoes were very good though however they were not part of the meal as it is al carte. I did not complain though the server noticed I did not eat the steak and sent John the F&B Director to my table. John was great and offered to comp my meal though I declined and simply requested another shrimp cocktail and more wine. Yes, the shrimp are that good! Anyway, service was top notch but they need to work on the kitchen. BTW John took care of my bill despite my argument to pay...

Alexis was great and the food was delicious. We loved the tiramisu and the rigatoni was 10/10. One of the best meals of our trip

I came across a Groupon for this restaurant for 4 people. It was very close to the casino strip. We had a car so it was only a couple of mins to get there from our hotel and there was plenty of parking. The food was really great and the atmosphere was very comfortable. Highly recommend, especially with a great Groupon deal.

Went last night with a friend and had such a great time. Our server, Joshua, was awesome—super attentive and made sure everything was perfect. We tried the steak, pasta, and their new yellowtail crudo… all were amazing! The place looks incredible too. The design by Nick Clark is beautiful—every little detail stood out. Big shoutout to Executive Chef Carlos Garcia for the delicious food. If you’re in Vegas, definitely check this place out!

The food was Excellent, pasta was very good the place nice and the service for Alexis the best so friendly … the best!!!!!

I've eaten here multiple times several years ago and it's still great! My companion and I enjoyed the calamari and rock shrimp appetizer, the bone-in ribeye, the trout, and the steak fries (portion size was huge!). Service was attentive. We went on a week night in June and it wasn't hard to get a reservation. It's off the strip in the Renaissance. It's a short walk from the property front door to the restaurant, in contrast to the large casinos. I recommend this restaurant! The menu on Trip Advisor for this restaurant is out of date. There is a parking garage attached to the hotel.

Wow! What a gem! I was staying at the Renaissance for a national tradeshow and wanted to host a happy hour for my clients and prospects. I spoke to Tim Gruenberg, Restaurant General Manager and we coordinated a wonderful experience. Tim, Josh and their team made everything perfect. Their attention to detail was fantastic to make everyone have a wonderful experience. I highly recommend reaching out to Tim for all of your catering needs in the Las Vegas area! He will take wonderful care of you to make sure you look good!

Beautiful experience, I loved the ambience, the fried artichokes were fenomenal. I will definitely coming back.....

Well when I walked i was greeted and sat down the waitress Stephanie greeted me and she told me about some new menu items which I listened in was it mean that a small restaurant in the hotel just local Las Vegas foods. I have the mushroom Benedict which was amazing and I’m not a huge mushroom person but that was out of this world I had the avocado toast which was delicious and very fresh I can towel the chef Carlos came and brought me the avocado toast by the way and asked me how my Benedix was I told him it was good something I have never had it and we have a game which I am not a mushroom person. The waitress Stephanie was so lovely veryAttending she brought me everything I need here without me asking and that is what I look for a place to enjoy. I can’t wait until they open their dinner it’s a steakhouse so I hope he Stephanie again and hope to see what chef Carlos has for dinner I will be coming back.

Alexis did an excellent job taking care of our party. We were exhausted from a day of meetings and his help with food and drink allowed us to decompress from the day.

The only saving grace is the Lumache alla Vodka and the Caesar Dressing. The Lumache, only because 1. You can't or shouldn't really mess up Alla Vodka sauce and the Lumache's a great vehicle for the sauce and is filling. The sauce was almost ruined with an overabundance of red pepper flakes, which almost ruined the dish. I salvaged it by pouring the excessive amount of dried bread crumbs from the Caesar salad, coupled with Parmesan over the Lumache, which gave it a much needed lift of flavor and texture. We ordered the Caesar with Grilled Chicken, which is appx. a quarter strip pieces of a breast, basically nothing. Usually, at least an entire breast is given when ordered, especially for $10 additional dollar! The Caesar is appx. 8 leaves topped with the bottom of a bread bag's bread crumbs and THAT'S IT! PALTRY! The same amount of chicken was provided for the Alfredo, which was dry and heavily underseasoned. Our son said, "It's worse than the Olive Garden!" The Short Rib Ragu was also BLAND, BLAND, BLAND and a waste of meat and a usually good dish. The Mashed Potatoes are silky but heavy on the garlic with little to no saltiness to enhance the butter or garlic used. You do get plenty. The Old Fashion was watery, NO hint of spice, warm notes, NOTHING and a poor amount for $20. Appx. 2oz WITH ice!!!!! For an Italian Steakhouse, no complimentary rolls, bread, breadsticks, nothing was given to start. Very cold & stoic dining experience. Not to mention our aloof and forgetful waitstaff and we still tipped generously! We're 1 & DONE!!!!

Very nice hotel based restaurant. Really nice cocktail and wine program . My husband had the crab Mac and cheese which he said was great. I had the sea bass; the cook and flavor were great. A personal preference I would have preferred a mash or purée with the fish. At another sitting we shared the truffle fry’s and thought they were really good.

We were with a group of 6 and the service was remarkable. Our waiter remembered one of the couples we were with from a few years ago, talk about impressive! The food was amazing and you could cut my New York Strip with a butter knife it was so tender. If I ever make it back to Vegas, this delicious restaurant will definitely be a top priority!

Dined at envy for our second time and again they made us have one of the best experiences . We went with Stephanie’s recommendation of the ribeye this time and she was right it’s delicious, perfectly cooked and well marbled. Always a nice touch that chef Carlos stops by to see how dinner was and this time brought us a homemade pistacho cassata that was to die for ! Thanks chef Carlos and Stephanie we will see you next time ☺️

My father and I visited Envy Steakhouse for our regular father/daughter Vegas dinner, and it was ok overall. The service was amazing - from the host to our server, everyone was friendly and professional. We used a Groupon for our meal, which was a great value. Two starters, two mains, one side, two desserts, and two drinks, and it was a bargain for the quantity of food we received. As for the quality of the food, well, it was ok. We had to send my father’s onion soup back because it was luke warm. The second order, however, was good, and my shrimp cocktail was tasty. The steaks were good quality, but needed more seasoning or flavor. The truffle fries were outstanding, but the portion size is enough for a meal. We had chocolate cake and cheesecake for dessert, but both dishes were uninspiring. Overall, we greatly appreciated the excellent service, but I don’t think we’ll return.

We were greeted and made to feel very special on our anniversary by Eman.. Great ambience, service, and a fabulous meal served by Joshua. From the wedge salad, to the asparagus, baked potatoes, mushrooms, and perfectly prepared filet mignon, our dinner could not have been improved upon. We were presented with a lovely surprise of a delicious cheesecake and chocolate dipped strawberry with a Happy Anniversary greeting. A very accommodating and attentive staff. Joshua's service was impeccable. The staff was happy to take photos for us to remember our special day. Will definitely return on our next visit to Las Vegas.

The Renaissance Hotel and all staff are just amazing! I won Star of the year 2018 at my Renaissance Hotel in Nashville and I choice the Renaissance in Las Vegas as my first far away from home trip. It was the best! My waitress Stephanie, manager Mike, chef Carlos, I believe his names was Brian (he has 5 kids, we were talking about our families I can’t remember his name he was very helpful also) and everyone at Envy steakhouse and the hotel were sooo helpful and soooo sweet! Chef Carlos even sent me out a congratulations plate o cheesecake! I can’t wait to plan my trip again and stay at the Renaissance. It’s super close to the monorail (next door). It’s so relaxing and I loved the pool area! This was the best mother’s day gift ever! Just to relax in Vegas. It wasn’t too hot or too crowded. Thank you Marriot and thank you Renaissance Las Vegas And Nashville!

Envy provides a wonderful dining experience, The staff was attentive but does not rush you. They are willing to describe and recommend selections. The food is excellent especially the steaks. Done to perfection the way you order. Desserts were wonderful. Save room for them.

We had the All American Breakfast at Envy and the food was delicious and plentiful. Service and staff were wonderful. Great way to start our day in Las Vegas.

its was the perfect night with friends for a birthday. The meats were cooked perfectly and i loved the strawberry tiramisu. i need the recipe please.

We were greeted promptly. It was a very nice atmosphere, the food was great. We had a groupon voucher 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, a shared side and 2 desserts. Our server, Skip was amazing. Very attentive and concerned about our parking mishap when we first got to the Renaissance. He was the BEST.

Went to this restaurant using a Groupon that give you steak dinner for 2 with drink. ($115) each person gets an appetizer. Each person gets an entree and one side to share and two desserts. We got one alcoholic drink worth $15 each as well. Groupon was easy to use and server Joshua was attentive and friendly and has excellent customer service and knowledgeable about menu and recommendations. I had the shrimp cocktail for my appetizer and expected shrimp mixed in clamato or tomato juice instead received 3 jumbo shrimp with cocktail sauce. My boyfriend had the calamari and rock shrimp which were great. Your entree is up to $53 but if you wish to upgrade you just pay the additional price. You can get a 20 oz porterhouse steak for 3$ more. Sides are decent size portions. Asparagus and lobster mac and cheese were great..Joshua knew it was my boyfriend birthday so the wrote happy birthday on the dessert plate.. NEGATIVE: YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING ($7 FOR ONE HOUR - TWO HOURS- THEN RATES KEEP INCREASING) I would definitely visit again using Groupon however would not pay regular price. We went on Monday April 29 2019 and had a reservation for 5 PM which we didng need since restaurant was pretty empty. Overall great food.

My husband and I went to Envy steakhouse for his birthday. When I made reservations I mentioned his birthday in the comments, hostess made sure to wish him a happy birthday. Server, Stephanie, was attentive and helpful. Helped explain our groupon deal. Chef Carol created an absolutely perfectly cooked steak, simply melted in your mouth. Great service, everyone made sure we were taken care of. Will recommend to anyone and can't wait to come back

Dined here when I was in town on business. This restaurant is an exceptional choice in the sea of Vegas restaurants, one could get lost in the strips dining however I found this by chance and was so glad that I did. The service was impeccable and the food unmatched. The decor is well thought out and gorgeous. Definitely feels as if you are in an elevated supper club and not a restaurant within a hotel. I had the branzino with garlic mash potatoes and it was perfect. My cocktail was well balanced as well and had a gorgeous presentatio. This quickly became my favorite spot off the strip and in overall Las Vegas. Also I appreciate the care that the manager Xavier practiced as he checked to see how my dining experience was. Even though I was solo I noticed how he checked on the other tables and me as well to make sure everything was perfect. That means a lot when I travel because sometimes when traveling for work you feel like a number and in that moment I knew I mattered. Your restaurant is a great representation of what more restaurants should strive to be and I definitely will be back.

During our first visit, we met Zio’s warm and welcoming hostess Sabrina and knowledgeable bartender Joey. Sabrina and Joey provided exceptional customer service and offered helpful and informative responses to all of our inquiries regarding food, drink, and area attractions. Later in the week, bartenders Anthony and Gio also kept the theme of great customer service alive. During our second visit to Zio’s, we enjoyed a complimentary wine and cheese tasting event which was outstanding. Sommelier (Luciano), Executive Chef (Carlos), and Restaurant General Manager (Xavier) expertly guided us through a tasting of four artisanal cheeses, each expertly paired with a specific fine wine. We also learned about cross-pairing as well as other pairing options (i.e., other wines that could pair well with the cheeses we sampled). Servings of cheese and wine were generous. Luciano also taught us the basics on how to evaluate red and white wines. He explained the technique of sniffing (e.g., first sniff, and follow-up sniffs), how and why to mouth swish, swallow, and nose breathing. He also explained tails, edges, and color; lots of fun. Carlos treated my daughter to an amazingly delicious tiramisu as a gesture to acknowledge her birthday. The tomato soup, Caesar salad, steak house burger, and cheesecake are also delicious. We would have tried the 20-layer lasagna, but two in our party refrain from consuming pork. We would be remiss if we didn’t acknowledge the ever-delightful restaurant Manager (Vanessa) who graciously sent a complimentary charcuterie board to our room.

My wife and I have eaten at Envy over the years and it is time to leave a review! Envy has always had good food and a very nice atmosphere. Our last visit was made very memorable by Michael, who I believe is the manager, and our waitress, Stephanie! Michael was very gracious, just chatting with us when we were seated. Very personable! And Stephanie was a wonderful waitress, always smiling and a breath of fresh air! The lamb chops were perfect, the sea bass amazing! Don't miss the bourbon corn either. You won't be disappointed with anything really! We never have been. Hope you enjoy as much as we do!

Old fashioned steakhouse decor that I love, dark burgandy banquets etc. Adequately staffed with a really good wine secretion and the food was very good, service top notch and not to hard on the pocket book. I enjoyed my total experience here and would luv to return, only downside was a long walk to the restrooms.

Overpriced food, crappy service, rook 55 minutes to get the bill HORRIBLE! Slow service, low quality food. Will never return. Would never recommend.

Girls trip to Vegas! We made a reservation for 4 then found a Groupon. Told another group of friends and they purchased the Groupon as well. Even though there is only 1 offer per table, they allowed us to sit together. The food was wonderful and the service was even better. Everyone enjoyed their food and we ordered quite the variety (sea bass, stuffed lobster tail, filet, mac & cheese, asparagus, creamed spinach, au gratin potatoes, scallops, lobster bisque, wedge salad, calamari, crab cakes, cheese cake......) Everything was wonderful. The chef even came out to meet us and brought us a celebratory desert plate. Go Cavs!! Would highly recommend and we will definitely go again next year.

The service was amazing, the atmosphere was luxurious and felt indulgent. We certainly enjoyed Alexis and krisztian. They were attentive.

When your new friends you met at the conference are carnivores… Solid dining experience. Good service and very good food. I am a pescatarian, was very happy with the available sides shared with my steak loving friends. The crab Mac n cheese was ridiculously delicious. I ordered the “tomahawk” of salads - the wedge which was huge & tasty. Also tried the sprouts. Our group of 10 was served well & we left very full & happy.

A hidden gem off the strip. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was chill. I will be bringing friends and family here anytime they come into town! Thank you, Zio's!

Not much for ambience, e.g. not a traditional steak house feel, however this is made up for with service and extraordinary food. From the moment you walk in you are made to feel that you are the most important person in the room. Michael, the manager ensures consistent attention and the highest level of service from pouring the water to clearing off the plates. Our server, David, was seamless, professional and understated. We had ordered the filet, and added the surf option. Scottish Salmon and Scallops. The salmon was some of the best I have ever tasted, and we come from the Pacific Northwest. The calamari and rock shrimp appetizer was very tasty and could easily serve 4-6. The accompanying sauce [ginger green sauce, and bloody mix with ketchup] enhanced an already wonderful dish. This finale was a chocolate torte drizzled with raspberry sauce, that rivaled, [not exceeded] the chocolate torte at Jakes Crawfish in Portland Oregon. The first McCormick and Schmick restaurant.

If you're looking for a place that serves only prime Midwest beef, look no further than the Envy Steakhouse in the Renaissance Hotel next to the LV Convention Center. The bone in ribeye was phenomenal and the chef knows what a medium rare is. Don't fret if you're not a steak lover, the seafood is fabulous as well. There are scallops and crab stuffed lobster tail. Complimenting the entrees are sides, such as sauteed spinach, grilled asparagus and lobster mac and cheese. For dessert we enjoyed a heavenly dense and rich chocolate cake. We have to mention the service from Stephany and Autumn. They were on these toes and ensured that dinner service flowed smoothly. The experience wss flawless. Don't miss out on an exquisite dinner. Make your reservations now!

What a lovely dinner experience @ ENVY Steakhouse! We went there to celebrate our 22nd year wedding anniversary. We were welcomed by the friendly hostess Mitra. The place is quiet and had a romantic ambiance. Our Server Stephanie was so thoughtful. We were impressed by her great customer service. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Our compliments to Chef Carlos and team for the excellent food quality. We also appreciated the restaurant Manager Mike who took his time to talk to us and brought us the decorated desert! Overall, it was an excellent experience! Thank you! We enjoyed our romantic dinner! Cheers!

Once again a wonderful dining experience. Set in the smoke free Renaissance Hotel off the strip (3 blocks) provides a wonderful dining experience. Menu full of new creations of Beef, Seafood and Poultry as well as the typical Envy Steakhouse fare served in years past. Service is very good to compliment the outstanding food and ambiance. If we lived in the Vegas area we certainly would be regulars.

Our waitress Stephanie and Chef Carlos did a fabulous job for our Saturday evening group of 10. We all had great appetizers, dinners, and desserts. The service was top-notch and we will definitely be back ! Can’t wait ! Great place right by the Convention Center in the Renaissance Hotel.

David was our waiter and provided us with top class service!!! That definitely set the tone for us...and then we went on to order the fillet and the lamb. I requested a salad and baked potatoe side and we requested a few small menu variations and these were not an issue at all. The food was so good and we had a lovely dinner. Thank you David!

The Envy Steakhouse is located within the Renaissance Hotel, just east of the strip. We were greeted by the hostess, and brought to our reserved table shorty after arriving. The decor and ambiance were quite nice and upscale. We started with the shrimp cocktail ($18) and ceasar salad ($12). The shrimp were of a good size and flavour, while the salad was fairly run of the mill. For our mains, we sampled the pan seared seabass ($38) and the 17oz bone in ribeye ($52). The mains come a la carte, so we ordered garlic mashed potatoes ($10) and sauteed garlic spinach ($10). The seabass was fine, but nothing memorable. The ribeye, which is supposed to be marbled, was a tad too marbled for my taste, requiring a more than an acceptable amount of fat trimming. It was cooked to order, however, and had a good taste. The sides were very good. For dessert we shared the new york cheesecake ($9) which was disappointingly not firm enough to truly be considered new york style. Service was a little inconsistent over the evening, but friendly. With a glass of wine each, our bill was over $180 plus tx & tip. Given the average experience, we did not find it to be a particularly good value overall. Not a bad steakhouse, but not a great one either. It simply wasn't an experience we would repeat on our next visit to Vegas, given the pricepoint. Only really had breakfast but it was simply yummy, and comfortable. Staff lovely. Complimentary smoothies.

Johnny is so friendly and customer focused. He made a jalapeño cucumber martini that was amazing. Definitely recommend. Tyler Burns Manager so welcoming. Next time we are in Vegas we will be back.

We had a wonderful meal! Our waiter, Joshua, gave us superb service! His suggestions were great! No complaints!!!

We have been coming here for years, the fries are the same, delicious and worth a trip to just eat them. We had some different steaks, the rib eye was excellent, a couple of the other steaks not so good, we were slightly disappointed this visit. Comfortable seating and tables, along with good service make this a nice experience.

After a problem getting a table , we reached out to the hotel supervisor on duty, Ruby, who went out of her way to make sure we were able to get a table. From there, everything was perfect with our server, Joshua, a 12 year Marriott veteran, doing a great job with our order and his constant attentiveness. Our Caesar salads were outstanding, and our New York strip was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection by Chef Eric himself. The baked potato was large and delicious and the wild mushrooms extremely tasty. A great dining experience with the convenience of being 200 yards from the Convention Center

We had a wonderful dinner at Envy. Chef Carlos provided a fantastic dinner starting with appetizers and all the way through desert. We asked if he would come to our so we could meet him and personally thank him. Chef Carlos was gracious and visited our table. Chef Carlos you are the best. We also had one of, if not the best, waitress in Vegas. Stephanie was warm and welcoming, a super personality. Stephen and Carlos made our dinner experience the best. Thank you all! Jim

Zio’s has a very relaxed and elegant feel. My son and I ordered the bolognese lasagna that was packed with flavor and was light even though it had 20 layers. Anthony made our dinner experience superb. His attention to detail was impressive with suggestions for wine and knowledge of the menu. Anthony went above and beyond to make our dinner special .He is truly a huge asset to this restaurant. I hope to come back and visit again to try another entree and see our new friend. Thank you Anthony from the Southbay!

The filet mignon was outstanding! Staff was friendly, special kudos to the Supervisor. He saw that we were ignored for a bit so he got our wine order. Dinner service was slow, maybe just an off night. Excellent food though

Branzino was excellent with a butter, artichoke and cherry tomato sauce. Ample portion and flavorful. Wait staff (Jackie) were friendly and knowledgeable.

They went out of their way to make our anniversary dinner perfect. The Food is top notch. But the people that work at Envy steak house. Is what made it perfect for us. From the table we were given. To manager checking on us. To our great server Joshua.. Made it a romantic special evening. Highly recommended this place.

Not as good as expected. The bisque homard was like a warm creamy milksoup spoon of tomato puree and some crab/lobster meat. Very disappointing and me and my wife didn’t fell good the next morning. The steak was good and well prepared. All the side dishes were cold 🥶

Going back to the days in SF that restricted the menu in steak houses to martinis and rib-eyes,( up to the mid-1960s) I remember when the ability to get a glass/bottle of wine and a wedge of lettuces was not spoken about on the street in from of the establishment. So, if this is offensive, seek the buffet at some other hall of infamy. This place, given the traffic when the strip is heavy or massive conventioneers walk to get a meal, remains a head above the crowd trying to get filet.

I definitely enjoyed my time here. Some restaurants may become annoyed by using a Groupon but they were very nice. It's on the outskirts of the strip but not far off. They knew the whole deal and made sure we understood the deal. The food was delicious. The salad was a good size portion and very filling. They had cheesecake on the menu for dessert and it was creamy and rich. I ordered the scallops and my fiance ordered the New York Strip. The waiter was very attentive. They were playing music so after dinner me and my fiance dance by our booth. Pleasant evening

Food was great, service was a slow. We had a waiter that took our drink order and said he would be taking care of us, after taking our drink order, 20 minutes later we received our our drink order, Another waiter showed up with a bottle of wine and took our appetizer order. We received our bottle of wine and 2o minutes later our appetizers. Another waiter showed up to take our order shortly after receiving our appetizers. She did a great a job in helping through the sides and got our orders in. We where never asked asked if we needed a drink refill or if we wanted something else to to drink. A bottle of wine only goes so far when serving four. We ordered our food which came out 20 minutes later and was great. I ordered Salmon ant the rest ordered the filet mignon. Everyone was satisfied with their meal but wait staff missed the upscale of drinks.

great food & service, had the 16 oz NY aged strip & the 8oz filet mignon both pretty tasty, the creamed corn good the chef signature appetizer giant prawns great starter, finished with chocolate cake & cheesecake used a groupon 80$ for 169$ of entrees

Zios is the ultimate hidden gem✨ as a Vegas local I can’t believe I’m barely hearing about this restaurant…perfect for a date night🌹Joshua was hands down the best server I’ve had at any restaurant. He was always available when we needed him and had great recommendations. I love how he took time to also educate us about the recent renovation which is what made me fall in love with this restaurant. They have many spots for Instagram worthy photos the overall aesthetic is very classy and intimate! Our food was absolutely impeccable Chef Sean did amazing with our filet mignon & regatoni bolognese is a MUST try. My new favorite dinner spot😋

Jackie was our waitress and she went above and BEYOND for us for our friend's birthday dinner. She made the experience as amazing as the food. 10/10 recommend.

Get your martini-ribeye on here. The room has a classic clubby, steakhouse vibe but is contemporary enough to remind you of which century you're in. The service is attentive. The steaks are what you'd expect: high quality beef. The drinks and wine selections are spot on. If you are staying at the Renaissance, Envy makes a strong case for "staying home" instead of going elsewhere. It's solid.

I am a local to las vegas several months a year. This is a hidden gym behind the MGM hotel, and in the Raddisson hotel. It is worth going to for steak. The prices will be a bit high, but you are getting quality for the price. A reservation is recommended as the dining area is not large. The steaks are thick and they are tasty. I used a groupon for this two times and got a meal for two and drinks at a good price. Highly recommended compared to any "steak house" in a hotel. Even more than Ruths Chris or Capitol grill etc.

Situated in a corner of the Rennaissance hotel lobby is this classic steakhouse offerring great steaks and exclusive wines. Place caters mostly to hotel guests and conference attendees (as it is right next door to the LVCC) and so its kinda pricey. We used Groupon to try it out and we were highly satisfied. Steaks were perfectly cooked and juicy. Lobster bisque could use more lobster flavor but it was a great app. Whipped potatoes was our main side dish, buttery but nothing special except for the creaminess. Dessert was cheesecake and chocolate cake but one would have sufficed. Great if you have a hankering for tradirional steak dinner. Josh, our server, was awrsome.

We had the best experience at Envy. Great prices using Groupon. Quiet atmosphere. Fantastic service and the food was out of this world. We will definitely eat there again when we go back to Vegas.

Great service, food and atmosphere. Our main course was a little late so the server comped us 2 glasses of wine and dessert.

Food was great and the decor was fantastic my favorite part was the steak came out done exactly the way I like it thanks for the delicious food

First, all the bad reviews about Groupons are out the window. My friend used a Groupon and they could not have been nicer about him using it. When I dine, I want a hearty meal. Fancy shmancy doesn't do it for me, but Envy doesn't overdo the fancy. It is an upper-level dining experience, but not over the top. I got the crab cakes as an appetizer and they weren't like the ones you get at the seafood counter. They were like silver dollar pancakes covered up with cheese, onions and cilantro. The lobster tail I could have eaten in one bite it was so small. My friend got a steak that was good size and pretty tasty, so maybe steak is the way to go here. Everything was good but I wasn't blown away like I thought I would be. The real key to this place is the service. Everyone here was first rate, friendly, professional and on top of their game.

We read some very good reviews before we left for Vegas then found a super deal on Livingsocial.com for 2 for 1: 2 apps, 2 entrees, 2 cocktails or wine, 1 shared side and 2 deserts so that sealed it for us! Knowing this is a steak house, we made sure to check out the menu prior since we are seafood lovers; they have an extensive menu covering seafood. We were staying on the Strip but found it very convenient to take the monorail to the Renaissance hotel; the convention center stop is 1/2 block, easy and safe walk away. When we arrived a few minutes early the materde insisted we get seated rather than wait. The decor is nice and not over the top but not like a typical steak house and not very romantic. We visited on a weekday in March and I was expecting people to be a bit more dressed up than jeans, but most were nice jeans. Our server was very friendly, professional and helpful, being attentive but not overbearing. We thoroughly enjoyed their crab cake app, beet salad, scallops, lobster stuffed flounder & asparagus. I had zero willpower to pass up the flourless cake for dessert. When I told the server we were celebrating my birthday he surprised me with glass of merlot; apparently he overheard my earlier comment on how great a glass of merlot goes perfectly with flourless chocolate cake and wanted my day to be special. He succeeded! I would definitely eat here again when in Vegas.. well worth the short hop on the monorail.

The best dinner made by Chef Carlos Marroquin and sooo kindly served by Jennifer! Best food best service best smile!! Way to go !! Highly recommended, thank you for making us feel at home:)

First, our service was second to none, it couldn't be beat. The restaurant is adjacent to the convention center and not part of the restaurants if the strip. It is need if a makeover, so ambience is not the reason for visiting. The food was good, but not worth any extra effort. There are many other options for dining on and near the strip. If you're attending a convention and staying at one of the local hotels, then give Envy a try.

Service was phenomenal from beginning to end, genuine hospitality at it’s finest. Every thing I ordered was pure pleasure to eat. From the jumbo shrimp cocktail to the perfectly broiled filet mignon complimented with the best creamed corn I have ever tasted. My expectations were exceeded beyond belief. Management should be proud of this A+ establishment serviced by true professionals. Bravo!

Envy The Steakhouse opened the day before our visit (closed due to Covid) and we received EXCEPTIONAL service. Johnny did not hesitate to make us a specialty martini (cucumber and jalapeño with a Tajine rim) upon request. He accepted the challenge and it was delicious! We spoke with Tyler, the manager, who was more that complimentary about his staff. We were very impressed with the service and the food and plan to return the next time we are in Las Vegas.

Did read a lot of reviews about this steakhouse before buying the groupon deal (make sure to get deal with drinks). This steakhouse is off the strip, quiet, comfortable, delicious food and awesome service. We stayed at renaissance so it was a no brainer to dine at Envy!. Everything tasted delicious - cesar salad, crab cakes, steaks, dessert, wine! We sure will go back again.

Beautiful restaurant, excellent service, wonderful menu. Reasonably priced for Las Vegas. Lobster Bisque was great. Steak cooked perfectly.

Our server Anastasia was attentive but not annoying, & friendly, we received the best service from her during our Vegas stay! After being seated I was honestly a little nervous as the dining room unassuming. But as soon as our appetizers arrived I knew I had made the right choice for my husbands bday dinner. Everything we had was delicious, the steak melts in your mouth, and the chocolate dessert is very rich perfect for chocolate lovers. I didn’t love Vegas but I absolutely LOVED the food & service @ Envy!!! ps don’t forget to Hit the helpful button & check Groupon for this restaurants amazing deal 😉

Had 30th anniversary dinner here it was very good . From the wine to the porterhouse cook perfect to the cheese cake we loved it. Thank you.

Recently dined at Envy Steakhouse using a Groupon certificate. Envy is only a short drive off the strip and was a very nice dining experience. The food was excellent. The shrimp and calamari appetizer was big enough for two and the filet was cooked to perfection. Topping it all off was our waiter, David, who made our dining experience one that we will try repeat next time we are in Las Vegas. Great experience!! Thanks, David!!

This is a classic steakhouse, good choice of steaks and sides. Had a drink in the bar beforehand, nice atmosphere, we were seated quickly in the restaurant and the service was excellent. We ordered drinks and gave our food order, the starts were great bisque and prawn cocktail. The main course of steaks were cooked to perfection. Best meal I have had this stay in Vegas. Highly recommended

What a GREAT experience! We came here on a Groupon, but will come back for the awesome food and amazing service. I hope you have Stephanie as your server because she was just great! The food that Chef Carlos made was off the charts! Be sure to put this on your “must visit” list!

Alexis was great! We were taken care of and had an amazing dinner. Alexis constantly checked in on us and made sure we had what we needed.

I created this account specifically to warn people about Zio’s Italian Steakhouse in the Renaissance Las Vegas because it was the worst dining experience of my life. I went for a late lunch at the bar, and it was a complete disaster from the moment I sat down. The cocktail server was an absolute nightmare. She couldn’t tell me what type of bourbon they had, didn’t know a single thing about the food on the menu, and acted like answering basic questions was beneath her. Her attitude was atrocious. She ignored me when I tried to get her attention, walked around like she was too good to be there, and gave off this “better than everyone” vibe that made the whole experience even worse. To top it off, the bar itself looked disgusting. Sticky countertops, dirty glassware, and an overall unclean appearance that made me question if anything there was safe to eat or drink. By the end, I was seriously expecting a camera crew to jump out and reveal it was all part of a prank show, because no normal person could possibly be this bad at their job unless they were actively trying to be. The service was so horrendous that I feel compelled to tell everyone: avoid this place like the plague. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

Great server Alexis! We came on a Sunday evening, ordered family style and gave us a phenomenal experience! I’d definitely recommend this restaurant!

The Zio’s menu was full of wonderful Sring options and robust drink options. The service was exceptional and we were personally greeted by the management team. What a wonderful location for business or family dining!

The atmosphere was very relaxing and the staff was very welcoming. The food was very good. Will be going again next time we are in Vegas.

Loved! Delicious moule et frites & fois gras. Christian and Alexis were very professional, thoughtful, and efficient servers. It is an open kitchen, so be aware. I love open kitchens, so all good.

Went here on our last night in Las Vegas for our anniversary. Words cannot express how much we loved it!! The location, the atmosphere, the customer service, cleanliness & the food were all incredible. We had Sam as our server, & she was the sweetest thing & so friendly. She answered all & any questions we had, & was very educated on the food & other items they offered. We absolutely loved her. We will definitely be back in the near future!!

I had a delicious brunch with friends staying at the hotel and afterwards had a great time by the pool with some complimentary charcuterie accouterments and assorted hand mixed sangrias

The food was absolutely mouthwatering and was served in large portions- we were very happy with our dining experience! A member of our table had sent his steak back twice for it being overcooked, then undercooked- however, they took care of him appropriately and offered free sides and wine to make good for his inconvenience. We would go back during our next visit to Vegas! Worth the trip off the strip.

Envy Steakhouse was just amazing! Whether your locals or a tourist I highly recommend.I wasn't to sure where to go have dinner with my significant other for Valentine's Day. I came across Envy Steakhouse on Groupon and seen the heck of a deal they had going on. We paid $115 which included two Entrees, two appetizers, one side to share, two desserts and two drinks. Stephanie was our server and did such a phenomenal job. Stephanie was very professional and knew exactly how to make our night even more special. I wouldn't definitely come back again and will choose Steph as our server. Great atmosphere everyone was very friendly. CHEF CARLOS... Can't leave him out. He did an amazing job with everything he cooked. Everything was delicious! I just couldn't get enough of the dishes that were brought out. The crab cake and the calamri my favorite. Steak was very well done just as I like it.

So so steakhouse with marginal service. This is a dated place. The glasses didn’t match. I ordered three wines before the had a bottle. My steak was good but not great. The fried potatoes tasted like the frozen potato nuggets you get in the grocery store. The spinach was too salty and way too much garlic.

The food and service was great tonight. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our porterhouse steaks. The food was delivered timely without long waits. We will definitely come back again.

My husband and I had dinner at Envy to celebrate our anniversary. We wanted to treat ourselves with gourmet cuisine, and read reviews for many restaurants in Las Vegas. We decided on Envy and SO glad we did! I cannot express how amazing the food was! Not only was our dinner the best meal we experienced in Vegas, but it may have been the best meal we've experienced, EVER!!! The flavor of all courses, especially entrees, was delectable! We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Carlos, himself. Not only is he incredibly talented, he is incredibly humble and polite. Our server also went above and beyond for us. Plus, all others who served us. We HIGHLY recommend this location if you're seeking superior food, service, and experience.

This restaurant was pristine with lovely decor, first class service from Marcy and the food was delightful. Right behind the fabulous Las Vegas strip in the Renaissance hotel. Highly recommended by this local who has tried everything!

We dined here last year, courtesy of a nice $99 voucher from Travelzoo. It gives you two appetizers, two entrees, a shared side, and two desserts. They even throw in the soft drinks. We purchased another voucher and pretty much duplicated our dinner from last year, being that was such a success. Well, ditto on the second time around. We each chose the shrimp cocktail which contain 3 massive tiger prawns each. The Mrs had the 18 oz bone-in ribeye, I went for the 24 oz porterhouse. Outstanding! We shared the cheesy au gratin potatoes for our side. Then for dessert, she opted for the decadent chocolate cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, I chose the NY cheesecake with berries. We naturally had to try each others. We even had Christian as our same efficient server as last year and he was up to the task again. And of course we made sure to tip according to what would have been the full price. Great visit!

The restaurant has been renamed to Zio’s. The menu is different than the previous menu. That being said to clarify the food was delicious. The service was great. Our server Alexis was very good. He was very knowledgeable about the food and was more than happy to share his knowledge of how it was prepared and what he thought we would enjoy. He was spot on. The lasagna was delicious. The pasta with short ribs was delicious. Now that was the first night. We enjoyed it so much we came back for a second dinner. We asked to be seated in Alexis section and he was just so happy that we asked for him. Again a delicious dinner. Scampi for me and chicken for my husband. If you are staying in the Hotel just know that there is nothing within walking distance of it for restaurants. We were not at all disappointed we chose to eat there again. It was that good.

A perfect venue to have dinner during the convention next door. Nice selection and wine list. I had a porterhouse which was generous and perfectly done, and my colleague had a tasty salmon.

perfectly cooked Bone-in Ribeye - must try the truffle fries - definitely could have made a meal out of these - not a big fry person but these are EVIL...

We had our graduation dinner at Zio’s Steakhouse and it was honestly amazing. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like VIPs. The food was absolutely delicious and the entire evening felt really special. Xavier, the general manager, and our server Jackie were both incredibly attentive and welcoming. They made sure everything was perfect from start to finish, and their genuine hospitality really stood out. One of the best surprises was getting a 20 percent locals discount and having our valet service comped. Apparently, locals get this perk regularly, which is pretty unheard of in Las Vegas and such a nice touch. Overall, the experience completely exceeded our expectations. We left full, happy, and already talking about when we’ll be back!

Would give a 5 star review however it was hard to call down to front desk and ask for a menu. When I did receive a menu I placed an order and it was promptly brought up. I normally don’t give reviews but the girl who delivered my order said we would love to hear some feedback and she was very kind. After she left I ask front desk for a cup of ice and she came back immediately and because of her attentive and polite attitude I decided to write this. I came down maybe an hour later looking for something sweet and the same girl was able to guide and help me so thank you to the hostess who worked tonight with short hair

First I have to give credit where it is certainly due. David was our waiter and provided impeccable service all evening. That, in my opinion can certainly make or break a romantic evening out. The chilled wine was perfect. The steaks were awesome, as was the rest of the meal. We will definitely be back.

Like many we were using a Groupon. Best deal in Vegas! A little off the beaten Strip path so really need to take a car/cab/uber but sooooo worth it. If by car can park for free in the hotel garage. The hostess was great as was our waiter David, who could not be more accommodating. My wife is gluten free so he took the time to explain everything on the menu and the kitchen did a great job. I got the lobster bisque which was one of the best ever and the bone in rib eye. My wife got the Caesar salad and lamb chops which were also very good. David noticed the lamb came a little under cooked and offered to take them back for a quick pass on the grill which was appreciated. The real stars were the sides. We shared some tricked out mashed potatoes and the bourbon creamed corn which were both really really good and for dessert we split a slice of cheesecake and berries. Can't say enough about the place....really good with great service.

I suppose we should have seen a clear indication of what to expect when the dining room is empty. Reviews are always subject to being read with an open mind, which I always do. However, some of the prior reviews did come to mind when ordering our meals. My choice to start was the Lobster Bisque. How can one completely destroy this dish. Firstly we waited a while then the Bisque arrived, cold, plus it looked like Tomato Soup with something unknown added. Sent it back and waited, the waitress who was very friendly returned with another bowl. warm, but without a doubt the worst presentation and taste of Lobster Bisque that I have ever tried, refused to eat it and sent it back, Good enough they did take it off the bill. Next up Lamb Chops served with Asparagus, I should have known what to expect from prior review on same meal. A rack of Lamb is totally different to Lollipop Lamb Chops, needless to say this was the Lollipop version, perhaps the reason it took so long. Asparagus served like it was just thrown on the plate, could the chef not be a bit creative, make a Hollandaise sauce and add an extra touch of color to a boringly presented expensive meal..please. Will not make any further comments, the bottle of expensive wine was good.

Started with shrimp and calamari which was superb followed by Magnificent Ribeye steak. If you still have enough room, the cheesecake was delicious. The service offered by David was first class and all in all this was without doubt the best dining experience we had in Vegas. Highly recommended.

The Envy is a good restaurant and especially convenient for people that do business at the hotel. On the other hand, service is very slow and the food is nothing particularly special. Will probably eat there my following visits due to convenience, not experience.

Great evening with a delightful quiet atmosphere to be able to catch up with friends! The food was delicious! From steaks to scallops! The sides were great, especially the Lobster MAC & Cheese! The service was friendly.

We took the chef's recommendation and it did not disappoint. There was high quality food paralleled alongside high quality service. Jackie did a wonderful job, and helped make our celebration a great time. Every dish carried strong flavors in each bite. I highly recommend the tiramisu! Thank you for a great night.

Envy the The Steakhouse is located within the Renaissance. I can only say that their steaks are as good as some of the know chain steakhouses in the area. The facility is also used to serve breakfast in the morning which BTW is also of great quality!

We were pleasantly welcomed by servers, Adela Cruz & Marcela Ramirez. They were both Patient, warm and attentive with my family, especially my 4 year old son. We enjoyed a nice breakfast and it felt like a family by the time we left. This world could use a few more people like them.

I ordered the porterhouse, medium rare. It was a little dry and perhaps was cooked closer to medium. Wife ordered the 8 ounce filet, medium. It was cooked perfectly. The shrimp cocktail consisted of 3 very large shrimp. The shrimp were probably overcooked because they were tough. The cocktail sauce was a finely chopped spicy tomato topping. Servers were very attentive.

Very good helpful staff offering great steaks and salads. The staff made us feel very special, excellent greeting and sitting. The portions were very tasty and large. Can not say enough good things about this restaurant. Thank you very much

Usually when you have a bad night at a restaurant you would never return. This is unfair to the eatery and to you as the customer. I believe in second chances. Anyone can have an off night and a good restaurant deserves that. Well, all I can say is that I am so glad we did just that. Over six months ago we had a meal at ENVY that disappointed us. We spoke to the manager (Ms. Lynne Dee Digangi) about it and instead of making excuses she asked us to please give them another chance to make it right. So, when we found ourselves back in Las Vegas in July we decided to return. Not only did the manager remember us, she recalled the exact circumstance and was grateful that we choses to return. The dinner was exceptional. The steak was prepared perfectly. The lamb was scrumptious. The service (Joshua has been a waiter there for years) was a perfect combination of professional and personable. In summation, I would say that there are many name steak houses around the town, but the combination of excellent food, superior attention by management and staff, and a willingness to admit mistakes and do what is necessary to correct it makes this an evening to remember. This is a definite place to return to when we visit Las Vegas.

We had a lovely breakfast here at Zio's. March was the best and so helpful. The food was all delish. Not crowded and relaxing!

Chief Carlos makes an amazing Porterhouse and Stephaine a GREAT server. Restaurant has a laid back comfortable vibe with low lighting 😍

I would have been hard pressed to give this fine establishment anything less than 5 stars even without the discount voucher (about 40% off the bill) from Travelzoo. But factor this in and it becomes an outstanding deal. Per the voucher, the Mrs and I were able to order two appetizers, two entrees, one side dish, and two desserts. For the starters, we had the crab cakes and the jumbo (and I mean JUMBO) shrimp cocktail. She had the 18 oz bone in ribeye, I chose the 24 oz porterhouse. Both were char-grilled to medium rare perfection and were super tender, evidence of ENVY using prime aged beef. For the side dish we went with their super cheesy potatoes au gratin. And for dessert, she selected the chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream, I had the NY cheesecake with some berries. Major yum on all accounts. Christian was our server and he performed his job extremely well, he is to be commended! We really loved our meal and with that discount voucher, it was a borderline steal.

We had an amazing dinner at Zio's Italian Steakhouse tonight, and it was all thanks to our incredible server, Joshua. We were there on September 20th. He was so professional and friendly, and he gave us great recommendations that we absolutely loved. He was on top of everything without ever being intrusive. The food was delicious, but Joshua’s exceptional service took our dining experience to a whole new level. Highly recommend! WS

The atmosphere, food and service was on par with what you would expect. However, when you call yourself a steakhouse, you better have the prime beef quality to back it up. My cut of meet did not seem to be a prime cut or was not cooked in a way that was tender.

We had breakfast here two mornings. The French toast is fabulous! The buffet is good as well. Dinner was a business meeting for our company. The food and wine were top rate! The service seems to be top quality as well.

Four of us met for a business dinner at Envy recently. The atmosphere is comfortable and nicely appointed and our service was very good. However, the principal reason we came to this restaurant was the food - particularly for a good steak. Four of us ordered two ribeye's and two filet's. We ordered them one rare, one medium rare, and two medium. All came to the table well-done, dry, and lacking taste. In fact, it was so evident that we were in agreement on the quality of the food, everyone volunteered that their steak was way overcooked and dry. We'd have sent them back but we were meeting for business and didn't want to set an unpleasant tone on our gathering. If I was alone, I'd have returned the steak and asked for another. We probably would never return.

Envy is a wonderful hidden gem in Las Vegas. I went there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and everything was outstanding. Both of our servers Stephanie and Rosi were absolutely wonderful. Stephanie gave exceptional service throughout our entire visit. Chef Carlos did an amazing job cooking the meals, and Johnny’s bartending skills were on point! So grateful to find a wonderful gem in Vegas.

The cocktails were fantastic, an amazing wine list and the food is great! The lasagna and the tomahawk pork chop were generous and had amazing flavor

Envy is a remarkable place to dine in for dinner. Stephanie and Rosi (our servers) were remarkable! Stephanie was so knowledgeable about the menu, had great recommendations, and provided exceptional service. Chief Carlos and Tyson created delicious menu items. I will definitely be coming back here.
Very Nice
Went there to celebrate the 60th birthday of my husband with family. We used the Groupon deal and you get a lot of food that is very good. The onion soup tasted more like beef broth than onion and that is the only negative. The waitress was very nice and they remembered to bring the dessert with the "happy birthday" message written on the plate for my husband, so that was what was most important for the night. He loved his meal and ate half the huge mountain of fries by himself. The corn and potatoes were also great. The next day I got a text with a picture of my son's dog chewing on one of the steak bones so what more could we ask for! For a nice dinner where you do get great rolls, try Envy!
