Food was amazing, as were the cocktails. Service wasnt that great. They kept pressuring for us to leave even though we were ordering tonnes of food and wine. Music gets louder and louder to the point you have to leave. Very expensive

Our waiter Brandon made our experience at Zuma amazing. He was very personable and very attentive. The food was also delicious š Brandonās service was great šš¼

Best brunch in Miami!!!! Excellent restaurant to enjoy with your family! we are definitely coming back soon!!!!! Thank you!

We had been out to dinner elsewhere and stopped to have a drink at Zuma on the way to our hotel. While we didnāt eat, we could see the sushi being delivered and it certainly looked very good and well presented. The Bar was busy, the drinks well made, some fun choices on the cocktail menu like Lichee Martini. A great place for a drink.

The service here is outstanding. The food and the drinks to me were unimpressive. We ordered three Makis - dynamite, spicy tuna and fatty tuna. All of them were average. The best of all was the cod with a lemon - almost key lime pie sauce which was fantastic. Old fashioned could be better too. Anybody can put together bitters, sugar and bourbon. Seems rather unimpressive and severely lacking originality.

I had dine at Zuma a few years back and had a great experience, so I wanted to take my husband for a great dinner experience, it was even better that I remembered. We had the signature omakase and it was to die for, every single dish was delicately prepared, the sushi was absolutely delicious and the deserts were exquisite. All dishes are beautifully decorated, service was outstanding and the restaurant has great ambience. Look forward to coming back!

Sushi and sashimi were very fresh, which is a matter of course in a restaurant at the level. The presentation on the plates is very nice, which also makes a lot of difference here (eye eats with). A few orders were unfortunately forgotten, which in our case was not tragic because we had ordered too much anyway and were already full. Indoors it is very loud but the DJ plays really cool music and when you sit on the edge it is cozy despite the volume.

We have dined at Zuma many times (food was always fine) & last night was our best experience thus far. We ordered the Premium Omakase in which every selection by the chef was very good! The yellowtail tartare with truffle ponzu and miso bun was the standout dish. Excellent!! The service by our server Carina was attentive, caring, & overall delightful. AG Manager James Adams, who came to our table, was on top of everything making sure all customers were happy. Loved our time at Zuma.

A group of four friends and I went to Zuma for brunch on Sunday, May 14. Right after confirming our reservation with the hostess, we were informed that our table was not ready, and that weād have to wait outside. It seemed unusual, given the empty tables right at the front of the restaurant and the fact that other customers were been invited to wait at the bar. But at this moment, it didnāt seem like a major flag⦠maybe other parties took longer than expected to leave the restaurant and our table was not yet ready. After waiting for ~30 min (the reservation was for 1:30pm), we were invited to get in. The hostess took us to a table on the outside, the furthest one from any other customer. Since it was hard to get to our seats (i.e. two of us were blocked by a large floor vase, which weād have to leap through in order to get to our seats), we asked the waiter if it would be possible for them to switch us to a different table. The waiter asked the manager, who came to our table himself to explain to us why weād been deliberately assigned the worst table at the restaurant. In his own words (from what I can remember), āZuma was kind and generous enough to allow us within the premises even though we were not dressed properly, and they had to arrange a table to accommodate us far from other clients because of our shoesā. It is true that the restaurant prohibits guests from wearing flip flops, and two of us were wearing Birkenstock sandals (it was 85 degrees in Miami and the restaurant was by the water), but since the restaurant had the right to deny service to us and chose not to do so, the least they had to do was to treat us decently and like any other customer. But they chose to mistreat and discriminate against our party instead. Following the initial shock after hearing the absurdity that the manager had just told us, we needed a moment to process the information. Three of us wanted to immediately leave the restaurant, but we ultimately decided not to as we were starving and in a hurry to catch a flight a couple hours later. Then the adventure began! Whenever I wanted to go to the buffet, I had to jump into the plant vase, and as I walked towards the buffet, the infamous sandals I was wearing would leave a trail of sand and mud along the way⦠my friend, the other one whose seat was blocked by the obstacles, had to stand up in his own chair to be able to exit the table. After seeing how disruptive it was for us to merely walk from the table to the all-you-can-eat buffet (or maybe fearing a lawsuit, since we were taking pics and filming everything they cruelly made us endure on purpose), and after other customers started to look uncomfortable after seeing us struggle, they suggested that we move to a different table. Overall, this has been one of the worst restaurant experiences in my life. At the same time, it was an interesting social experiment and wake up call, as it reminded me that some ignorant, mean people like the ones who run this restaurant base their value judgement on something as meaningless as clothes and the logos in it. Thank God my family and friends have taught me to never associate the value of a person with wealth or any other externality. On the bright side, the waiter treated us pretty well and as soon as he realized we were not having a good time, he did his best to make up for the ignorance and barbarity of the manager, and even brought us free drinks.

Best restaurant in Miami! Great location, best Japanese cuisine and great quality! Perfect all around! Great atmosphere!

My husband and I booked Zuma for our anniversary this year during a trip to Miami and we were so glad that we did. It was exceptional. I bring a very large group to Zuma every year for a private dinner and they always do a fabulous job and this dinner for two didn't disappoint. We got a great table outside on the terrace and it was a magical evening. The food was spectacular and the service impeccable. The manager took the time to stop by and wish us a happy anniversary and they delivered a special dessert to us to help us celebrate. It's pricey but so worth it. Don't drive to this resto tho, parking is a scene -- take an Uber and enjoy!

One of my all times favorite place to eat and hangout in my beautiful Miami, never disappoints me and recently just went back to one of the best brunches in the magic city! Well worth full of delicious drinks and exquisite food! Donāt even hesitate to book

It is fashionable in the Miami river, but the quality of the dishes is normal and very expensive for the quality they serve not a real japanese restaurant

As always, we love to visit Zuma Miami. Were seated outside on their patio. Service was excellent. We felt safe and enjoyed our meal. We look forward to dining there again soon.

My son chose this restaurant for his 18th BD dinner on September 18, 2020. When I made the reservation on OpenTable. I requested to be seated outside along with a request to bring a chocolate soufflƩ with a candle to celebrate his birthday. This was a table for 2. When we arrived, we were put inside at a table behind the bar, with no regard for the outside table request, even though I told the man in charge. We were basically shoved to the worst table in the restaurant so that the old men accompanying the women with their assets out for everyone to see could be given preference. Service was appalling, the wrong food was brought to our table 3 times. A glass of wine took 30 minutes to arrive. When it came time to bring the dessert, my request was again ignored, not even an acknowledgement of my son's BD. It's shameful. Out of courtesy to my son, I did not complain to the manager because I did not want to make a scene and ruin my his evening any further. He was already pretty upset and frankly uncomfortable to be sitting inside in a room full of people who had no regard for the City's mandate to wear masks when walking around a restaurant. As an executive who entertains clients, I've been not only to Zuma in Miami on countless occasions, but also to Zuma all over the world, from New York, to London, to Rome. My husband is also a frequent diner in your restaurant. I don't know if you changed management, or if Covid has affected not only your cooking, as the food was tasteless, but also your overall customer service. It seems that for your brand this is no longer a priority. Needless to say, I will never return and will make sure to spread the word about your obvious deterioration. I'm embarrassed for you.

Great dinner and food. We ordered the "unlimited" Tattinger champagne ($75 per person) valentine's day option. That was literally 3.5 hours ago. A sports team player and his entire crew were subsequently seated in a back room. Our service suffered. After multiple courses of very good sushi and bubbly we ordered dessert. Excellent until we were told we could not have more champagne. Apparently we had ingested 4 bottles over 2 hours. Really? I am writing this 1 hour after leaving. I would be on the floor with alcohol poisoning. This was a complete excuse to not serve us. After extensive and very conservative discussions we decided to walk. Went to the Kimpton Hotel manager (resturant is in the hotel) who agreed we did not appear inebriated. All this for not serving us a few more ounces after we spent $400 at the resturant. My gripe is easy. Tell me there is a 2 hour limit. Don't add my drinks to a wine chiller that you have shared with a multiple group of "rock stars". I am insulted at your innuendo. Shockingly poor management not to have offered us an extra few ounces. Complelty stupid. Otherwise excellent meal. Why can't people take a breath and relax....

A restaurant in Miami that after 10 years can deliver quality and consistency still is what I call Epic š Everything we had was top notch and the service was above and beyond. My congratulations to the whole team and wishing you another 10 years of glory and success ā¤ļøšš»ā¤ļø

Still outstanding excellent food and excellent service. Just a few minor flaws in the details - the seabass sashimi lagged Ponzu dressing and the salmon roe was not perfect. Beside that a very enjoyable evening with a perfect outside setting

I donāt mind splurging on dinner when the food is Excellentā¦..but the food here is not excellentā¦.was it good?ā¦..definitely yesā¦.portion sizes were smallā¦.sushi was good, but nothing special and double the price of your neighborhood sushi š£ restaurantā¦. The good things: we sat outside on the water and watched beautiful yachts going up and down the miami riverā¦.. it was absolutely beautifulā¦..service was greatā¦.we had a great eveningā¦.by the way,a 20 percent tip is included in your check and be prepared that parking is $17. ā¦..

Food is amazing and staff is always very friendly. We have never had a bad meal, nor a bad experience here.

Where do I start it was my wifeās bday we were treated by a sarcastic doorman, then given an awful table , horrible service given the wrong bill with an apology the bill was less then I spent 260.00 I spent 488.00 when I got the right bill there was no apology never told kitchen closed early so I couldnāt get my wife a bday dessert but the people who spent 260 did cause they were apologized to Never received feedback from manager Way to go zuma I hope that you all appreciate your customers next time there is a shutdown !

The place to go in Miami. this is a fixed visit for us, whenever we are in town. Great location in the EPIC hotel. We had dinner in the terrace, but service was good as usual. The food excellent as in all venues I have been.Th tuna and salmon tartare is omething not to be forgotten... Thanks to the general manager for a few details towards us, that helped us to go through some minor incoveniences. Great customer service

Bad birthday experience at brunch. WE WERE their customers and we used to always go but after this experience, we will endeavor to make every negative campaign we can because it was a complete lack of respect with us as people, and as customers that we are. As soon as we arrived we placed a large order for several dishes and shortly after, without having received any of the dishes we ordered, the waiter said that the kitchen would close and that we would need to place the last order. Well, we made another request. Food started to arrive but more than half was missing. We complained and they said they couldn't do anything because the kitchen had closed. Why, but we ASK BEFORE the kitchen closed and never arrived. The manager came to apologize but honestly they should have at least given us a discount on our brunch since we only ate half of what we asked for. And all of this right on my wife's birthday. We are already without much reason to celebrate recently and we still have to go through this in a restaurant that should be renowned but is completely unprepared.

I was at Zumaās with friends on Sunday for brunch and it was a really great experience. The location is beautiful, overlooking the water, with an elegant but lively atmosphere, perfect for the weekend. Brunch is rich and of great quality: fresh sushi, well prepared hot dishes and excellent cocktails. Professional and attentive service. Prices are high, but adequate to the level of the place. Highly recommended for a special brunch in Miami.

Never been to the Miami location; as expected amazing food and ambiance. Even if the restaurant was really busy the service was excellent.

We are regular Zuma customers who always go to Zuma whenever we visit Miami. We have also been to other Zuma facilities in several cities across the globe. Since we are very fond of the restaurant we decided to book a table in order to celebrate a special date. From the moment we arrived, things began to go wrong. We were seated at a table two sizes too small in which there was no space for us to dine properly or accommodate any of the dishes we ordered. This left us extremely uncomfortable, especially considering there were plenty of empty tables in the moment we arrived. To make matters worse, our waitress, despite being extremely kind, served us hastily, almost as if in a hurry for us to leave (even though we had barely arrived). This terrible experience was truly saddening, as Zuma Miami was able to transform such a special date into a complete tragedy. Unfortunately the Zuma restaurant has managed to lose some of its most faithful customers. Shame.

Disappointed!!! After 7 years we returned to Zuma Miami, same signature menu and 2 meats came, one of which was not a good skewer. I went to Rome in August and it was wonderful! I went to Madrid in November and it was delicious!! Here the sushi and sashimi were very little and simple⦠there was no tartar but vegetables and misoshiro to count the quantityā¦..

The setting is gorgeous whether inside or on the riverside patio. Nice decor and furnishings. The all inclusive brunch has many drink options including French champagne, mimosas, Bloody Mary, sake etc. Food options include sushi, sashimi, oysters, shrimp, skewers, pork bao buns and many other hot items. The āmainā that we chose was beef tenderloin and it was delicious. Desert tray was a nice treat with sorbets, fruit and 2 cakes. Service was very good and friendly. They are quite ridged with the two hour sitting, so time your enjoyment accordingly.

Talk about an identity crisis. Restaurant? Dance club? Chicken-to-go? Wagyu? This place has it all. And that is the problem. Japan is not about noise, vibe and throbbing heart-thumping music. But Zuma is. You know what its like when the kid pulls up next to you at the traffic light and the music is so loud you can feel your body vibrate? That's Zuma's idea of zen. Perhaps we're being unfair. After all, the night before we ate at the blissfully sublime -- real -- Japanese restaurant, Hiyakawa. So that's a hard act to follow. So even if we could dance to the beat while eating our sushi here, the sushi itself was definitely good, but not great. The tempura rock shrimp though was, to be fair, superb. But given the scene-y feel to the place, focused on the look more than on the food, Zuma is a big let down and definitely not worth the the cool, hustle environment if what you really want is superb Japanese food. In a city filled with good examples of the latter, Zuma isn't, as Michelin would say, "worth the detour."

Iāve known Zuma London since it opened, and rate it as one of Londonās outstanding restaurants. Zuma Miami did not disappoint. Service was superb, food was excellent and the wine list and wine service was by far and away the best we had in Miami.

After checking in with the hostess we were picked up by the Manager of the place. NO hello, NO good evening⦠just a finger gesture to follow him⦠excuse me?? Am I in Zuma or in a no name place? The light suited manager with big glasses was absolutely not welcoming and had a massive attitude/echo. While seated he gave a menu and still havenāt said anything and left the table. The only thing he was doing is checking out girls, talk loudly with the DJ or on his phone instead of spending a single time with guests. I canāt believe that Zuma would hire someone like him. I was thinking to leave the place but was just hoping it was only the manager that was hired wrongly. Unfortunately the food and service was average and absolutely not comparable to Dubai, Abu Dhabi or London. Shame on the brand!

As usual, the food was excellent. The restaurant is nice. Maybe not the nicest Zuma, but well located next to a canal where you may watch beautiful boats cruising by. What was disappointing was the service: first they brought my cocktail after having served the first course. They then rush the dishes one after the other. And suddenly you wait for half an hour for the next course!

The food and service was great. What I didnāt care for was how the waiter pretended that the service charge was not his tip. He said the restaurant charges a service charge insulating he does not get it and said whatever extra you give āgoes to me for my services, well my tipā. A service charge goes directly to the servers. they have to split it Amongst each other but every single bill in the entire place gets this same service charge, whether they provide great or subpar service so the servers do not get stiff. We gave him extra but afterwards I felt scammed by him. Itās actually a disgusting practice. Why do it? Why be greedy when they are already getting 20 percent.

wherever in the world go to Zuma ! the quality is constant and is fantastic ! The best Japanese restaurant anywhere .

We were welcomed by Kasim who brought us to our table and was the perfect host.. We enjoyed the excellent service which was really outstanding. Food was also excellent. After our dinner Kasim introduced us to the general manager who also was very pleasant. All in all a very enjoyable evening and many thanks to Kasim . Gijs and Jackie

I spent this week on business in Miami staying at the Kimpton Epic. I dined every night at the hotel's restaurant, Zuma. Over 5 nights I spent nearly $700 as a solo diner. Only two of those night did I order alcohol. As a former server at some of the best fine dining restaurants in San Francsico, I never tip less than 20% for the hard working staff who work in the restaurant industry. It was only tonight, on the last night of my stay, that I caught at the bottom of my check that a 20% service charge is automatically included for all diners. Not just in the dining room, but at the bar having a cocktail or at the sushi bar. Clearly this was my responsibility for not looking more closely at the bill. But the fact that after a week NO ONE on the staff pointed out that the gratuity was included is unconscionable to me. I know that more restaurants are adding a gratuity to ensure that their workers are taken care of, though this is still rare in Los Angeles where I live. But most are much more explicit about making clients aware of it. Taking the time to write this review isn't about the money for me. The success of any business is built on trust, transparency and integrity. I may have enjoyed the dining experience at Zuma. But I find the trustworthiness and integrity of the organization sorely lacking. And more than anything, I wonder HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE WHO DON'T NOTICE THE ADDED GRATUITY ARE DOUBLE TIPPING WITHOUT BEING AWARE OF IT.

I just spent $300 bucks for the worst Japanese food Iāve ever ate. Terrible service, menu hard to understand, nightmare to park the car. Definitely do not recommend.

Went to Zuma with friends and my son after seeing the airship museum in Kendall. It was enormous fun and the food is very varied and of excellent quality. The service was superb. But what really stood out was this. We left my Ex's jacket with the Valet service and forgot to pick ot up when we retrieved our car & drove back to Ft. Lauderdale. One of the valets: Adrian Garcia took the jacket personally to FedEx and mailed it back to her. The prevented the whole experience from having a bad ending after a great day. We'll definitely be returning to the Zuma restaurant again as the service is impeccable.

Great food and service. The place is awesome. Definitely will go back. The AC was a little bit cold.. had to drink an additional Sake bottle to stay warm.

I spent 500 dollars had horrible service got a call from an alleged manager to see how they could better the experience and nothing happened in hindsight ,, waste of time , waste of money plenty of other great places to eat in the area the excellent reviews must be from their PR people

Lovely atmosphere and such lovely design. Waiters are super attentive and so kind. The food was average to good, I love japeneese food. Of 5 dishes 2 were great, one was good abs two were not good at all. Maybe itās what we picked but I would have expected better

Zuma has always been one of our favorite restaurants. We have been to many of the Zuma restaurants across the globe and visited Zuma Miami countless times. Our love for Zuma Miami made us decide on booking a table to celebrate a special birthday with our family. Unfortunately, the visit did not go as expected. We were seated on an extremely small table (two sizes too small) and had no space to eat or place any of the dishes we ordered. We were not properly treated as guests and the service was hasty and rushed, almost as if the waiters were urging us to leave as fast as possible. This left us feeling uncomfortable and prevented us from enjoying the experience at Zuma Miami. It ruined completely our special night, turning a celebration into a tragedy. Truly disappointing.

Alexa who served us at the bar made the experience! Professional, friendly, cool! We didnāt feel rushed, delicious recommendations on food, cocktails and wine. Really knows the menus. Everything was timely. Jose was equally excellent. It was the perfect date night, and the deep house music tracks was they cherry on top. Looking forward to dining again.

We came to Zuma with high expectations. The food was delicious and did not disappoint however the service and hospitality definitely lets the venue down. We were rudely approached by James the assistant manager during dinner as there was a misunderstanding with our reservation. He was abrupt, rude and really just ruined our whole experience at Zuma. James really spoke to us in such a horrible manner that I would never recommend anyone to go to Zuma.

arrived for a Friday night dinner. Food was fantastic Very tasty and gentle Most of it arrived to the table fast. Main course arrived in phases..each one received it in a different time and this was not great. the black cod in Hoba leaf was something really unique and delicious A dessert for three was amazing. Ice bowl with fresh fruits, ice cream, chocolate and more. Only issue, at the end they done what they can to make us goā¦they collected plates before we finishedā¦

Great Japanese restaurant, we loved our 2 hour dinner here with friends. The ambience here is incredible, food is outstanding and unique. Don't miss it.

Family of 3 from Boston. Staying at the Kimton EPIC Hotel where Zuma is located. They are not affiliated with IHG hotels - just colocated (hence no room charging). On a Monday in December after Everglades tour, we were tired and stepped in for lunch. What we got just blew our mind. They had a 3 course lunch menu , which while being affordable for this caliber of restaurant, quality was unreal. We sat outside by the canal which made the experience all the better. Our waiter (Vladimir) I believe was quite knowledgeable and we took his recommendation from drinks to food. Boy was he right ! Quite a gem. See the pics. This is a Japanese fusion.

Itās not like I want something for free. When you pay $280 for a meal for 2, itās not like you need a $10 dessert for free. Thatās just not the point. Having made arrangements stating itās my wifeās birthday, I think zuma is the only restaurant in the world that doesnāt recognize it, in some nice way. Having said this; it was one of the best meals I have ever had! The pork belly skewers are so good that you donāt want the dish to end. The salmon/tuna tartare is delicate and delectable. The black cod is one of the signature dishes so good that we decided to go for one each! Amazing meal, great service but come on Zuma. Stop being so mean!

Normal. Far from the fame it has. It is very expensive and its flavors are far from Osaka or other restaurants with that food. It is difficult to get a table, but the terrace is the best place.

Stunning location...Zuma is an absolute must if you're in the Miami area. It's close to Bayside, in Miami's downtown area close to the metro rail. The mushroom risotto is incredible, as is the otoro sushi š£ really can't say enough about this amazing place.

one of the best asian fusion restaurants in miami brickell area. there are a few, but this one is always consistent and has a nice view and vibe. its more a higher end restaurant but does offer kids options and very friendly staff.

What a fantastic experience, everything about this restaurant is amazing. Great location and the restaurant looks stunning. We arrived and were immediately felt welcomed and seated quickly. Jonathon our server was the highlight, he offered a great insight to the courses and offered different wines for each course we had. We opted to choose our own courses and were surprised how full we were after, there is a chef choice menu which also looked fabulous but is a lot of courses!!! Oh and the cocktails were also fabulous Whilst this place isnāt cheap, the experience and food made this one of our highlight of an amazing trip to Miami.

I went to Zuma Miami for dinner with a colleague. All of the dishes were delicious. What I didn't really like, however, was the price-performance ratio --> $700 for 2 people is excessive in my opinion. Of course the service, the food and the ambience were excellent, but the overall package was not worth the $700. It was definitely a one-time visit to Zuma.

We have loved this Zuma for years like all those around the world. Every year we go there at least once for Sunday brunch. This year too we had a good time but the decline is evident in both quality and quantity. What a shame!

Our second visit to Zuma in five days . This time we tried the Miami Spice menu which was amazing!! With wonderous tastes and spectacular presentation! Excellent value for money. A lively buzzy glamorous restaurant with appeal for all age groups. The staff are attentive and charming .

The location is nice and in a good location. The quality of the food was first class, as was the service. Prices are at a high level.

First of all I have been Long Time patriot and fan of Zuma restaurant since they opened in Miami. However this weekend was far what I had experienced in the past and has me questioning if I will ever go back again. We made a reservation ahead of time with large group of family friends at Zuma for my 50 Th anniversary. Our reservation was at 2 pm the time we arrived early at 1.45 pm. There was a bit of a disarray happening and the normal entrance was blocked with a large black barrier. We found a hostess booth where they asked the group sit in the lobby of the hotel. The hostess informed us that the previous table was running late and therefor our table would be sitting around 2:30-2:45. Already, off to a bad start since the brunch ends at 4pm. Then we inquired if we can get a drink at the bar in the meantime when the hostess advised the interior space was closed for renovations and it was patio dining only. (Which was beyond crowded seating). Then we were told to there was no buffet style brunch and that a waiter would bring us our brunch as we ordered from a menu card. NO BUFFET BRUNCH!?! Needless to say that was not the brunch nor experience that keeps me coming back to Zuma. Especially on a special occasion and with such a group of out of town guests. The whole experience was ridiculous. I should have been informed at the time of making the reservation that the restaurant was under reservations and their dining services had changed. Ownership and management failed greatly! It was very inconsiderate and unprofessional! Renovations happen but in the manner that my reservation was handled itās nothing like the Zuma I loved in the past. The day was not lost as we were able to make a spur of the moment reservation at Seaspice on the River. Iām so glad we did as the ambience was amazing, live DJ and excellent food.

Regrettably , for the first time in years , we've been disappointed. Our waiter was missing most of the time and we had to ask to other waiters passing by , for our food and drinks several times. One of our guests had to wait over 30 minutes for her main course (while we were already having the dessert) . Empty plates were sitting on our table for some time while waiters and bussers where passing by without considering to take it away. All this , while TWO men , assumingly "managers" were using their time joking and playing with cellphones with absolutely no control of the floor and service to guests. Food was as usual the best (even though , the variety was more limited than usual) , beside the "new" dessert that was not up to par with the "classic" and , the "micro-portions" of main courses. Please , rise the price again , but give us back the incomparable experience we've always had. (05/29/2022 - 14;00hours -brunch)

This japanese restaurant is a must if you come to Miami. Just amazing! The service is very kind as well.

When we arrived last night the lady on the door asked if we wanted to sit outside or inside, we choose outside as it was warmer and she asked us to wait just outside the door leading to the table area for around 5 minutes (which was slightly annoying). We ordered, tuna and salmon tatare, black cod, yellow tail sushi-mi, chicken skewer, vegetarian rolls, spinach and a few other dishes with the cheesecake for dessert (see photos). We also ordered two mocktails. The bill came to around USD 350. The food was delicious and I would have given 5 stars but the black cod and veggie rolls took around 1 hour to arrive after the starters, so we sat there waiting and waiting and when we asked where the dishes were the waiter said the cod takes time to cook. . (really does it!!) and why didn't he mention this before and the vegetarian sushi rolls did not come out. Just be honest and say you forgot its no problem everyone makes mistakes. Mocktails were pretty tasteless too, both of ours weren't great. Thanks to Charlotte for assisting us with our bill and for giving us her details so we could book Zuma another time easily, All in all a fantastic meal apart from the long long wait between starters and main course, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Still a favorite. Great sushi and cocktails. The service is also tops. For sure still one of the best places to eat. Stays consistent. Not something we can say if itās sister restaurant LPM.

Yes- you will get your wallet out on this one, but then again you can't very well not come to Miami and not expect to. Great food, excellent service, and love the overall vibe.

Impressively outstanding and most definitely represents a unique fine dining experience. Creative Food and cocktail options. If you are a foodie and a discerning eater, this is undoubtedly a must visit restaurant.

I loved Leticia the percussionist! Wow! She is unbelievably talented and gorgeous. She is a plus to Zuma and to any place she brings her magic. One of a kind! Bravo! Chris Maier

Zuma is always a guarantee of quality. I usually go to the one in london and occasionally in other cities. This was the first time in Miami. Top food, good service, nice location, cool DJ playing.

The restaurant is clean, fresh ingredients, tasty plates and perfect amount. Great happy hour. Service is always professional and well staffed. Food is wonderful. Sushi is amazing with it's taste.. Love it a lot.

Very nice restaurant I was there with my girlfriend and we were both very satisfied we had amazing service and we really enjoyed the experience !!

My sister, husband, and I celebrated my birthday with brunch at Zuma. The buffet offered an impressive variety, catering to diverse tastes. The standout dish for me was the miso black cod - absolutely delectable. Our server, Christian Ordonez, elevated the experience with his exceptional service. He was attentive, professional, and kind. Christian's efforts made my birthday celebration truly special. Thank you for a memorable dining experience!

View is extraordinary, food was delicious, great service, relaxed, comfortable setting, wonderful background music.

We came to Zuma on our first night in Miami and were not disappointed. Good service, very tasty food and drinks. Weāll be back!

I have been there several times and everything was absolutely amazing Friendly staff, top food and cocktail The view is amazing too

Itās amazing how good this restaurant is. Their Japanese food is so so good. The service is great, waiters are very professional. Ambiance is also nice, everything is working well

I was a party off 3 and one of my friend stuck due a heavy rain and 10 min away so i with my wife and I request seat to get some drinks but the hostess doesnāt let us seat until my friend arriving so unacceptable this situation

Zuma is in the Epic Hotel near the port of Miami, from its terrace are beautiful river views. They have 900 ft. dock space, Covid 19 procedures, great staff, sushi menu. Now I am not a sushi person, and Zuma has 3 variations: izakaya ( Japanese version of a pub), a robata grill, a sushi counter. I have been to Japan more than once, entertained by some big companies, so even if they say, Its authentic, I know its not traditional. The sake is very good, I did not try all 80 varieties, only 2 to sip, as they say 'Sake to me'. I tried, Sashimi Moriawase (6 slices of sashimi,$29.) I ate $3.

Still one of our top three in Miami (another one on that list is La Petit Maison which is owned by the same group). Great food, great service, good ambiance, and an amazing check. But worth it.

Anyone seen the Steve Carroll/Tina Fey movie āDate Nightā? Zuma is literally āClawā. The maitre dā, wearing a mint green (yes, I said entirely mint green) summer weight linen suit and black shirt, was incredibly impressed with himself. His arrogance was a sight to behold. He was incessantly wiping the nearly imperceptible smudges off of the door handles and windows between the patio and main dining room with manic precision, and his eagle eye was adept at clearly making constant assessments of who did or did not belong in his restaurant. Who to rush, who to coddle. We were not important enough to be introduced to him, as he barely allowed us entry in our Olukaiās (I was brought here as a surprise by a friend and had no prior knowledge of the dress code). Thank goodness I and my husband had both worn rolexes and some jewelry that day ā as I believe this saved us from the embarrassment of entry denial. The waygu/truffle gyoza was surprisingly mushy. My husband and son liked it, I was honestly no fan. Shall I go on?

Delicious brunch, exquisite selection of different food, nice view from the terrace - a special place for special occasions. Parking is a little chaotic and prices are high. But itās worth visiting !

We enjoyed dinner at Zuma last night in Miami. It's located in the Epic Hotel on the River in Miami and the hotel, restaurant and area are gorgeous and full of life and beautiful people. The service & meal were outstanding and I'm not sure how anyone can give this restaurant a bad review. We enjoyed it so much and I hope to return again. Go, you will not regret this choice. Excellent quality of food located in a beautiful setting in gorgeous Miami Florida. If you enjoy beautiful people watching or seeing yachts sailing by as you eat, its an added bonus here as well!

Itās a really good option for a weekend brunch, the Wayu Gyozas are ESPECTACULAR, the Sushi is not very good, little options and the presentation can be much better

Very poor experience. Average quality. The service, in particular, was really non sense. You wonāt be here for the food

You know i donāt complain unless you spend $250 a head to skip a Ferrari event bc you advertise in all the F1 stuff as having an āepic party.ā Meager plates, no place to sit, ugly people with no where else to go. Truly awful experience. Avoid.

Great time with old friends. This place was also really good and the seafood didn't disappoint. I think this may be a chain. but good.

We have been visiting all Zuma locations since they opened and we have always had a great time. We went twice in April and the second time the tuna tartare was like mush. We always order this and when it went back to the kitchen un touched the staff did not even question why. The decoration also looks faded now, the sofa green cushions outside look the same as when they first opened and the Brickell dinner scene has changed so much since then.

Some hits, some not so much hits. Nice for the ambiance & location but do not expect high-end or super high quality dishes. Grate to take someone who has low expectations. They will be impressed.

I work on Brickell and I have to say that I really like Zumaās lunch menu. It has all the best dishes of the restaurant for a very decent price. I like the salmon...

Extremely loud sound near 100 decibels and poor super time-consuming service It was better Food still good But sound disturbs a lot

Itās in the coolest hotel / residents type building their drive way is filled with exotic cars you would only see in miami, valet area is great for watching celebrities-doing their every day stuff.. but the hidden / most known gem is inside... just step in and understand why... outside tables are over watching Miami River where a small yacht is just a toy or step inside and watch your chef prepare your meal in front of you... Or option 3 ... go inside by the bar and tour the whole place

All dishes leave you wanting to eat more. Sushi, sushimi, waygu, everything we ordered was excellent. Excellent service and environment. The outdoor area has a beautiful view of the city and a canal!

Through the gorgeous lobby of the Epic Hotel in Miami (Brickell), Zumaās friendly staff seated us quickly and the service did not stop. Our server gave suggestions and the dishes kept coming. Such a variety. The restaurant team works smoothly together. The ultimate dessert arrived and it was a delicious Work of Art. We will be back! šššššššŗ

The atmosphere and service are great. But I can't shake the perception that I am at an expense account steakhouse where everything is 50%+ more expensive than it should be. The wine list is impressive on the high end, but very shallow at the reasonable end (and at $18/glass, I expect good wine). If you're trapped at the Kimpton with limited options and you're on the expense account, great. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Zuma has been my absolute favorite brunch spot to go to when I visit Miami (Pre-Covid) and I would rate this more than 5 stars if I could! The service is always amazing, the champagne is promptly refilled, and the buffet spread of options was just the best. I was very disappointed at our last visit to brunch this past weekend, which was adapted due to Covid-19. Completely understand and agree with the buffet style being removed (now there is a menu where you order what you want and the servers bring it out) - however, I was really disappointed in the limited items that were on the menu. When we called and booked our reservation over the phone, we were not aware that the items were limited and this was not mentioned. The correct menu is on Zuma's website for reference, which to our fault we did not bother to check prior to going. Some of my favorite items in particular were not featured on the menu including the truffle rice hot pot (now you must add it for $30 when it was included before), the beef tataki, bbq pork buns, the entire raw bar (oysters, shrimp, etc.) and limited sushi offerings. Experiencing pre-Covid Zuma brunch to what they have now is just disappointing when it comes to the selection. However - the food we received was still delicious and extremely fresh (the best sushi and sashimi cuts!) and the service was still great. The other couple we came with it was their first Zuma brunch experience and to be honest they were not impressed, especially considering how much we had hyped it up. I'm hoping that the full extent of the Brunch menu can come back and adapt to the new style of serving, because it was just not as good as it was before. For those that are worried, this restaurant felt extremely clean and sanitized, tables were socially distanced, etc.

Had the best night out with my friends! Special thanks to the floor manager , my waiter and sommelier as well as the chefs and bar team! Such a warm welcome and an amazing service. Keep it up, canāt wait to come back again. I think is the best sushi restaurant in town

We had the sweet corn and shitake mushroom vegetables with prime beef. My wife loved the mushrooms but they were not my favorite. I did like the sweetcorn. The meat was good quality, tender and cooked as requested. I did like the sauce that came with it but prefer au poivre. We had the ebi tempura sushi as a starter. It was OK but definitely not the best sushi i have had. Service was good. Setting on the river is pretty. I did not have my valet parking validated so we ended up paying $24 for one hour parking. So make sure you get it validated. Valet took long to bring the car. I would go back and try some of the other items but would not rush to do so.

Always a treat to spend some hours at Zuma. This business dinner was quite interesting in that one of my partners decided to show up on his yacht (you can sail right in) with a couple of fresh lobsters. The chef did not allow them to be cooked, but he took care of keeping them in custody for later. I had a feeling they would not entertain our unusual request. Now onto the foodā¦.great! Corn is always a must. Sashimi or Nigiri, also a must. Some Australian Wagyu should always be selected. The salads and sides are probably some of the best in the culinary world. My experience eating at Zuma is to share with the table and order as much as you can to really savor the flavors. As for wine, we had a few bottles that were absolutely great. The sommelier always takes care of our needs and has all of my previous visits recorded to allow for a better flowing experience. The atmosphere is always nice and the staff is always attentive to our needs.

We were guests at the hotel (Kimpton) and had just finished a business dinner and wanted a nightcap. We approached the host stand and asked for a table outside. The host said that the place was closing soon so they weren't seating anyone. We said that's OK, we'll just order the drinks and find a seat outside, assuming that the hotel and restaurant are one unit, like almost every other high end hotel. Again, insisted they were closed. Then the bartender, who was listening to the conversation, said that he'd make us drinks in plastic cups and we could grab some seats. Smart guy getting in a final sale for the evening. So we approached the bar and ordered our drinks and paid for them. The bartender was a hardworking employee and should be commended. Then when we made our way outside to seat ourselves the host and another employee told us that they needed to remove the seat cushions before we sat down as they needed to clean up for the night. This place is located in Brickell, inside a Kimpton property, next to multi-million dollar yachts and next to the Aston Martin Towers, and they were removing the seat cushions?! So we, hotel guests, sat directly on the wicker without cushions and enjoyed our drinks and hung out for awhile in the beautiful setting. We sat a bit low in our chairs, but the setting was still nice. If it wasn't for the very intelligent bartender, this would have been zero stars. How does this restaurant not understand where it is located?

Wonderful selection of many foods and drinks! Great atmosphere. An absolute must for any trip to Miami. The Sunday brunch covers all the bases.

That this only rates 4 dots means too many are clueless. Its great. As for the masks, yes they are largely useless and kinda gross bacteria factories but the whole town is this way. Blame the reckless media. But while renovating, their restaurant is in a covered outside area and studies show ventilation tops even the best masks. So again, even better at dealing with a pandemic than most. Even if by accident. Now they need to open a door or window to the hotel and let a draft through for the hotelās benefit. But you canāt beat the food.

Still Best Brunch in Miami after so many years! It is pricey but it is by far the best brunch option in town. The service is also top!

The service was very bad, with long waiting time and unprofessional staff. The quality is average. Highly non recommended.

Forget it! Zuma London, New York & Dubai have far superior service & food, very disappointing, wonāt be back or recommend!

Beautiful place with a nice view. Food and drinks were amazing and the service was great. The tasting menu will not disappoint you!

Wow. We went to brunch ant it was truly memorable. All of the food was bright and fresh. The service was fast and pleasant without being overwhelming.

Excellent Sunday brunch served by friendly and super-helpful staff. Very accommodating to my dietary restrictions (celiac disease). We will definitely will be returning.

Everything was delicious, especially the lobster!! We ordered different dishes from the center and there wasn't one we didn't like. Good service, good food, good place. We were sitting on the terrace in December and we hardly felt cold.

Atmosphere was great and so was the waiter. Food the food a bit on the pricey side with the quality/quality. However, experience was great. Loved the desserts. Definitely worth a visit

Still our favorite in Miami (together with La Petit Maison owned by the same group). Fantastic food, fantastic service, the best passion fruit martiniāsš. The wine list is also stunningly good. From theirBordeauxās (including Le Pin and Petrus), to Chaveās Hermitageās, to Spainās Pingus and Vega Sicilia; very very good.

During a recent visit to Zuma Miami on Thursday, August 7th, the conduct of the General Manager was notably unprofessional. The interaction involved discourteous behavior, including inappropriate communication and actions. Specifically, we were kept waiting in the dining area while a table issue was addressed. This experience was inconsistent with the high standards expected. Regrettably, we chose to depart the premises. While previous visits to Zuma have been positive, the lack of professionalism exhibited by the management team is concerning. Consequently, we will not be returning..

Zumaās brunch food is spectacular, with an immense variety. The duration is two hours. However, they are extremely rigid with time: completing the two hours, they refused to replenish a glass of sparkling, which was quite unpleasant. This is especially frustrating because the establishment does not follow its own rules consistently: for example, they say that it is not allowed to enter with a bermuda, but depending on the person, make exceptions. The value is quite high (photo attached). In addition, the value is quite high and the 20% service is mandatory, with no possibility of reduction.

My brother and I stayed at the Kimton hotel in Miami. Having visited Zuma in London we expected something special. It was a dinner reservation on 4th March, 2021 at the Kimpton Hotel Miami. Time was around 9.30 pm. Whilst we were not given a good table we didnāt mind as the place was busy and we had reserved late. We ordered the black cod and prawn gyoza. The dish arrived and the taste was fishy and tasted off. The calamari was next and it was chewy and overcooked. We ordered a bunch of other stuff for mains but unfortunately couldnāt even get to the main course as the starters were so disappointing. We gave our candid opinion to the waitress and manager stating that this is not the quality one expects and the food was quite honestly āsh&tā. We told them we would happily pay but the food was really below average and quite frankly should be ashamed with what they have produced. I told them that the owners of the restaurants in London will be disappointed by their reputation being tarnished. We were then greeted by a hostile manager on duty who asked us to leave, called us asshoxxes after charging our credit cards. He gave his name as James Adam however we believe itās not the case. I have eaten at the finest restaurants in the world which Zuma claims to be one. For a restaurant that cannot be challenged on the quality of their food and feels that their staff know better than the customers in my opinion is not going to cut the mustard in years to come, especially if itās skating Purely on its name. Every business can have an off day, however when the service canāt make up for poor quality of the product, the business is heading for trouble.

Very good! Wonderful food! There are many varieties, perfect desserts! Wonderful place on the edge of the canal overlooking the buildings of Miami! Perfect!

Still the best, BUT we are in the middle of Covid and we all need to do our part to protect the workers and guests. The masks being worn by the team are totally useless. On too of it everyone wears a different type, the are flimsy cloth masks. On top of it the servers get waaaay to close for comfort. Keep the distance, wear normal masks that protect everyone, and you will still be the bestš

We started brunch at Zuma Miami with very fresh oysters and caviar, which helped justify the price. For two people, including champagne, tax, and tip, the total came to around $400. The spread of food was impressive ā no lobster, but a generous selection of maki rolls and a solid assortment of nigiri. Everything was high quality, beautifully presented, and service was smooth throughout. Overall, it felt like a well-curated, indulgent experience that delivered good value for a luxury Miami brunch.

I am elated to share my experience at Zuma Miami, a gem tucked in the heart of the city at The Kimpton Epic Hotel. This picturesque dining destination offers patrons the joy of waterfront dining on the Miami River, creating an ambience that is both elegant and lively. The open kitchen adds a touch of drama, enhancing the already vibrant atmosphere. My culinary journey at Zuma started with the wagyu gyoza with truffle ā a dish that was absolutely sensational. The taste was divine, and it was evident that only the highest quality beef was used. Following this, we sampled the tomato and smoked eggplant with ginger scallion dressing. This dish was a symphony of flavors, brimming with fresh ingredients that tantalized the taste buds. However, the crowning jewel of our meal was undoubtedly the spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chili, and sweet soy. The amalgamation of the spicy tang with a sweet undertone was truly a delight, making it my personal favorite. For dessert, we indulged in the coconut ice cream and the mango and guava sorbet. The coconut ice cream, with its exotic flavors and creaminess, stood out among the three and was the perfect sweet ending to our meal. Customer service was impressive. We were greeted with warmth and were seated promptly upon our arrival. The only minor drawback was the slightly slow food delivery, but it didn't hamper the overall dining experience. Though Zuma Miami leans toward the pricier side, the captivating atmosphere, exquisite cuisine, and superior service make it an experience worth investing in. I am already looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend it to fellow epicureans who appreciate a unique blend of taste, presentation, and atmosphere.

Valet parking was listed as 19 then charged 26, meanwhile it should have been free with the suma brunch. I feel ripped off and will not be returning to Zumba or the Epic hotel any time soon. Zuma brunch has increased in price and the quality has decreased. Before it was table side service now itās buffet and at twice the price from last year.

Had dinner outside right by the Miami River on a Sunday evening (passover). It was quite lively and many party boats drove up and down the canal. Attentive service and very good food up to the standard you would expect from Zuma. Can recommend the typical Zuma chocolate dessert, which is not on the menue.

A mini-chain of eleven Japanese restaurants around the world. Zuma is relatively new on our list. Our first visit was seven years ago, but it is now an annual event--and an event it is. We are fans of tasting menus and regularly visit Michelin starred restaurants for that experience. We love Zumaās tasting menu. The only problem with Zuma's tasting menu is that there is just too much food.

We made reservation over the phone. Brunch on Saturday. I was late and miami has bridges that open up. The Maitre was real upset that I was late and he let me know. I sat down to our table, the waiter approached us. Aston. He gracefully made us feel soo welcomed. The service was top! The best. The food is good: that was excepted. The service, kindness were all Aston. He made a difference. Thanks.

exceptional place x service quality of food efficient staff lively entertainment fabulous furnishings

Ok firstly Hubs and I have been here numerous times. And we love it. So we took 4 friends for dinner whom all have good/varying palates. I was a bit skeptical/anxious of criticism from our friends tbh but OMG they all loved it. Phew! We had an amazing night. Great vibe there. And fabulous food. Ticks all the boxes for us.

Canāt beat the food & service here. The lobster, beef, corn all unbelievably good. Even the salads are amazing. Can be a little loud so not good for deep conversations but everything is just so so so good . Definite fave.

Once again Zuma presented an outstanding Miami Spice menu. We had the yellowtail sashimi, crispy fried tofu, watercress salad and prawn gyoza . All excellent. The tofu was a surprisingly delicious square of panko-crusted soft tofu. Then on to the sushi course, followed by baby chicken and the beef filet, which is not to be missed. There was so much food I almost didnāt have room for dessert. But who could turn down fruit-filled chawan mushi and a pecan pie sundae. Zuma is always great, and its Spice menu reflects its high quality.

I love Zuma all around, but I am a foodie so I might be byas. Affordable, great tasting menu, fast service.

Amazing place to dine. Friendly and attentive staff. Expensive but definitely worth the money. Suggest wagyu and the signature dessert.

We enjoyed a late dinner at Zumaā¦staff was attentive and the food was very tastyā¦restaurant was nice and service was quick.

Went to the brunch that happens during the weekends. Absolutely AMAZING!!! The food was spectacular, the drinks great (specially the Japanese sangria) atmosphere incredible, and the hostess Victoria was super friendly and efficient, I had a problem with my reservation but she quickly managed to help me and sit me and my group; even though the restaurant was packed. It was for sure one of the best experiences of the trip. 10/10 everything perfect. Definitely worth the price!

Beautiful ambience, good food quality and service was great! Tried their lunch a la carte menu and the price was worthed! Definetely recommend this place to japanase lovers!!

Where should I start?! Service staff are an A+, except for the guy at the door barking at us that we have to use another door for the exit. The bill was $522 for two of us. No problem, but certainly not worth it for the PREMIUM tasting menu. They could have done a much better job. Not likely that I will revisit.

Sitting on the terrace facing the river and surrounded by boats is the best thing about the restaurant. The food is regular. Makis are famous but the reality is they don't pass the average level. There are 10 better options.

Our family visited this restaurant and upon entering with our four kids the doorman made a rude and snide comment with regards to our attire. The adults were dressed smart casual and the kids - well they are kids, shorts and tshirts. The comment was back handed and unnecessary - especially coming from someone in a terribly fitted baby blue suit with matching baby blue suede shoes - his outfit should be an embarrassment to this establishment, he looks ridiculous. His comment ruined our whole visit.

Assuming that my partner and I usually frequent Zuma in Rome, we had high expectations for this restaurant. We found it extremely commercial (more than it already is his). We spent $300 and ate relatively little, without even taking drinks or wine. The sushi is definitely good but not of a high standard, the menu is much sparser than at Zuma in Rome. The location is certainly beautiful, Recommendation to eat out for the view. I would not stay there again, it disappointed us a bit.

The worst time that I had after 10 years having brunch, paying the same as past but without buffet, limited time for order dishes and drinks, waiter trying all the time to bring the dessert less than 1:30 hours that we started, feeling like rush and late brunch, need to eat fast, sincerly never more!!! Feeling like kicking us out all the time. Never saw it before limited 2 hours for brunch and less than 1:30 hours waiter kicking us out. Really, donāt recommend anymore! Donāt come back anymore. More than 10 years costumer but now Zuma is out of limits. Who you think we are? Should be a pleasure brunch but was turned in a rushed and poor, as the dishes are reduced too. Really, worst time ever!

Nothing but pluses at Zuma...sushi, steak, apps, atmosphere, service, and view were all on point. The outdoor seating allows you to watch boats travelling through the waterway.

Great places - from the general vibe to the food / drinks everything is great here. I really loved the whole experience that zuma has to offer. It is one of my favorite places to go to when visiting Miami. I have been here 4-5 times, brining a different set of friends each time. I know there is going to be consistent quality and great atmosphere. Must go if you want dinner / drinks and some fun!

This place has everything, good interior design, good food, good Service and good drinks. Is one of the best places in Miami.

Best dining experience ever! Joshua was a excellent server who handled every detail of our dinner with perfection. The staff & management were friendly welcoming and offered to photograph us and validate parking. We had the premium 8 course meal for 2. The absolute best food Iāve ever had! Plating and presentation were spot on. Surprised thereās no Michelin stars. We chose this restaurant over Nobu and we were glad we did!!!

Still one of the favorite restaurants of the wife and kids. Great sushi, great rice hot pot (they say), and very good service. The cocktails are the best in town. Try the passion fruit raspberry martini.

Good morning, I would not return, they have a menu for US 88, false, once received the bill triples: added; table service, additional lobster (in theory it should not be added to the bill, it is a main course + buffet) a water US 10, it is a disproportion. You end up spending with Valet Parkin, US 400

Everything was great. Service, food - top level! A bit pricey, but it's worth it. Sushi was amazing, steak - just perfect! Exceeded all our expectations!

We had a reservation at 9. The Hostess told uss we need to wait the table will get cleaned. 30 Minutes later we were still waiting and asked again. She gave us a weird look and told us there was a Problem with the Creditcardterminal and asked again the name of reservation. In the end we waited for 50 Minutes to fet seated on a monday night. The food was ok, but it doesnt come any close to Zuma in Dubai. Zuma Miami is not worth a visit.

We didn't know what to expect at first. We were here celebrating my daughter's sweet-16 and were hoping that it met our expectations for a fabulous dinner experience. To our surprise, it exceeded our expectations. So much so, that we intend on spending an evening at the Epic Hotel one day before the next cruise we take out of Miami just so that we could eat at Zuma. The dishes we had, were none we've ever had, so the skepticism was high and the idea of paying so much for food we weren't sure about seemed to cloud the atmosphere with and expected 'let down.' However, each new try for every dish served was a grand experience that was delightful to the tastebuds. All we could say after eating was, "Wow!" Food like this gives one's tongue a memory. Awesome, awesome, and awesome!!! Our server was great as well. His responsiveness and intuition to help create a memorable occasion were above and beyond.

Bit on Pricey side but worth one a year trip like Valentine. We have great sushi and steak at the restaurant love the location and outdoor experience.

They have very delicious food and cocktails. We had a good time and had fun as a family. Their staff is good and friendly. Only their services are very poor. The door welcome carefully examines the clothes, my advice is to go stylish.

As always a classic top with beautiful people and close to the Rio, beautiful views. Sushi's Zuma menu we like and the atmosphere top

Came here to celebrate our anniversary and it was lovely. We ordered almost half the menu and everything was delicious. However, when we got back to our room we realized that we were charged for something that was never brought to the table so that was a bit of a bummer. Partially our fault for not noticing but we were enjoying ourselves and the food and atmosphere so much we never paid any kind. Would definitely come back.

I'm a sushi lover and they have some of the greatest sushi I've tasted in years,I will be coming back to this restaurant when I go back to visit Miami.

Terrible experience. We had reservations for Monday night at 8. We were shown to a high top table in the loud bar. We asked if we somehow booked wrong, and we were told no. I asked for a table in the dining room. I was told that the high top table 6 feet from the bar WAS in the dining room. Obviously not. We were then told we could wait at the barā¦..where there were no seats. The 3 hostesses were more interested in their conversation than customer service. We wonāt be back.

It was a must for those who visited Miami. They did not know how to renew themselves compared to other Zuma in mondo.Cibo expensive but mediocre.Tanta scene and little substance.Until some time ago the restaurant was yes old but at least served quality food. Good service except for the valet who as well as plucking you treats you badly.

Great view, sushi is very well done. The drinks are great and donāt disappoint.. the only down side is the waiter pushed to order quickly and push to eat and go would of been nice to relax a little more with out being rushed

This is my second visit and food and drinks were great and service exceptional. It was crowded but our hostess was excellent in setting expectations and was able to eventually get us a cozy table. This restaurant is definitely 1 of my favorites in Miami.

This very popular Japanese restaurant, has available outside seating near the water and nice inside decor. Even though its a little pricey, we must admit the food is very good.

We were there with friends, with a big company, and were warned in advance that we would be 13 people, but when we arrived, we were given a small table. After an unpleasant conversation, we were given 2 tables, but we were already disappointed; we ate and left. But the food was very delicious.

Awesome place with outstanding Asian cuisine and extraordinary service. We really enjoyed the extravagant atmosphere and the delicious food. Highly recommendable!

Best brunch in Miami. Sit on Miami River, watch boats come and go. Beautiful people. Excellent food. Great service. Dessert not in keeping with rest of the meal.

Great food and service. The menu is extraordinary and the experience is one of the best I have ever had. Definitive than to repeat.

Impressed how zuma lowered the quality of the food the salmon and tuna werent fresh and signature plates didnt taste as they used too

I always visit when Iām in town. Very consistent food and service. Delicious! Iām eating through the menu and have loved every dish.

Took my 2 daughters to Brunch at Zuma in the kimpton Epic. Service was very poor and food not up to par with pricing. Food was brought out super slow waiting and waiting for them to come out. One of our appetizers had a hair on it do I told waiter and not even apologetic at all replace the plate like if it was nothing. I ask to please call my car and never did. Once I got home I called them and spoke with Manager Evanno and explained everything. The more I spoke or explained I noticed he didnāt care. Said he would call me back and never did. This was on Sunday 12/13 and today is Thursday 12/17 and till no call back. This place is not worth the money donāt go here!!!!!

Having had a lovely dinner at Zuma in London, I was eager to have my family experience it in Miami before heading out on a Christmas sailing trip. Having stayed at the Epic Hotel a half a dozen times or more, I asked their concierge to book our reservation for us. It was confirmed via phone by a member of the Zuma team the next day. I mentioned that we were traveling with my 5 year old nephew and my two elderly parents and would be grateful for prompt seating upon arrival. Our reservation was for 7pm. We arrived 10 min prior and were told we had to wait. Then, out of the blue the MOD/GM comes up and begins to insult us in a VERY condescending and assumptive manner re: the dress code (two members of my family were wearing designer sandals that didnāt meet their dress code and my brother in law had high end shorts on). We were beyond insulted in her delivery and her tone. Not to mention the fact that we were about to spend close to a thousand dollars dining with them and that many many other patrons appeared to be in violation as well. I let her know that ZERO people in the booking process of the 3 we spoke with mentioned the dress code and she would be better served to not be so assumptive and condescending when addressing a guest. The only reason I am giving Zuma two stars after this experience is that our waiter (Lucas) was lovely/very attentive and the food was decent while not super impressive given my experience with Zuma in London.

The table they assign us was squashed at the end of the outdoor area even we had reservation. The food were overpriced so much, the music was way loud. The server was very pushy on what we should order, basically want us to order more and more. In the end, with 20% service fee automatically added, the server still want a tip only for him. It was an expensive dinner with each dish super small, and only good thing was the dessert.

Have eaten at Zuma numerous times and it never fails to impress. Service can occasionally be a tad on the ingenuine side, but the sushi/food quality is unbeatable. Ambiance is also quite nice, making this a great date night spot. I would definitely recommend dining at Zuma for amazing sushi.

Had my wonderful dinner here, what an amazing and unforgettable experience> Environment, service, and food .... all was amazing. Thank yāall for the best dinner ever!

One of the best dinners Iāve ever had. Our server was super knowledgeable, was able to recommend a combination of food and drinks that was ideal. I donāt like seafood and my wife loves it, so it wasnāt an easy task. Would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect like our Italian Franciacorta, really great staff and atmosphere all around⦠Mariano was the plus š

I recently dined at Zuma in Miami for my birthday, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Despite mentioning my birthday in the booking, it went unrecognized by the staff. Additionally, my request for a low dining table, indicated during the online booking process, was disregarded, and I was seated at a high table near the bar. While the cocktails were excellent, the food was only average, lacking the quality I've come to expect from other Zuma locations. The service left much to be desired, with staff merely delivering dishes to the table without any engagement or inquiry about our experience. The manager seemed disinterested, preoccupied with their phone or the DJ booth rather than attending to guests. It's disheartening to see one of my favorite spots falter in Miami. Zuma should prioritize improving their service and maintaining the luxury experience they advertise.
Relax Time!
Amazing food and service. Great variety on the menu and good view of downtown Miami. Staff always smiling and ready to assist you in any way. Thank you and we will be back.
