Day 1: From home to Ya'an, 766 kilometers.
From a few months ago, when I had the intention to walk in Daocheng in western Sichuan, to a month ago, I checked the route, read travelogues, and made more than three itinerary plans, and after many sleepless nights of excitement, apprehension, worry, and yearning, I finally set off today. At 9 o'clock in the morning, I got on the highway from Youyang, trekking 800 kilometers, and it was already 8 o'clock in the evening to Ya'an, which was the first stop of this trip, staying at the Hyatt Regency Ya'an Business Hotel, a very ordinary hotel, better than high quality and low price, complete facilities. It is very suitable as a transit station.

During the National Day, the accommodation fee in Daocheng and Seda soared more than three times, and the hotel booked 20 days in advance was not much cheaper. This is also a person's style of doing things.

In the countless nights before departure, I was worried about the road conditions and weather in western Sichuan, and it must be a mysterious and changeable land. But after leaving, I was calm, even if I came, I would be at ease, and I would go and see. I believe that our government and our transportation department will ensure the safety and travel of the people.

This trip, two cars, seven adults and two children, I don't know if the 8-day full itinerary will make them unbearable, I don't know if they can adapt to the plateau, everything is unknown. I hope this trip can become a precious memory for them.

When people reach middle age, they have no ideals to repay, and their only hobby is to walk around. Life is endless, and the footsteps are non-stop. On the road, people become pure, you are just yourself. Traveling is to see the sky, the earth, the mountains and rivers, all living beings, and see yourself. I love being on the road. The next day, Ya'an-Yajiang, 273 kilometers, is expected to take 5 hours, and the result is to start at 7 a.m. and walk until half past seven in the evening.

Long Quan said that on the eleventh day of Ya'an every year, it was very congested in the morning, so we set off at 7 o'clock, and I couldn't sleep after 4 o'clock for no reason. It was only after eight o'clock when I arrived in Luding, and the rain in Ya'an had changed to the bright sun. After breakfast, I went to Luding Bridge, and at this time, Luding Bridge was also bustling with people. I spent 10 yuan on the ticket to experience the swaying of the suspension bridge, and Long Quan and I lined up for half an hour, and we couldn't stand it within 5 minutes of getting on the suspension bridge. Coming to the square, it is the moment of the military parade, in the solemn national anthem, looking at the strength of the Chinese army, it makes people's hearts flutter, and I am proud that I am Chinese.

More than 20 years ago, I came to Kangding. At that time, I had to climb higher and higher Erlang Mountain, and I still remember the scene of the two weather scenes at the mouth of Erlang Mountain, on this side of the mountain and on the other side of the mountain. And now Erlang Mountain only needs to pass through a tunnel of more than ten kilometers.

When we saw the Xiling Snow Mountain, it was already 10 o'clock at noon, the sun was shining brightly, and we rushed to take pictures and eat a spicy fish opened by Chongqing people in the middle of the mountain. It took nearly two hours to drive for half an hour, and when I finally climbed to the Yakou of more than 4,000 meters, I was not in the mood to stop and take pictures. There are traffic police on duty along the way, but there are too many vehicles, and only one side of the emergency channels has been opened. On Zheduo Mountain, I also saw a doctor in a white coat. It seems that as long as you do not operate in violation of the law, you will still be safe. The driver was anxious, and only by replacing me, the mouth slowly stopped blocking as soon as it passed. It is better to turn over the mountains in the morning, and the traffic should not be so big.

Descending more than 3,000 meters to stop, Dad was rebellious, fortunately, oxygen, plateau safety and other drugs were still complete, so he quickly helped him into the car and let him rest, and did not dare to let him get out of the car again.

National Highway 318 is not worth it, all the way is beautiful, and the road conditions are good, and the curves are not better than our Wuling Mountains. The Tibetan-style houses, snow-capped mountains and grasslands, and streams and shallows all the way make us unable to take care of the sun's exposure and take all kinds of beautiful photos to our heart's content. And in order to shoot the jumping shot, I actually rebelled, my breathing was short, I felt very tired, and then I had a headache, and I didn't shoot any of the jumping shots. Lesson from the body, when you go to the plateau, you can't just care about the smell and beauty, you must do what you can, and remember to remember.

In the stop-and-go, when we arrived at Xindu Bridge, it was already 5 or 6 o'clock, in order to let my father go to the hotel early to rest, for the sake of the smooth itinerary in the next few days, we did not dare to stay anymore. Xindu Bridge is very lively, the commercial atmosphere is also strong, the roadside is full of hotels and inns, many residents leading horses are shouting and soliciting customers, and the grassland on the side of the road is basically fenced, you can't climb over it at will, maybe you have to charge money for taking pictures.

At half past seven in Yajiang, it was not completely dark, and there were many hotels next to National Highway 318, and the closer to the county seat, the more cars parked on the roadside, which shows how many tourists come to western Sichuan during the holidays. We stayed at the Yajiang Hepingdukou Hotel, which is actually a private hotel, which is relatively clean and has an elevator, which is very important for people who go to the plateau for the first time. When we went to Ruoerge in northern Sichuan in 15 years, we went up to the second floor with our luggage, took two steps to rest, and were panting like a cow.

Yajiang is a small county, but it is very lively, with an altitude of more than 2,600 meters, which is low, fortunately, there was no more suitable distance in the world's high city Litang, otherwise my father would be even more sad tonight.After dinner, my father also improved, he sighed that he was really old, I think this may not have much to do with age, except for our father and daughter, they are all fine, and even the two children who are bouncing around a day have no reaction. Tomorrow to Shangri-La Town, at an altitude of more than 2,900 meters, with tonight's adaptation, I think it should be fine.

On the first day, I walked up to the western Sichuan Plateau, and I was not disappointed, and I will continue tomorrow, looking forward to the beautiful scenery.

On the third day, Yajiang-Litang-Daocheng Shangri-La, 352 kilometers, set off after 8 a.m., stop and go, and arrive at 7 p.m. The

relationship between Daocheng Shangri-La Town and Yunnan Shangri-La City is like the relationship between Youyang Taohuayuan Town and Hunan Taoyuan County, and today's destination is set here because the town is only a few kilometers away from the Aden Scenic Area, and the altitude is only 2900, which is easier to adapt.

When departing in the morning, it is expected to stay only at the Litang Archway and Haizi Mountain in the world's high city for a while, and strive to arrive early. However, what I didn't expect was that since I climbed up to the eighteenth bend of the sky road and stopped for the first time, I stopped again and again in countless observation decks and parking areas on the road, the blue sky, white clouds, and grasslands, which made us reluctant to stop. Almost all day, we were tossing and turning on the plateau at an altitude of more than 4,000 meters, climbing and descending mountains, probably over 4 or 5 sacred mountains. I didn't dare to let my father get out of the car, and I didn't dare to walk fast or speak loudly, and I still felt tired. But sitting in the car, I was reluctant to close my eyes to recuperate, the scenery was so beautiful, I felt that this hard day was actually a visual feast.

In the middle, I also cooperated with them to shoot a small Douyin video, the beautiful scenery will make people forget themselves, let the tail of youth sweep in their hands. I don't have many scrunchies, but today I actually sent several in a row, and I always want to share the beautiful scenery with others, but I met too many people today. There

are many cars all the way, lively and smooth, and there are not many large trucks on this road, except for the national highway 318 speed limit is relatively strong, which can be called perfect. You don't have to worry about where to eat, there are many small shops on the roadside, you just need to consider the altitude.

There are no trees on the plateau, it is all grassland, and you will see green trees when you get close to Daocheng, which can be called a step-by-step scene, which is different.

Shangri-La Town is almost full of inns, and the facilities are already very complete and are still expanding. At night, it is even more busy and lively, and the supermarket has all the equipment to enter the scenic spot, but it is actually not much more expensive than outside.

In this team, my father was seriously anti-high, I was slight, they were all fine, and I hope it will get better tomorrow.

On the fourth day, Aden Scenic Area. I thought I could rest early today, but I didn't expect to be sitting in the parking lot outside the scenic spot at this moment, and I was very tired. The original plan was for me to take my father and two children not to enter the scenic spot, but when I arrived at the gate of the scenic spot, I couldn't resist the temptation, so I took them on the bus to the scenic spot. And the four people who climbed the long line had already set off in front.

After an hour's bus ride, I walked 7 or 800 meters along the flow of people, and then took a battery car for 5 or 6 kilometers before arriving at the Luorong Cattle Farm that "passed by your whole world". What was originally a quiet fairy from the world has now been unveiled. Under the high snow-capped mountains, golden grass, and small streams flowing slowly...... Everything is like a dream, quiet, calm, not noisy or disturbed, alone and beautiful.

The driver and I took a high-profile old man and two noisy little ones, and slowly walked a small circle along the plank road of the cattle farm, taking a few photos, which was not worth the trip. The sun on the plateau was hot and fierce, the wind blew and it was cool, and the jacket was put on and taken off, making them out of breath, as if they were more tired than climbing mountains and watching the sea. Dad stopped and took oxygen in three steps, and finally went down the mountain smoothly. The windows of the bus were not closed tightly, the kettle in the bag leaked again, and the pants were wet on my legs, and I felt like I was wearing ice cubes, and when I got out of the car, I vomited gloriously.

A group of 9 people, young and old, finally only Fangfang climbed to the five-color sea and the milk sea alone, and finally had a representative.

Now sit in the car and wait for the two of them to come out, and then go to Daocheng 80 kilometers away to stay.

On the fifth day, Daocheng County - Xinlong County - Ganzi County, 410 kilometers, departing at 8 a.m. and arriving at 6 p.m.

When I arrived at the Daocheng Imaho Tent Hotel last night, it was already 11 o'clock in the evening. This is a new hotel that only opened in August, in a village on the outskirts of the city, the lights are dark at night, and a little fox is seen bouncing on the village road. I was a little disappointed, but I actually saw the sunrise in the morning, and the hotel is not small, so it was an unexpected surprise.

Among the original itinerary, today's itinerary made me the most nervous. Because Baidu or AutoNavi map checks the route, the Daocheng-Xinlong-Ganzi County route is closed nine out of ten, and it is necessary to detour to the Xindu Bridge, which is more than 200 kilometers longer. But occasionally it is passable, this is a provincial highway 217, connecting the three counties of Litang-Xinlong and Ganzi, and more than 200 kilometers are along the Yalong River. Moreover, in 2018, four women in Chengdu drove down the Yalong River on this road. For several nights, I checked my travelogue for this route without sleep, checking the road conditions, Seda is a place I wanted to go to a few years ago, if I don't go this time, it will be too far and not easy to come again.
When I had breakfast in the morning and was about to leave, I met another group of guests who were also going to Seda, and they were going to take a detour to Xindu Bridge. And I still decided to go to Xinlong, navigate Daocheng-Ganzi County, if the passage point is added to Xinlong County, the road is still open, believe in the government, believe in the transportation department, the provincial highway should not be closed for a long time.

After passing Litang, drive on Provincial Highway 217 to Xinlong, with more and more curves, and there are gradually big trees on the side of the road. There were no shops along the way, and at 1 o'clock, I found a restaurant for lunch in a village belonging to Litang. In the afternoon, I passed by Xinlong County, which was a small county town with narrow streets and many projects under construction. There was a bit of a small landslide out of the city, and the excavator was digging, waiting for 5 minutes. This section of the road has been along the river, with 200 kilometers of rockfall landslides, and many local cars love to occupy the road, causing the driver to curse all the way and not dare to delay. In the last 70 kilometers, I finally saw a road closed, but there was a temporary passage next to it, the road was uneven, but the sleeping car could walk. Long Quan said that he would be lucky with her, and when he didn't come out, he checked the weather, and it rained every day, but the sun was shining every day these days. I also affirmed once again that China's transportation is developed, and every village is connected to the road, so it is impossible that there will be no passage between counties for a long time.

There were two traffic checks along the way, and each passenger had to authenticate their ID card. The livestock on the road are bosses, and you have to be patient to let them go ahead.

Today I booked the Happiness Hotel in Ganzi County, which is a hotel run by a lama, cheap and high-quality. The lama at the front desk had a very good attitude, saying that their hotel has never raised the price, and it is cheaper to book a room directly in the hotel than China-TravelNote, but for people like us who come from afar, it has no effect.
It can be seen that Ganzi County is a relatively wealthy county, with many small shops on the streets and pedestrians standing shoulder to shoulder. The supermarket had plenty of goods, even self-heating rice and hot pot, we replenished some dry food, and I bought the lip balm I wanted.

Tomorrow will arrive, I don't know if it will be crowded, there are still more than a hundred miles to go.

In fact, every time you travel by car, it is like a challenge, because everything is unknown, and the fear of the unknown and the yearning for beautiful scenery make life full of meaning.

Day 6, Ganzi County - Seda County, 170 km.

Today's trip is not far, so I left the hotel at half past eight.The hotel's breakfast is only steamed buns, porridge, eggs, butter tea, but it tastes good and fills you up. When leaving, the lama manager of the hotel also sent a hada to each of us, wishing us Tashi Dele, very warm, and resolutely praised.

After passing the fork in the road to Luhuo, we gradually went up and saw the majestic snow-capped mountains, as if walking on the clouds. Then it was always a curve, and when passing Nailong Mountain, the S-shapes on the navigation were one after another, with a speed limit of 30, and we slowly climbed up layer after layer. This is a new road and the road is in good condition. It was just noon when I arrived in Seda County, and I actually saw that the primary school in the city had just finished school, isn't there a National Day holiday here?
After lunch in the county seat, we drove 20 kilometers to the outside of the Wuming Buddhist College in Laronggou. Looking at the travelogue, it is said that the Buddhist college has no food or accommodation, but today I see that the periphery of the Buddhist college has gradually formed a tourist town, with hotels, restaurants, parking lots, and continues to be built. The parking lot is the bus boarding point, and the fare of 3 yuan is at the foot of the Buddhist Academy Mountain. When the red house full of slopes rushed towards it, it was indeed shocking.

My husband and I, Long Quan, Fangfang, and Da Mao, climbed pantingly along the plank road in the middle of the red house to the top of the mountain, without using oxygen, and rested four or five times for half an hour. Climbing to the top of the mountain, the sun was shining, my hair was sweaty, and the down jacket I brought out was not useful. Many nuns and lamas in red clothes go in and out of the little red house, and basically everyone is chanting sutras with a small speaker. They don't allow people to take pictures or talk to tourists, maybe they don't want us outsiders to disturb their retreat. Lay people like us can only walk quietly and take a look, and when we speak loudly, we feel that it is blasphemy against them. There are many tourists and believers in the prayer wheel in the mandala, and there are also people outside who are doing worship one after another on the wooden board, and we followed the people who turned the prayer wheel three times, feeling the power of this faith, and we couldn't help but tear our eyes.

I wanted to wait for the night view at night, but my feet hurt, it was still early, and there were more and more people going up the mountain, and the temperature was getting lower and lower, so we finally gave up. The hotel booked today is in Wengda Town, there is still a 70-kilometer mountain road from the Buddhist Academy, or safety first, avoid driving at night. The

road from Seda to Wengda is very new, except for Brother Niu, who dominates the middle of the road from time to time, the journey is basically smooth, and halfway through, I also saw Tibetan monkeys looking for tourists asking for food on the side of the road.

Wengda Town is not big, we took a walk after eating, saw the town government and primary school, and several hotels, as a three-way intersection, this should be a transit point for many tourists.

Get up early tomorrow and set off in the direction of home.

On the seventh day, Wengda - Tagong - Ya'an, 470 kilometers, passing through Luhuo, Daofu, Bami, Tagong, Kangding, it took 12 hours, the overall road conditions were better, Tagong to Kangding navigation guided the new road, directly to Zheduoshan Airport Road, because it is a new road under construction, a long section of the road has not been paved with oil, there is a lot of ash, undulating, not easy to walk, but it is nearly 20 kilometers more than crossing the Xindu Bridge.

Because the road was long today, when we set off from Wengda after 7 o'clock, it was not yet dawn, and it was drizzling outside, and it was foggy everywhere. When I arrived at Luhuo, the sky cleared, the road surface has always been very good, this road is green trees and red walls, there are many leisurely yaks on the road, and I am not afraid of cars, often standing on the road The old god is there, you can only wait for it to walk slowly or not move, there is no way. When I arrived at Daofu, I encountered a long way of colorful forests, where red, yellow and green shone brightly in the sunlight, and I walked through them to know that this colorful forest was a scenic spot in Daofu. The streets along the way are flying five-star red flags, the furnace is large, and the eight beauties are tidy.

When we arrived in Tagong, it was 2 o'clock in the afternoon, and there were no attractions arranged today, the focus was on the road, and we could only feast our eyes in the car, but we still stopped in Tagong. Tagong Grassland is next to the road, there is a Tagong Temple at the door, there are many Tibetans leading horses, carrying one person to the top of the slope for 100 yuan, in fact, it takes less than 10 minutes to walk up the top of the slope along the plank road, but everyone has hardly ever ridden a horse, and in order to find an entertainment program for the two children, we bargained to 80 yuan, and all rode up the slope. When he went to the top of the slope to take pictures, Ermao didn't get off his horse, he said it was so fun.

Afraid of traffic jams, we hurried to Ya'an, it was already 7 o'clock in the evening, and we sent Long Quan home, and we continued to move forward, just to get home early tomorrow.

At half past 10 in the evening, we stayed at the Rongzhou Hotel in Rongxian County, which is the most cost-effective hotel we have stayed in this way, and the conditions in the mainland are good.

I will go home tomorrow and start my same life again, but I believe that this short trip to western Sichuan will make me remember it endlessly.

On the eighth day, Rong County - home, 595 kilometers, departed after 8 a.m. and arrived after 5 p.m.

On the last day of the National Day, there are many cars on the road, but it is not congested. According to my experience in traveling on National Day in recent years, as long as there are no accidents on the highway, there is generally no congestion, and there are traffic police on duty, and the police are dispatched quickly. This trip lasted for eight days, on the road in Luhuo, I saw two small accidents, the car avoided the livestock and drove to the roadside drain, one of which was a Yu prefix, we got out of the car to see if we could lift it, but the tire was stuck, and it didn't help, so we had to ask him to call 110. Entering Chongqing at high speed, I saw several traffic police vehicles on duty, which shows that the transportation department has made a difference in order to ensure the safe travel of the National Day.

All the way smoothly, after passing the Chongqing Ring Expressway and entering the Baomao Expressway, a burst of drowsiness hit, and my eyelids were so heavy that I couldn't lift them. Maybe it's almost home, and the taut strings are relaxed. After going out for seven nights, I didn't go to bed before 12 o'clock, and I got up at 5 or 6 o'clock, and I was in a state of excitement, and I felt tired when I got home.

After going out for eight days, I felt that this National Day holiday was not missed, and when I got home, I was busy, wiping the house, sweeping the floor, washing clothes, and it was almost 10 o'clock when I finished cleaning up.

The biggest gain from this trip was the hundreds of photos in the space. Closing my eyes, it seems that I am still running on the road of the plateau, with blue skies, white clouds, snow-capped mountains, grasslands, red Tibetan-style buildings, beautiful Tibetan girls, red apples, black yaks, many, many things, this is tired and happy.

Every time I go to a new place, I often sigh at the magnificence of the mountains and rivers of the motherland and the vastness of the territory, and we are just all living beings living in this 9.6 million square kilometers of land. Just like a drop in the blue sea, small and ordinary, no one will be responsible for anyone, everyone is trying to live. Then try to live the way you want, while the sun is just right, the breeze is not impatient, while you are still young, while he is not old.
