For a truly immersive experience of Qingcheng Mountain or a more relaxed stay, staying in the back mountains offers a more intimate glimpse into Sichuan life. During summer vacation, many elderly people bring their children here for a month-long stay. However, the accommodations at the farmhouses on the back mountains are not very good, so it's best to confirm your needs in advance.
It's very close to Qingcheng Front Mountain, about a 10-minute walk away. The inn's decor is chic, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the second-floor terrace is cozy. The hostess is also very hospitable and can easily contact you if you need anything. However, the number of rooms is limited, with only a dozen or so, so book early.
