The waters around here have a wide variety of corals and algae, as well as a large school of fish, making it a very enjoyable experience.
Activities include scuba diving at Beauty Reef, deep-sea diving scooters, banana boats, glass boats, beach bathing, etc.
The glass boat tour can dive to a depth of 1.7 meters, which is suitable for people who do not want to dive or are not physically fit but still want to see the underwater world.
Even if you don't participate in any water activities, you can still come and play with water and sand.

I learned 680 diving photography lessons, but why don’t I have any photos?
Yalong Bay is known as the best bay in the world. The scenery is pretty good and the beach is great.
There are all kinds of underwater creatures, you can take your children to see them.
It is a place for water activities and diving. The sea area has a wide variety of corals and algae, as well as a large school of fish.
The glass boat sightseeing here can dive to a depth of 1.7 meters. Visitors can watch the underwater world through the fiberglass windows next to their seats. It is suitable for people who do not want to dive or whose physical fitness is not suitable but still want to see the underwater world.
Even if you don't participate in any water activities, you can still come and play with water and sand.
I went to Yalong Bay Underwater World today. It was such a rip-off. They first recommend you a place to visit and sell it for 100 yuan. If you don't buy it, they will ask you to dive in and choke you a few times and force you to buy it. Children are especially scared. They don't care about you at all and adults don't explain to you. If you get scared, they will immediately say it has nothing to do with them and that you gave up on your own. They are just trying to make money. So if you have never dived or can't swim, don't go there.
It's rubbish. The free beach is full of people. Before you even get there, all kinds of scalpers try to get you to play games. All the games are rubbish and money-sucking.
This area of the sea has a wide variety of corals and algae, as well as a large school of fish, which is very experiential.
It's just a lie. If you look down from above, what you can see depends on the quality of your eyes.
The most beautiful scenery in Sanya is here, much better than the End of the Earth.
Are there any other fun activities in Yalong Bay? If you like to play, you can add me f1314520bd
If you like diving adventure, you can give it a try. The strange and bizarre marine creatures are also eye-opening.
Because it was night, the fishes were all hiding and sleeping, so there was basically no fish swimming around. There was a daytime show, which had real tickets, costing hundreds of dollars each time, which didn't seem worth it.
This underwater world does not only include visiting tropical fish. There is a beach across the water, where there are many speedboat, gliding, sailing and other activities. Of course, children just like to play in the sand and swim in the emerald green sea. The grass skirt they chose is very suitable for the beach.
Next to the Aegean Sea is the Yalong Bay Underwater World, where you can enjoy diving, yachting, banana boats, paragliding and other water activities.
The Yalong Bay Aquarium is more fun than the one at the InterContinental Hotel. The Yalong Bay Aquarium has shipwreck decorations.
For those who travel to Sanya, this is also a must-go place
Don't be scared by the name "Underwater World" and think it is an aquarium or something like that. It is actually the entrance to the beach, but there are many businesses offering water activities.
You can choose between Wuzhizhou Island and Yalong Bay Underwater World. Anyway, you just want to play some water activities. Diving is really not suitable for Sanya.
The sea water is clean and the sand is fine and does not hurt your feet, which is very suitable for swimming. The lounge chairs and parasols on the shore are free to use, which is very good.
It's very beautiful and worth a visit, especially for those who have never seen the sea!
This is a place that aquarium lovers must not miss, with abundant fish.
Yalong Bay Underwater World is a good place to visit, where you can see almost all the fish in the sea.
The hotel is next to the Underwater World, and the price is a bit expensive!
The ocean view is stunning, the water is crystal clear, and there are schools of fish. The entertainment, however, is truly lackluster; it's not fun and not worth the price. Today, I booked a semi-submersible underwater tour for 230 yuan per person, and the scenic area for 250 yuan. Tickets can only be picked up on-site an hour after booking online. So, I bought a banana boat ride on-site for 100 yuan per person. Aside from getting splashed with salty water, I didn't experience anything special. Before boarding, they told us not to bring phones. After the 10 minutes at sea, they said they'd take a group of photos for us... What do you think they'll say next? 🤷♀️ The semi-submersible wasn't very deep, but we saw two types of fish and two types of coral reefs. It lasted half an hour. Oh, and they'll store your package for 50 yuan.
Personally, I think a trip to Sanya that's worthwhile is to experience the sea, the sunshine, and the surroundings, stay in a nice ocean view room, stroll along the beach, admire the natural scenery and stunning ocean views rarely seen inland, and try some delicious food. Other entertainment options and tourist attractions are heavily commercialized, preventing you from enjoying the adventurous spirit and humanistic spirit that comes with true entertainment.
Personal feelings, for reference only.
The sea activities are fun! We played banana boat, motorboat, diving
The underwater scenery is charming, the water is very blue and very comfortable
When we arrived at the destination, we were told that all the marine activities were cancelled due to the huge waves. We could only eat some snacks in the scenic area, play in the waves, and go home. There is no entrance fee for the underwater world. You can choose to spend money on water activities freely. It is thrilling and exciting.
It's just a beach, and most of the attractions are selling you water activities, which are so expensive. The average price is 200/10 minutes. We chose a boat tour, 120/40 minutes, which was a lap around the sea and allowed us to see the scenery. However, there was no explanation, and the boat was small, so it rocked a lot on the sea. My friend even got seasick. After getting off the boat, we took some photos on the beach. We took a lot of beautiful photos.
If you can't swim, don't dive. The water area is polluted. The water quality is really different from that of Wuzhizhou Island. Moreover, there is a time limit and you have to leave at the appointed time, regardless of whether you went into the water or not, or whether you saw anything after going into the water. It is not cost-effective.
The so-called underwater world is a glass viewing window in the lower cabin of a small electric boat. All you can see are small schools of zebra-striped fish and almost no other animals. The next thing you see are large areas of corals of average appearance. With a ticket price of 230 yuan, I was really excited to leave but was extremely disappointed!
After dinner, a local on the street kept recommending the Underwater World. They said a boat could dive three meters and see nine meters below the sea. We were shocked at the time, but when we asked again, they still gave us the same answer. They also said we could play on the sea for an hour. But when we got on, it was just a small electric boat with a narrow glass window in the middle, through which we could see a little coral on the seabed. This was the so-called Underwater World. It cost 150 yuan per person. It's a rip-off. The touts were full of lies. Don't go. I also hope the relevant departments will take action. So many people have been deceived.
It's not far from the Tropical Paradise Forest Park. It's actually based on the waters of Yalong Bay, offering some water activities and diving. You can still give it a try, as the waters of Yalong Bay are the best. The entrance fee is 10 yuan, which is considered cheap in Sanya. Various other activities are charged separately.
Located in the Yalong Bay National Tourist Resort in Sanya, it has charming bays and beaches. In the surrounding waters, it has the world's largest and most complete soft coral community as well as colorful hard corals, tropical fish and other marine life.
Sanya is really beautiful everywhere. It is recommended to travel independently to have a good time.
The lounge chairs and parasols in the underwater world are free, which is great. We didn't play any water activities, and we spent the whole morning just playing in the sand. The water level in the public toilet is a bit far.
It's so nice to sit on the boulevard and enjoy the sea breeze. It's not convenient to eat nearby because there are only hotels.
They all go to places for diving and other activities. In fact, these activities can be played in many places in Sanya, so I personally think there is no need to go so far to play.
The Underwater World is a 150 yuan per person boat ride to see underwater creatures. Not recommended.
The beach here is made of fine golden sand. Although not as flat as Sanya Bay, it is absolutely safe. The waves are ups and downs, and children with swimming rings are often washed onto the beach, making them scream and laugh!
Yalong Bay is a mature tourist destination. There is a public access to the beach not far away, and there are also water dilution rooms, which cost 20 yuan per person.
I went to Yalong Bay Underwater World this time, and it was a nice place! Some of the beachside attractions are expensive, especially when riding a motorboat. They ask you if you want to continue, and you have to pay extra. The price is 100-200 RMB, depending on how far you want to go.
Overall it's great, but for free public waters, it's better to go early, as there will be too many people if you go late.
When you come to a coastal city, you must visit the underwater world.
It's actually just a beach with some entertainment activities. The beach is great, but it's far inferior to other private beaches in Yalong Bay. Sanya City can actually keep some public beaches. They can't just sell them for money. As a result, many people flock here. Everything is charged, and there is not even a place to wash your feet.
Yalong Bay National Tourism Resort in Sanya, Hainan Province, China, not only has the most charming bays and beaches in China, but also has the world's largest and most complete soft coral community and colorful hard corals in its nearby waters.
This underwater world is different from the one in China. You have to take a boat to go there. There is glass inside the boat so you can see the bottom of the sea. I am not very good at it and the time is short. I can't see anything.
Overall it's great, but for free public waters, it's better to go early, as there will be too many people if you go late.
Take a bus from the bus stop next to the Big Pineapple to Yalong Bay Underwater World. Although it's called the Underwater World, it's not an underwater corridor or animal show. It's just an entrance to the public waters of Yalong Bay. There's no entrance fee, but you have to pay to enjoy the water activities.
To the left of the public beach are the private beaches of the various hotels in Yalong Bay, which are all separated and rarely crowded. The pavilions and changing rooms on the public beach of the Underwater World are free, but you will basically not be able to get a pavilion when it is crowded.
Here comes another reminder: Yalong Bay Underwater World is not an aquarium, it is another name for the beach... Drunk...
It's a bathing beach. Sanya has plenty of beaches, so I suggest you don't go there.
Good swimming, a lot of people, not a big place
Our first stop was Yalong Bay Underwater World. It's essentially just the beach, and there are plenty of water activities there, including deep-sea diving, professional diving in the West Row area, motorboats, parasailing, semi-submersible sightseeing boats, underwater flying fish, sightseeing submarines, banana boat rides, and speedboat excursions. You can choose according to your needs, and prices vary. Well, I didn't choose any. Firstly, shipping and changing clothes would be a hassle, and secondly, I wasn't particularly interested. So, I just went to the beach and experienced the water. Kids who didn't grow up by the sea are more excited to see the ocean than those who did. Since I didn't bring a swimsuit, I didn't go in the water. After playing in the water for a while, I went ashore to take photos, eat coconuts, and relax.
The only free public restroom at Yalong Bay Underwater World is located to the left of the Yalong Bay ticket office, as all restrooms inside are charged. The underwater world offers a wide variety of activities, including shallow water activities, seabed walks, and parasailing. Most people choose to dive, but you'll need to take a boat before diving. There's no resting area in Yalong Bay, so we recommend viewing the view from the bridge (10 yuan per person), which has unlimited seating. Showers and foot baths are charged (20 yuan), so if you want to save money, walk back to the ticket office.
I felt ripped off. Don't take a glass-bottom boat! It's just an overpriced yacht with no fish. Everyone was disappointed. Nothing to see through the glass except a few broken rocks.
There are many marine entertainment projects to play at Yalong Bay Underwater World. Since Manman was not feeling well, we did not go diving or participate in the marine projects. While his friends went diving, Manman quietly helped to look after the items on the shore. PS: These entertainment projects can be purchased online in advance, which will be dozens to hundreds of yuan cheaper, but please be sure to purchase them one day in advance. Since we made a sudden decision, we did not have time to book online. The diving that cost 360 yuan online was 460 yuan on site, and the photo was 60 yuan per photo.
I booked a semi-submersible tour of Yalong Bay Underwater World on Taobao. Because I was concerned that the elderly and children couldn't dive, it turned out to be a rip-off. In fact, I could not see many fish and it cost 200 yuan per person. In addition, several of us suffered from seasickness to varying degrees. It was a complete rip-off.
We arrived at the Yalong Bay Underwater World (Duration: 1.5 hours). When the tour guide introduced the attraction on the bus, I expected it to be like the Polar Oceanarium in Tianjin, where I could explore a vast array of marine life. However, I was once again disappointed... The so-called Yalong Bay Underwater World is actually just a beach and ocean. While visitors can choose from a variety of marine activities like diving and speedboating, the water isn't as clear as the waters of Wuzhizhou Island. If you want snorkeling, go to Wuzhizhou Island. It's just sunshine, sand, and waves here, so don't bother visiting.
Across from the hotel is the underwater world of Yalong Bay. With the development of many islands, the water there is clearer and the environment is better. Nowadays, not many people come to Yalong Bay to dive. However, because it is a free and open beach, there are still many tourists.
Brought the whole family to the underwater world to take a semi-submersible sightseeing submarine tour. When we got there, a group of staff members came up and recommended this and that. My husband and I had been on a semi-submersible sightseeing boat before, so we didn't buy tickets and booked tickets for them. We let the whole family go on board directly. Please note that they handled the tickets unilaterally from head to toe. An hour later, the whole family was vomiting and dizzy, and told us that this was not on the bottom of the sea. Later, when my husband and I asked, we found out that they had changed it to a glass boat for us, which is the cheap kind that floats on the sea. Later, we asked the staff, and they said that the semi-submersible boat was not open today, but the staff had not told us before. We went to argue with the manager, but the manager didn't pay any attention to me, and joined the tall and strong staff to say why don't we young people go on board, since we will never go there again in our lifetime anyway. This kind of place needs to be properly managed by the government, as it is obviously making money from the elderly!
There is a beach here where you can go swimming in the sea.
Yalong Bay Underwater World has a nice beach for fun. There are also various water activities, such as banana boats, jet skis, parachutes, etc.
Access to the public beach is free from the entrance to Yalong Bay Underwater World. Swimming is free at the public beach area of Yalong Bay, but there are fees for fresh water and locker rentals: fresh water is 20 yuan per person, and locker rentals are 20 yuan per five hours. Lifebuoy rentals are also available on the beach.
Be sure to go early. We went at 9 a.m. when it was less crowded, allowing us to see everything from every angle in the semi-submersible tank. By the time we returned, a large group had already arrived. It's worth a visit for those who haven't seen corals and tropical fish before. There's no time limit, and if you get tired, you can enjoy the fish on the deck while you're enjoying the breeze. Remember to buy some fish food at the upper pier. There's bait for sale on the deck, and the feeding attracted a lot of fish. I felt like I saw more and more fish than in the submersible tank. I really don't recommend going on this glass boat again. You just lie on the boat and look at the glass bottom, not really seeing much. The water isn't as clear as I'd expect, and the fish aren't very diverse, mostly small. Diving takes courage. One of the girls in my group wore an oxygen mask but didn't dare to dive in. At a certain depth, my eardrums hurt. The dive wasn't long, not even 30 minutes underwater. I tried to get a photo taken, but after that, I was let out. It wasn't as good as I'd expected. People who get seasick should be prepared; I felt a bit dizzy. If you're prone to motion sickness, be careful when choosing a boat, as the boat rocks quite a bit. The staff have very poor environmental awareness, dumping household garbage directly into the sea. They wash dishes with detergent directly above the diving area, and dump leftovers, cigarette butts, plastic bags, etc. directly into the sea. The relevant departments should take good care of this. If this continues, Yalong Bay will soon become a garbage dump. The prices of food and souvenirs are extremely inflated, which is not worth it. The value for money is low, so I don't recommend buying them. You can go after lunch when the sun is better in the afternoon, so you don't have to be so hungry that you can't be ripped off.
Diving is worth trying, and other water sports are also good
There is no aquarium in Yalong Bay Underwater World, it is a place with various amusement projects.
The price was even higher than in Thailand! Before boarding, they said four photos would cost 160 yuan, but once we were in the water, the instructor recommended a set of photos with a CD for 280 yuan! For my own safety and to avoid offending the instructor, I opted for the 280 yuan. But the instructor's service was truly excellent! Thanks to the instructor's encouragement, I was able to hold on to the 8-meter mark. Without the instructor, I'd have been in trouble after 3 meters!
If you haven't dived in Sanya but want to experience underwater swimming, you can try it. It's basically sitting in the bottom of a boat with glass sides, watching tropical fish of the same color and species swimming around outside.
Yalong Bay Underwater World is a place for water activities and diving projects. Activities include underwater world deep sea diving, Xipai professional diving, motorboat, parasailing, semi-submersible sightseeing, underwater world flying fish, glass boat sightseeing, banana boat, speedboat sea tour, etc. You can choose the project according to your personal needs. The prices of different projects are different, but playing water projects here is much cheaper than in Wuzhizhou Island.
This project is worth it if the diving goal is clear.
The beach here is tiny and boring! I should go to the private beach of a nearby hotel.
There were a lot of people, the prices were high, and there were a lot of activities. It's good for people who want to have an exciting experience. However, when we got to the scenic spot, it was a mess. Unlike other scenic spots, there were many staff members. The service attitude was average and not enthusiastic. There were a lot of people on the beach. We bought a semi-submarine to see the underwater world, which was really a rip-off. If you don't know how to ride a boat, don't go. We took a 20-minute boat ride first, and then changed to a semi-submarine boat to go out to sea. The underwater world snorkeling boat was not worth it. The seabed was turbid and you couldn't see anything clearly. There were only a few jellyfish and corals. The boat was not enough to sit, and you had to stand. You had to pick up divers halfway and the boat was full of people. It was not worth it.
You have to pay for boat diving, airships, and the beach, and even a lounge chair is 50/hour. However, the water in Yalong Bay is very clear, and it is more beautiful than Dadonghai and Sanya Bay, with a gradient color. It's nice to go swimming!
Yalong Bay Beach. The free beach is quite crowded. The environment is a bit bad.
There are various water activities and diving projects here, you can always find one you like.
The public beaches in Yalong Bay have average service facilities, are messy and not fun.
Yalong Bay is the most beautiful place in Sanya. The sea water and beaches are not available anywhere else. It is highly recommended to go there.
Yalong Bay Underwater World is essentially just a large beach, named after the adjacent Underwater World Hotel. It primarily offers beach activities, similar to those on Wuzhizhou Island, with similar prices. However, since Wuzhizhou Island is located out to sea, the waves are larger and more exciting, while the waves at Underwater World are much smaller. The beach here is free, so it's incredibly crowded, and the long row of lounge chairs nearby are rarely available. Personally, if you're looking for convenience and don't want to go to Wuzhizhou Island, you can try the marine activities here.
