It is known as "the karst landscape that is rare in the world and unique in China".
It is well-known because Hunan TV's parent-child program "Where Are We Going, Dad?" was filmed here.
The karst caves such as Moon Cave, Torch Cave, Guanyin Cave and Fairy Cave are the biggest attractions of Puzhehei.
The Torch Festival (around the sixth lunar month) and the Painted Face Festival (around the second lunar month) have unique and interesting customs, which are definitely worth the trip.

After visiting Caihuaqing, we walked back to a row of tent restaurants on the roadside near the parking lot. Because it was raining heavily and we were still a long way back to the center of the village, we just found a river seafood restaurant here. The river seafood was placed on the ground in basins, and the food was weighed and calculated on the spot. I didn't expect that the specialty here was also spicy crayfish, which is everywhere on the streets in Nanjing in summer, so I didn't order it. The raw materials for cooking were refrigerated in glass cabinets, and the boss would recommend any combination. I ordered four dishes, plus drinks and beverages, for a total of 200 yuan. I was very full, but the dining environment was average, the top of the tent leaked, and the toilet could only be solved on the roadside.
[Steamed Lotus Fish] The locals call it tilapia. The fish meat is very tender but has many bones. It is another delicious dish when served with mashed garlic, minced ginger and chopped green onions.
[River Prawns] are more tender than fish, and the sauce provided is soy sauce and chopped pepper.
[Omelette in Lotus Leaf] There are more eggs than lotus flowers. When you put them in your mouth, you will first smell a refreshing fragrance with a bitter aftertaste. It does not taste greasy.
Puzhehei became famous because of the TV series "Eternal Love" and the popular variety show "Where Are We Going, Dad?". Now tourists from all over the country are flocking to visit here.
Puzhehei Tourist Area is actually a huge wetland park, with wild lotus ponds, mountains, large lakes and wetlands, and many wild birds.
Puzhehei Village is located in this wetland park. But the village seems to lack planning, similar to the Bamei Village we visited before. Around the core area of the scenic area, there are large-scale constructions everywhere, including commercial streets, hotels, inns, restaurants, tourist centers, etc. It feels messy.
The boatman who rowed for us said that a few years ago, this place was very pure, there were almost no foreign tourists, and the lake water was crystal clear, but in just two years, it has changed a lot. The lake water is not as clear as before, and the village is no longer peaceful. It is bustling all day long. He is a Yi ethnic group member. He used to be leisurely, but now he is busy all day long. His family has an inn and a fish pond, and he has to go out to row boats, getting up early and going to bed late. It is really hard to make money.
Thoughts after the trip: The scenery of Puzhehei is indeed nice, otherwise it would not have attracted so many tourists. The local government and people should really think about how to better integrate tourism resources, improve comprehensive management and service levels, and at the same time strengthen the protection of the natural environment and ecosystem... If it continues to develop in its current state, in the distant future, this pure land will inevitably... It's better not to say it.
The above is the report.
Puzhehei, a place full of fish and shrimps in legend. Puzhehei includes Puzhehei Village and Xianrendong Village. The two villages are seven or eight kilometers apart. Xianrendong Village Ancient Town is newly built, with relatively new things and convenient conditions. It is generally recommended to live in Xianrendong Village, where it is convenient to eat, stay and play. Cars can pass through the scenic area. In addition, horse-drawn carriages are the only means of transportation, which can be purchased one-way for about 10 yuan. The scenic spots are scattered in the two villages. Xianrendong Village has Xianren Cave, Swan Lake, and Wanmu Taoyuan. Puzhehei Village has Torch Cave, Guanyin Cave, Qinglong Mountain, Caihuajing, and Shili Taohua shooting points. Generally speaking, no matter which village you live in, you need to take at least one horse-drawn carriage to visit all the scenic spots in the scenic area. The two villages cannot compete with each other for business, and the coachmen can only run horses and pull passengers in their own territory, so when you reach the junction of the two villages, you must get off and transfer to the carriage of the other village, but don't worry about the trouble, the coachmen have arranged the carriages in advance, and tourists only need to get off and transfer. Food recommendation: Try this rice noodle shop, it has plenty of ingredients and tastes good. Special dishes recommended are the local lotus root and braised chicken
The Puzhehei Scenic Area is basically closed during the day. The tour guide said that they were doing a large environmental protection project and that people can basically only enter and play in the evening. Later, when we arrived at the scenic area, this was confirmed by tourists who entered the scenic area earlier.
The roads in the village are still dirt roads, very primitive! Every household on the roadside is preparing New Year's Eve dinner, but we tourists seem to be less suitable for the scene!
The village is not very big. From time to time, you can hear the sound of bronze bells swinging when horses run around the village. This is a unique way of transporting passengers here. I heard that there is a filming location for Three Lives Three Worlds nearby, but we didn't go there because there were too many people and we had tasks. Most stores started to open around noon. I had brunch in a store. The price was normal and the portion was quite large. Although it was the off-season, some people still came to the village to play. There was a lotus at the entrance of the village. After entering, there were different blocks, restaurants and shops, and some sold some homemade things, but most of the things in the shops were covered with dust and were not necessarily authentic, so you need to be cautious when buying.
The small jewelry store here has interesting things. I haven't visited many silver jewelry stores, but some handmade woven products are not expensive and look good. If you don't have pierced ears, you can ask the boss lady to turn some earrings into ear clips, which is very considerate.
There is a small hill nearby. We climbed it one afternoon. It is not very high and not very tiring to climb. It is a relatively easy attraction. After climbing up, you can see the whole picture of Puzhehei Village. The tour guide said that the sunset here is very beautiful and there will be many photography enthusiasts coming to take pictures. Unfortunately, it was cloudy when we climbed and we did not see the beautiful scenery.
In the afternoon, I found a very nice milk tea shop in the village. When I passed by here the day before, I saw the owner of this shop singing. The milk tea shop equipped with audio and microphone equipment and a boss who can sing is a place where people can calm down. I ordered a cup of milk tea recommended by the boss in this shop. It is said to be the best milk tea I have ever tasted. I tasted the pearls with a little sauce on the outside. The taste is also smooth, and the taste is different from the popular shops like Coco. But maybe it’s because I don’t drink pearls much. The self-rating of milk tea is above average. After all, there is still room for improvement. The boss was also kind enough to give two small cookies baked by himself, which were also delicious.
This was once the filming location for a popular parent-child program on a certain satellite TV station, and it was also the location for the filming of "Three Lives, Three Worlds, Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms". The natural scenery is definitely amazing, and it can be regarded as a relatively relaxing stop on the way. Since Puzhehei is a relatively open area (similar to the Shunan Bamboo Sea), you don't need to buy a ticket to enter. You only need to buy a separate ticket at specific attractions or by boat. The main tourist area consists of several natural villages. The most concentrated accommodation is in Puzhehei Village and Xianrendong Village, and there are many homestays to choose from. You don't have to worry too much about accommodation here. The higher-priced ones are generally well-located lakeside view rooms. Because we arrived near the end of August, the price was not outrageous. Considering that this trip needed to see the houses where the stars lived that year, I chose to stay in Puzhehei Village this time.
Although accommodation is easy to find in Puzhehei Village, the roads in the village are narrow and difficult to walk on because there is no systematic development. From time to time, there are construction sand and gravel piled on the roadside, and it can be seen that it is still under continuous expansion, so that it is difficult to pass by cars in some places. Therefore, it is recommended to choose places outside the village when choosing accommodation, and to communicate with the store to see if there is a yard for parking. If you do not want to drive into the village, you can also park your car in the parking lot outside the scenic area, and then take the public transportation here - horse-drawn cart to enter.
As for the houses where the show was filmed, they are scattered to the north of Niutou Square in Puzhehei Village. There are signposts and road signs along the way, which are easy to find. The only pity is that there are only three families who still insist on maintaining the old houses where the show was filmed, and the other two have been rebuilt.
The next morning, we first came to Room 1. The young audiences were naturally very happy. The old man and woman in this family still maintained the enthusiasm of the past, keeping the yard clean and tidy, and also selling some local specialties. The facilities on the second floor were intact and well protected, showing the care of the old people. The cowshed in Room 3 is still intact, and the mansion of the past: Room 4. We visited each old house in turn.
I had planned to take some photos of Puzhehei under the starry sky, but the sky was overcast and there were thunder sounds coming from afar.
The most beautiful season in Puzhehei is probably summer, when thousands of acres of lotus flowers are in full bloom. During the National Day, it seems a bit desolate, and the weather is average, so it really doesn't seem to be anything special, but some inns are still very beautiful and unique.
There are quite a lot of attractions to visit in Puzhehei, and many of them charge admission fees. We were more casual and rented a motorcycle to tour the entire scenic area, which was very convenient.
Impressions of Puzhehei: besides the river, there are lotus flowers; besides the inn, there are places to eat.
The best season to visit is from June to August. The scene of the ten thousand mu lotus pond is so fascinating. Staying at the inn by the lake for a night, listening to the frog sounds under the starry sky, you can completely let go of the high pressure of the fast pace of the city and experience the relaxation brought by nature. If you want to have a water fight, remember not to use a water gun. No matter how big the water gun is, it can't compare to the refreshing feeling of a basin or bucket. PS: We look down on people wearing raincoats!
Puzhehei is a karst landform, a piece of pure land hidden deep in the mountains, a beautiful countryside interwoven with paddy fields, lakes, and peaks. We arrived in the evening and left the next morning. We had a quick tour, but we all agreed that the scenery here was very good. Of course, it is better to come here in the summer when the lotus flowers are in full bloom, and it is more interesting to row a boat and play in the water.
Puzhehei, a national key scenic spot, is a typical karst landform with numerous isolated peaks, lakes and caves. The beautiful scenery is dominated by unique isolated peaks, plateau lakes and caves.
I went there in July last year. At first, I went directly to Puzhehei, went boating, had a water fight, and climbed Qinglong Mountain. The scenery was beautiful. Later, I met an uncle who drove a horse carriage and recommended to see the sea of flowers. We went there by horse carriage. It took less than 20 minutes from Puzhehei to the sea of flowers. It was really beautiful. I couldn't wait to go in and take pictures when I saw it from a distance. There are more than 1,000 acres, and lotus flowers may account for half of them. I can't name the others, but there are at least more than 20 kinds. When I arrived at the place where I bought tickets, I heard that I could camp, so I ordered one. We built it ourselves. The tent was quite large, and it was not crowded for a family of three to live in. It was very convenient to use water. The tent was set up in the sea of flowers. The environment was really good. There are so many entertainment projects inside. The children played all day. There are Internet celebrity bridges, archery ranges, real-life CS, picking gardens, fish ponds, and picking fresh seasonal vegetables. I don't remember the others very clearly. It is especially recommended for groups or children. There is a food street outside the sea of flowers. There are many kinds of snacks. The most memorable one is the fried lotus petals, which are fragrant and sweet. You can order them. They are all local specialties, Panax notoginseng chicken, pig-killing dishes, and other dishes that I can't remember, but they taste really good. There is also Changjieyan beef rice noodles. There are bonfire parties and singing and dancing performances in the evening, local Yi performances, and Ahei brother is really dark, haha. You can also take a bucket to catch lobsters in the lotus pond. In short, it's very interesting. In addition to staying in tents, there are several inns near the sea of flowers, which are also very good. We played in the sea of flowers for two days. Later, the staff of the sea of flowers recommended going to Shede to watch the sunrise and the sea of clouds. We took a taxi and went there. Shede is a grassland, not far from Puzhehei, and it is really beautiful. You can also eat roasted lamb, which tastes good. I recommend it. I plan to go there again this summer vacation. The air is really good.
I recommend it to those who like rural life. It is very quiet and suitable for a slow life.
Puzhehei is located in the karst landform and has two natural villages: Puzhehei Village and Xianrendong Village. The scenery is pretty good and suitable for leisure and taking children to play.
Puzhehei is famous for its scenery combining karst landform and water.
I didn't see the summer lotus when I went there during the Chinese New Year. The water was very clear, and there was the smell of cow dung and the sound of horse hooves everywhere. It was really very rural and primitive.
A more spiritual place, the karst landform.
It was late autumn when I went there, so the scenery was a little worse. It would be more beautiful in the summer when the lotus flowers are in full bloom.
Puzhehei has been invaded by inns, with infrastructure and inns built everywhere, turning the once good village into a mess. The roads are very dirty, and there are still a few original red adobe buildings, but they are particularly eye-catching among these reinforced concrete buildings.
From karst hills to pastoral landscapes, from the lotus lake to the ancient Broken Bridge, walking the path of the locals is perhaps a way to experience their ordinary daily lives. The fake lotus of "Three Lives Three Worlds" has been washed away by heavy rain (so the scenic spot is temporarily closed).
After entering the scenic area, there is a three-way intersection. Turn left to get to Puzhehei Village, and turn right to get to Xianrendong Village. The conditions in Puzhehei Village are better than those in Xianrendong Village, especially the roads are wider. The only drawback is that there are few public toilets.
The surrounding natural scenery is beautiful, but the disorderly development of demolition and construction in the village is a real eyesore.
Puzhehei is probably the most Guangxi-like place in Yunnan that I have visited. The moment you climb to the top of Qinglong Mountain, you will see a pastoral scenery. Puzhehei Lake at the foot of the mountain is full of green lotus leaves and red lotus flowers. The beef hotpot restaurant across the bridge has no name, it is just called beef hotpot. There is a signature black iron pot at the door. The beef is cooked and fragrant, and it is served with mint dipping sauce. This kind of meat is only available in heaven. I ate there twice and the fragrance lingered on my teeth and cheeks. I didn't expect that the most delicious beef I have ever eaten in my life would be in an unknown restaurant in Puzhehei.
I never thought that the most embarrassing boat trip of my life would be in Puzhehei. As a reserved item, boat trip on the lake is a must. In late summer, water fights among tourists are also a must. The wise love water, the kind love mountains, and Puzhehei love Heihei.
Puzhehei is very close to Kunming. It is a tourist attraction that has been developed in recent years. I know it because "Where Are We Going, Dad?" and "Eternal Love" were filmed here. There are also thousands of acres of lotus flowers. When we went there, it was the season when lotus flowers were in full bloom, so we decided to go here. However, when we arrived here, we were shocked by the original natural landscape and villages, which are clean and simple without any traces of modernity. Seeing them makes people sigh at the beauty and greatness of nature. The green mountains are elegant and tall, presenting a quiet beauty. The water is clear, the sky is reflected in sky blue, and the mountain is reflected in green. Under the blue sky and white clouds, there are mountains, water and villages. It is a beautiful landscape painting that no matter how good a master is, he cannot paint it.
The car goes directly to the entrance of Puzhehei Village. What comes into view as soon as you get off the car is the primitive village interspersed with various homestays and horse-drawn carriages everywhere, which is a primitive means of transportation between scenic spots. You can experience it.
Looking out from the hotel yard is the rice field. We both like to go outside along the ridge. There are rice fields, corn, rivers, lotus ponds beside the ridge, and a scenic spot at the end.
After lunch, we went to our room to take a nap. In the afternoon, we wandered around the place and got a general idea of it. We walked along a path in the field and found a scenic spot. The purpose of setting up that scenic spot was to allow tourists to take a boat trip. We saw others rushing to take a boat, so we randomly took out our phones to take a picture of the scene. We were shocked. The autumn water and the sky were really the same color.
The next day, we woke up naturally and prepared to go hiking and then see the Qingqiu of Three Lives Three Worlds. We walked along the country path again and leisurely went to the entrance of the boat ride. Others were busy taking boat trips, but we chose to climb to see the distant view. In order to avoid the crowds and because northerners are unaware of mountains, there were very few people hiking. The mountain roads were a bit slippery after the rain, and they were all small roads, so it was still a bit difficult to climb the mountain. After we went up, the weather cleared up and it was much easier to come down. It felt good because there were few people and the mountain was basically undeveloped and still very primitive. A pastoral scenery at the top of the mountain
Puzhehei is a place worth visiting for everyone. The transportation is convenient. The chartered driver is the tour guide. You can travel all over Puzhehei.
If you have never been to Guilin,
But there is the same karst landform here,
Nature is truly amazing.
Always able to depict the most harmonious pictures and the most exquisite scenery.
Key points: If you want to have fun, you must bring a raincoat, sandals or flip-flops, and a bucket. Rowing is more like a battlefield than a water fight. Show your fighting power.
After the tour, you can take a sightseeing bus to go boating. The boating time is quite long, at least an hour. Everyone played water fights while boating. Those who came prepared put on raincoats and took buckets. We had nothing, so we were panicked and eventually we couldn't escape the fate of getting wet.
The lotus flowers here are endless as far as the eye can see. If you come here in midsummer, it will definitely be spectacular.
The rowing was over and I got myself wet successfully. But the sun was shining brightly that day, and I was almost dry after walking and drying myself in the sun.
Characterized by lava landforms, it is a national wetland park where mountains, rivers, forests, fields and lakes are most thoroughly reflected. It is suitable for leisure and entertainment, sightseeing and health preservation, fishing and bird watching, sketching and photography. Most tourists only play in this area, and relatively few go to Shuangjia Mountain and Xihuang Wetland. The transportation in the scenic area is mainly horse-drawn carriages, and the fare is 10 yuan per person.
The weather in Puzhehei is unpredictable. Sometimes it is sunny and sometimes it is cloudy. The weather forecast is not effective here. You must bring an umbrella.
Obviously, when we came here on August 9, although the willows were not drooping and the lotus flowers were withered, we had missed the best time to view the blooming lotus flowers. Instead, the cannas dripping with dew were more eye-catching.
"Beautiful mountains and rivers, favorable weather and good harvests bring good luck, and the countryside blesses the country with peace and prosperity." I saw the announcement when I arrived at the visitor center, and I also saw a reminder when I scanned the QR code to follow WeChat. Due to continuous rainfall, waterlogging was serious, and many attractions were closed. It was uncertain when they would be reopened. I could only take a boat tour of Puzhehei Lake and Xianren Lake.
Puzhehei is a place completely different from Yuanyang in beauty. The small hills are very similar to those in Phuket, in the shape of potatoes and cabbages. It was the filming location for one of the episodes of “Where Are We Going, Dad?” and also the filming location for “Eternal Love”.
There are three main tourist routes in Puzhehei: centered on the boating ticket office, the first route is boating sightseeing and splashing water. On a large lake, you can row a boat, splash water, and enjoy the scenery. The second route is on the right hand side, heading towards Xianrendong Village. Can it be described as dirty and messy? The third route is on the left hand side, which I personally think is the most beautiful route, the filming location of "Three Lives Three Worlds Peach Blossoms" and the direction of Qinglong Mountain. Both routes can be reached by horse-drawn carriage, which costs ten yuan per person.
Special note: Except for boating, no tickets are required for the entire Puzhehei Scenic Area.
To be honest, I was very disappointed when I first arrived in Puzhehei. What a pity that the first thing we did was rowing, and it was done in a very rustic way. Such a good scenery was ruined.
I don't mean to denigrate Puzhehei. People always say that Yunnan has a bad tourism image, but I didn't expect it to be this bad.
Later, because my aunt is a veteran fan of "Eternal Love", she specially arranged to go to the scenic spot. And I was fascinated by the beautiful scenery on the top of Qinglong Mountain (I saw it online), and I felt it would be a pity not to go. Fortunately, they were all in the same direction, which lived up to everyone's expectations. PS: It was already 4 pm when I decided to go to the scenic spot of "Eternal Love".
Puzhehei Village is a mixed ethnic unity village of Yi and Han people. It has a large population and backward infrastructure. The village is undergoing large-scale construction and building materials are piled up everywhere, but the prices of homestays are slightly lower, the prices of restaurants are reasonable, and it is convenient to visit tourist attractions.
Puzhehei is a developing scenic spot. It is not particularly commercialized yet. Many inns are under construction. There is a bus from the train station to the scenic spot for 5 yuan per person. In the near future, there will be earth-shaking changes here. Thank you for "Three Lives Three Worlds" and "Where Are We Going, Dad". When we went there, the lotus flowers were in full bloom, and the lotus leaves were endless and green. We could choose to visit Puzhehei by boat. We wanted to row a boat manually, but the innkeeper told us that we would get wet whether we wanted to play or not. We were scared and didn't go. If you don't take a boat, you can visit it on foot, which is also free. The island of "Three Lives Three Worlds" felt super big when I watched the TV series, but it's not. The island has been playing a single song on a loop, which is quite artistic, haha.
The streets are full of horse-drawn carriages, all of which are restaurants. The streets are full of sewage and garbage. The toilet at the entrance of the Xianren Cave Scenic Area is a toilet from the 1980s and cannot be entered! There is no worse scenic area than this!
Very beautiful place. Really green mountains and clear water.
At the high-speed railway station, the driver said that the Fairy Cave was 70 yuan, but he said he could take us to two attractions, a total of 300 yuan. What a lie: the flower sea was just average, and the Butterfly Valley was also extremely boring. It was very close on the way, and they really knew how to rip off customers.
It will take longer to visit Puzhehei because it is so big and the tourism industry is relatively standardized. We chose a package here: ticket + battery car + cruise ship. The scenery is undoubtedly so good that it can't be better. I can't imagine that when the lotus flowers are in full bloom, it will be the lotus pond of the Queen Mother. There are naturally a lot of people. Compared with Lijiang Ancient Town and Puzhehei, I prefer this place. Lijiang is too commercialized, not to mention the natural scenery. There are mountains, water and ancient towns here. You should stay here for a few days to wash off the vulgarity on your body and become more fairy-like! !
We left Puzhehei around 2:30 pm. On the way out of the island, we saw many, many, many vehicles queuing to enter the parking lot. It was terrible. The vehicles lined up directly from the center to the city streets, ten kilometers! Fortunately, I had already traveled out of the island!
Along the way, I felt like I was in Guilin instead of Yunnan, because the scenery was so similar! There are many Yi and Zhuang people living here, as well as Sani people. The houses are special, which is my favorite style.
I really don't recommend you to come to the filming location of Eternal Love. The Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms I imagined was not like this. There were only a few peach blossoms, and they were fake. Moreover, there was a power outage on the first day I stayed in Puzhehei Village. There were also cockroaches in the room, big cockroaches! More than 2 cm! I won't stay there without a check-out fee! Maybe there are too many tourists and the facilities are not complete.
There are no peach trees in the forest, but the lotus flowers are so beautiful that I got heatstroke while taking photos. Friends who like lotus flowers are recommended to come in June, July and August, but most of them charge a fee to enter.
The village is full of lotus pods, lotus flowers, and lotus seeds for sale. The prices are not expensive. In addition, the famous inns in Puzhehei are very unique. The prices start from 400~
After reading everyone's comments, I stayed in Xianrendong Village and didn't go to Puzhehei Village. I had a barbecue in Xianrendong at night and wanted to buy some fruit. They were selling some kind of melon I had never seen before. I don't remember what it was called. I thought I should buy such a rare melon and take it home. I weighed it and it cost 50+. I thought it was too expensive. I picked a cheap black melon for 20+. I couldn't bear to eat it on the way. When I got home, I found that it was just a pineapple. Damn~ It was not sweet at all~ The seller wrapped the melon tightly with a black plastic bag, and then sealed it with a plastic bag. It was sold at night, so you couldn't tell at all~ The melon the seller gave you to try was a different melon~
There are inns being built everywhere in Puzhehei Village, and the roads are very dirty and dusty. However, it is close to Qinglong Mountain and the filming location of Eternal Love in Puzhehei Village, so it is convenient to see the scenery.
As a travel expert, I can say that I have traveled all over the country and have been to Yunnan several times, but this is the first time I have encountered such a dark place! I don't even want to give it one star! The hotel I booked online on Qunar: Puzhehei Xiangyun Inn, after receiving the order, they took me to another garbage hotel when I arrived, and asked for the original price. Are you kidding me? ! The whole village is under construction, and it is full of smoke and miasma. Wild dogs, pigs, chickens, and animal feces are all over the village. Local children are running around on the road. The road is bumpy and uneven, and the car must be dragged to the bottom! The village is so congested that it took almost an hour to walk ten kilometers! There are also few places to eat. It's drunk that the local government has made this scenic spot like this! It's completely a routine of a large farmhouse! It feels that the locals have no sense of business at all. The farmers who have turned over are more ruthless than the landlords. I advise everyone not to come! Especially those with children, if you want to come, you have to wait until you come here to sort it out before coming. Coming now can only ruin your good mood for the whole journey.
My impression of Puzhehei: The lotus leaves are so dense~ Here, you can hardly find a place where you can't see lotus flowers. All you can see is lotus. Having seen it so many times, you must remember its name. The white lotus is called Xiaosajin~ If it weren't for the continuous rain, the water here should have been crystal clear, so I attached a photo of the water under the lotus leaves at the end~ If you ask me if it is worth coming here, I will answer that I will not come here a second time. My husband said that this is a combination of the lotus worlds of Yangshuo, Zhaoqing and Sanshui. It is indeed a bit unfair to come here by plane. After taking a boat trip to see the lotus flowers, there is nothing else (there were several caves to visit, but they were closed due to rising water levels in the caves)~ This place was made popular by the movie "Where Are We Going, Dad?" and commercialized. There are people selling things and building buildings everywhere. This is another reason for the minus points~ Many people asked me to write a guide, I dare not recommend or criticize, whether to come or not, you can consider it yourself
The scenery is beautiful. On Sunday, traffic control was implemented in all scenic spots in Puzhehei. It was so crowded. It was quiet again at night, and the morning light was peaceful. Except for the poor hygiene, everything else was very good. There were inns everywhere, which was a bit messy.
It was recommended to me by a friend I met during the trip. He said that if I have time, I must go to Puzhehei, which is the filming location for the first season of "Where Are We Going, Dad?"
Most people who come to Puzhehei go there for the water fights. I may be an exception. I didn't do any research before I went there. I just checked the train tickets online and went there directly.
Because the road in Puzhehei Village was under construction and there was intermittent rain, the road condition was poor and people had to walk on tiptoe very carefully. For people who were used to living in the city, it was quite an interesting experience.
There is a mobile food market in Puzhehei Village, one in the morning and one in the evening, and the food is very cheap. For example, the local crayfish is 15 yuan per pound. You can buy it yourself and process it in the inn. It is so delicious that you can't stop eating it.
Puzhehei Village is the location for the filming of the 2013 Hunan Satellite TV parent-child show "Where Are We Going, Dad?". Currently, there are 3 preserved (the other 2 have been demolished and renovated). If you want to visit, you need to pay 2-3 yuan. The ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot says that the ticket is 200 yuan, and the combined ticket includes the boat ticket and the cave ticket. You can also buy the cave tickets separately: 20 yuan/ticket for Xianren Cave, 15 yuan/ticket for Guanyin Cave, and 20 yuan/ticket for Torch Cave (if you don't enter the cave or take the boat, you don't need to buy a ticket).
It is under construction, with construction sites everywhere, many horse-drawn carriages and private cars carrying passengers, and unclear road signs.
Accommodation and meals are basically in this village. We took the bus to Wenshan from Kunming East Station. You can buy tickets online in advance. When you arrive in Puzhehei, you need to take a bus to the bridgehead of Puzhehei. It is recommended to go in July and August. The lotus flowers are in bloom and very beautiful. The local food is close to the type and taste of Sichuan. You can choose a local horse carriage to visit the village. It costs more than 100 yuan to book a day, and it costs about 10 yuan to take a ride. You can choose to take a cruise in the scenic area for one day, which can pass through the depths of the lotus. On the second day, you can book a horse carriage and play around. On the third day, you can charter a car to visit the surrounding mountain ranches.
The village is in a mess because of road construction, and there is muddy ground after rain. The transportation is not very convenient, but the horse carriage is still unique. I took the children 3 or 4 times and the children were very excited. The lotus flowers have not bloomed yet, so the scenery is still great. The supporting facilities in the village are not complete. It may be because it has just been developed. It always feels inconvenient, especially at night, there are few places for entertainment. Living in the newly opened Joy Inn feels good and the sleep is very comfortable. The quality of toiletries is good. The most important thing is that you can see the scenery in the morning by the lake. Anyway, it is the kind I like and worth recommending. The food at her house is delicious. We changed to another place the next day and returned to her house for dinner.
Many tourists who come to Puzhehei don’t even stay in Puzhehei Village. Although Puzhehei Village doesn’t have any special features, in the final analysis, Puzhehei Village is the core of Puzhehei.
Lao Fu Zi: "More than a thousand years of past events·Leaning on the railing in the peach garden 3⃣️" - Three Lives Three Worlds Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms, Puzhehei Scenic Area, Qiubei County, Wenshan Zhuang Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, 17·8·7 p.m. "Water Melody·Three Lives Like a Dream Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms" Green water and green mountains embroidered, peach trees and spring and autumn. Deep affection in the past and present, three lives and three worlds. Gorgeous and beautiful makeup, the heart is rippling and the eyebrows are shimmering, the clear river goes down to the fishing state. A song of cooking smoke is still, and the green peaks are like clusters. Favoring guests, light feather cape, ink rolls. Su E sways the red song, and the lake light is colorful. Like a dark shadow facing the guests, it stretches around the water post, the fairyland jade tower. Peach blossoms are ten miles of banquets, and the shore house is delicious! February 28, Wuxu year

Puzhehei Village is like a big construction site. At first we thought it was only like this here. After staying in Xianrendong Village and walking around, we found that the whole scenic area is like this. It's so bad. . And the smell of horse manure is everywhere, flies are everywhere, cars are everywhere, and most roads will raise dust as soon as a car passes by: (, looking down from Qinglong Mountain, there are houses everywhere, old and newly built, and there is less water. Many places marked with water on the BD map are actually gone!!! This place will be ruined sooner or later.
On the contrary, if we leave the scenic area and go to a few places nearby, as long as there are fewer houses, the scenery will become nice, the air will be much better, and there will still be flies but much fewer.
There are still a few century-old houses in the village. Under the sunshine, they have a kind of quaint and peaceful beauty. The village is also vigorously transforming and developing tourism. The villagers said that in less than half a year, these houses may be demolished and rebuilt, and they may not be seen next time. Oh, take more photos as a souvenir...
During the day, I wandered around the village aimlessly. Puzhehei is indeed as famous as it is said to be, with beautiful scenery everywhere!
In Puzhehei, peach blossoms bloom from mid-February to the end of March.
The scenery is great, come out and breathe some fresh air. It's a pity that it was cloudy when we came, it would be more beautiful on a sunny day.
Puzhehei Village is not standardized, dirty and messy, with accommodation and food, belonging to the general consumption area. But it is very close to the main attractions, such as Qinglong Mountain for a panoramic view and Three Lives Three Worlds, which are all close and can basically be walked. With the physical strength of young people, Puzhehei's golden attractions can be visited in half a day.
Xianrendong Village is very standard and has the characteristics of a Chinese pedestrian street, such as antique streets, inns, restaurants, clean, comfortable, high consumption, belonging to the petty bourgeoisie, white-collar consumption area. The disadvantage is that it is far from the main attractions, and young people have the physical strength to walk for about an hour.
I suggest you go to Qinglong Mountain and Three Lives Three Worlds. There is nothing interesting in other places in Puzhehei. If you want to travel cheaply, stay in Puzhehei Village. If you want to live in a more romantic place and have a romantic relationship, stay in Xianrendong Village.
p.s. I am a picky eater. I am from Yunnan. The food in Puzhehei Village and Qinglong Mountain is really not good. I don't know about Xianren Cave. I can't afford it at the moment. But the scenery is really good. It depends on the weather. I will go to this place again and take my girlfriend there in the future.
Yunnan people's experience of traveling in Puzhehei, for your reference
Puzhehei is the filming location of Eternal Love. The best season is June every year, when the lake is full of blooming lotuses, and there are schools of flowers, birds, and fish, as well as crowds of tourists, making it a lively place. Now is the off-season, and the lake is bare and there is nothing to see on a boat. The best viewing point in Puzhehei is the highest Qinglong Mountain, where you can see all the other mountains from afar. I climbed the mountain in the dark before dawn in the morning, and there were no street lights. Fortunately, there were many people watching and photographing the sunrise, so I followed them up the mountain. My efforts paid off, and I actually saw the sunrise and the golden reflection in the water, as shown in the photos below.
I really like Puzhehei, a place with beautiful scenery and simple villagers❤️
I have been here three times in four years and it was always pretty good, except that the weather this year (February 6th when I came) was very cold and the rape flowers were not in bloom.
A very nice place, a beautiful village with mountains, water and crops.
This is a photo shooting spot recommended by China National Geographic magazine.
The typical karst landform is developed, with "water farmland, lakes and peaks"
Puzhehei in a broad sense refers to the entire Puzhehei scenic area (like Luoping Rapeseed Flower, no entrance fee is charged), while in a narrow sense it refers to Puzhehei Village. There are two major villages in Puzhehei Scenic Area, Puzhehei Village and Xianrendong Village, and we stayed in the latter. The two villages are four or five kilometers apart. Puzhehei Village is closer to the main attractions, while Xianrendong Village has better living environment and surrounding facilities.
In order to avoid traffic and experience the local customs, we chose to take a horse-drawn carriage from Xianrendong Village to Puzhehei Village. Interestingly, you cannot take a horse-drawn carriage to complete this journey. You must change to a horse-drawn carriage at a three-way intersection called a "turntable" (you have to pay more). Because the two villages have reached a tacit agreement that the horse-drawn carriages of each village cannot cross the turntable to take business, which is really interesting.
The price of the horse-drawn carriages in both villages is 10 yuan per person, and children are free. Although it is a bit bumpy, it is quite interesting to take a Puzhehei "taxi".
The village is not big. Following the path, we saw signs with house numbers on them and soon arrived at the house where Jimmy Lin and his son lived.
The first impression after entering the house is still "primitive". Except for the three or four yuan per person entrance fee and the TV playing program recordings to show the authenticity of the goods, it has not become too commercial because of "Where Are We Going, Dad?", like renovating the house to become petty bourgeois, no! Sitting in the house are local villagers chatting and eating together, just like an ordinary family.
I have heard of Puzhehei for a long time. Now it is the off-season, there are no peach blossoms and lotus flowers, so I can only go to Qinglong Mountain to see the scenery. The innkeeper is very welcoming, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room can see Qinglong Mountain.
Trash, trash. Disappointing. Boring place, just a big lake + some karst hills + a few caves, and a bunch of noisy locals and tourists. Very poor infrastructure, very poor experience, just relying on a bunch of black mouths to blow
Puzhehei Scenic Area has first-class scenery. There are many people coming during the Spring Festival. It is recommended to come during the off-season. The scenic area is still under development and the public supporting facilities are not perfect. It is very convenient to eat and live around. The scenic area is open and free, except for some caves that charge a fee. When ordering food, you should ask the price, otherwise you will be easily cheated. It is recommended to travel by car.
I went there in February. It was too cold for northerners! The air conditioner in the room was not hot. There was no hot water for showering after 9 o'clock. You could breathe out when you opened your mouth. It was almost like eating outdoors, which challenged the limits of human body. The scenery was okay. It was not amazing because it was cloudy, but it was still beautiful.
A very beautiful place, a land of fish and rice, suitable for a few more days of fun. I have been there twice.
When I met Puzhehei, the green mountains and clear waters were really beautiful!
When I arrived in Puzhehei, I was first attracted by its pristine landscape. There are many lakes and wetlands here, especially the beautiful mountain shapes of the karst landforms. The scenic spots of Sansheng Sanshi and Qinglong Mountain are must-sees. Food: Because the water quality here is good, the fish is particularly delicious. The lotus leaf eggs and lotus roots are delicious. The taste of Pengujiayuan restaurant is good. Accommodation: We stayed in the Heyun Lakeside Resort Hotel by the lake in the village. The conditions are very good. Transportation: Renting a horse carriage is not expensive and convenient. In addition, renting a bicycle to go around the surrounding villages is even more convenient.
There are many rivers and lakes here, and winding waterways are surrounded by vast green mountains. Ten thousand acres of lotus flowers bloom with elegant pink in summer, filling the entire lake. Occasionally, a small boat passes through the water, causing ripples in the lake, breaking through the blue sky, white clouds and distant mountains in the water, and attracting fish and shrimp in the water to jump happily. This is Puzhehei. The simple Yi villagers, interesting folk festivals, ancient villages, karst cave landscapes and rural scenery make this place another paradise on earth in Yunnan.
I had heard of this place a long time ago, so I took advantage of the holiday and took the high-speed rail from Kunming for more than an hour. I caught up with the good weather and went to Puzhehei village. There was nothing to see in it except a few filming spots of "Where Are We Going, Dad?" It was better to take a boat trip on the lake and the scenery along the way in the morning. The fake peach blossoms at the filming spot of "Eternal Love" were too... The boat ticket was 170, including the Torch Cave, which was worth seeing. There were bats flying around when I first entered.
The scenery is great. The Three Lives, Three Worlds, Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms is the main attraction. Tickets for other attractions are not expensive, such as the Torch Cave and the Immortal Cave. It is recommended to visit for one day, take the train from Kunming in the morning, and return on the same day by train at night. If you want to go to Shede Grassland, you need to stay overnight. The main means of transportation in the scenic area is horse-drawn carriages. It costs 10 yuan per child to go anywhere, but the horses are too slow.
I have been to many places, similar to Jiuzhaigou, but definitely smaller than Jiuzhaigou, the scenery is nice, but I didn't go in. No boat ride, no fee.
I went there after New Year's Day, and missed the peak of the tourist flow. Although it was raining, I still managed to take some pictures.
Taking a boat trip to the lake and having a water fight are must-do activities when visiting Puzhehei
The main activities in Puzhehei are boating and water fights. It would be great if young people could have fun.
The natural scenery is beautiful and no tickets are required; the Puzhehei Scenic Area is basically composed of Puzhehei Village and Xianren Cave Village.
The main attractions are around Qinglong Mountain in Puzhehei Village and Mizi Mountain in Xianrendong Village. The scenery is really beautiful when standing on the top of the mountain.
Accommodation is recommended in the residential houses of Xianrendong Village, which are reasonably priced and unique in style. Although most of them are used as shops and hotels, it does not affect sightseeing.
The people are simple, warm and friendly. Even the coachman is worthy of praise. He is so simple that you can't bargain with him! After the coachman takes you to your destination (there is a special carriage stop), he is afraid that you can't find the location, so he walks to the entrance of the scenic spot and tells you how to visit. When you leave the scenic area, you will see that the coachman comes to pick you up again. It's really warm and touching! Thank you!
After we parked at the parking area at the entrance of the scenic spot, we found that it was not where we wanted to go. After telling the parking lot staff, they immediately refunded us the parking fee. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation. In fact, 10 yuan for parking is already very cheap (10 yuan per time without time limit), but it shows spirit!
