清溪介绍

清溪镇，东莞市辖下镇，位于广东省东莞市的东南部，毗邻港澳，与深圳市、惠州市接壤。镇府驻地距市城区及深圳均约为48公里。

清溪镇是中国2012首批“最美小镇”、“2012中国最佳休闲小城”、“全国文明镇”、“中国最宜居城镇”。2014年8月，清溪入全国重点镇，打造珠三角的香格里拉。

清溪是岭南客家古镇，客家传统文化艺术在清溪得到了传承和发展，清溪客家山歌、麒麟舞、客家民俗舞蹈多次获得国际和国家奖项，清溪彩扎麒麟制作技艺已列入国家级非物质文化遗产名录，清溪麒麟舞、客家山歌已列入广东省非物质文化遗产名录，清溪客家酿酒已列入东莞市非物质文化遗产名录。清溪也获定为中国民间文化艺术之乡、全国麒麟文化传承基地。
