好花红村(原名辉岩寨)，距离惠水县城15公里，是一个以布依族为主的少数民族聚居村落，共14个村民小组、18个自然村寨，其中布依族高达2867人，有“中国金钱桔之乡”、“好花红民歌发源地”、“中华布依第一堂屋” “三块金字招牌”。

这里搭建着支架还未修好的门楼已然焕然一新；灰砖砌成的不完整建筑也凝聚成了千户白墙灰瓦的布依风情建筑群；涟江河水清幽幽，蜿蜒在镇中，采用民族风情骨架与涟江水系点缀成景，运用现代建筑模式与民族民居特色相结合的风格，交叉错落布置。
