For example, head to Kaifeng First Floor to sample the famous "Wanglou Mountain Cave Plum Blossom Buns," originating from the Northern Song Dynasty's Tokyo. Alternatively, try Pangji Bucket Chicken, Xingjia Pot Stickers, or Fengmingzhai Peanut Cake—it's truly a delightful experience.
