The former site of the Hebei-Shandong-Henan Border Revolutionary Base (Puyang Danguai Revolutionary Site) is located at the junction of Hebei, Shandong, and Henan provinces. It covers 186,700 square meters, with a building area of 24,000 square meters. After more than half a century of vicissitudes, nearly 40 sites and residences remain here, many of which retain their original appearance. These sites are typical of northern Chinese residential styles from the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China, representing the architectural culture of the Central Plains era.
It has a warm temperate continental monsoon climate, with warm and windy springs, hot and rainy summers, clear and cool autumns, and dry, cold, and little snow in winters.
