The Shuilianxia Scenic Area, located in the mountainous area south of Jinan, is located in Liubu, Shandong's leading ecotourism town. Since its opening, the scenic area has become a popular destination for visitors. Spanning over 6,000 mu (approximately 1,000 acres), it is home to Jinan's highest peak, Tizi Mountain, and its largest canyon, Jiujiuxia.
The high mountains and deep gorges have created the largest waterfalls in the Spring City, and the natural stone paintings have created the only Mount Tai Stone Painting Garden in Jinan. The ingenious combination of the original ecological characteristics of the scenic area and the cultural atmosphere further enhances the scenic area's functions.
New recreational activities have been added, including dynamic water play and nine-bend rafting. The park is divided into five major zones: Water Rhythm and Strange Rocks, Ecological Wellness, Entertainment and Leisure, Religious Culture, and Outdoor Adventure. This has become a new concept scenic spot integrating sightseeing, dining, accommodation, and conference reception. The sacred waters of the sacred spring have earned it the reputation of "the summit of the Spring City, the source of Baotu." With its numerous waterfalls and lush trees, it is the site of Shandong's first discovery of the peach jellyfish and is hailed as the best-preserved pristine ecological scenic spot in the Spring City.
