Yalong Bay is a scenic tropical coastal area in the eastern suburbs of Sanya, Hainan Province, approximately 10 kilometers from the city center. Centered around Wild Boar Island, the bay is flanked by Dongzhou Island and Xizhou Island to the south, and Dongpai and Xipai Islands to the west, offering a variety of water sports.
Yalong Bay, a crescent-shaped bay, boasts a 7-kilometer-long, silvery-white beach with exceptionally fine sand. The South China Sea here is unpolluted, its waters crystal clear, displaying several shades of blue. Under the surface, a rich variety of corals are clearly visible, making it ideal for a variety of underwater activities, including diving, making the seabed a focal point of local tourism. Hainan is the main filming location for the movie "If You Are the One 2" and one of the must-see places for tourists to Sanya. There are many lush trees here, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Yalong Bay by climbing to the top of the mountain.
Scenes from the movie If You Are the One can be seen everywhere in the scenic area, including the "Dragon Cable Bridge Across the River" that Shu Qi walked across, the "Cliff Lake" on the cliff, and the trial marriage room that witnessed romantic love. This area is a great place for water activities and diving. The waters here are home to a wide variety of corals and algae, as well as a vast school of fish, offering a truly immersive experience. Activities include semi-submersible sightseeing, scuba diving at Beauty Reef, underwater walking, deep-sea scuba diving, banana boat rides, parasailing, snorkeling, glass-bottom boat tours, speedboat tours, motorboat rides, surf buggies, beach scooters, and beach bathing. Even if you don't participate in any of the water activities, you can still enjoy the water and sand.
