With Tongguling as the center, it includes Qishui Bay, Moon Bay, Stone Park, Baoling River, Yunlong Bay, Da'ao Bay, Xiao'ao Bay, Tanghong Port and other places to form the Tongguling National Nature Reserve.
Tongguling, connecting the inland to the west and the South China Sea to the east, stretches over 20 kilometers and marks Hainan's easternmost corner. Known for its stunning mountains, unique rocks, and fascinating legends, it's known as the "First Peak of Eastern Hainan." The main peak, at 338 meters above sea level, is surrounded by the sea on three sides, boasting unique landforms and lush vegetation. The scenic area boasts historical sites such as temples, monks' houses, and nunneries, as well as unique rocks and stones such as immortal halls, fairy caves, wind-moving rocks, silver snake rocks, and sea turtle rocks.
