Yiku Creative Industrial Park is located at 11 Xiangtan Road, Hongqiao District, Tianjin, in the heart of the transportation, commerce, and trade hub of Tianjin West Railway Station. Yiku Creative Park is Tianjin's first creative industrial park to be created through the comprehensive redevelopment of old factory buildings. Fourteen buildings, embodying Tianjin's industrial history, have been meticulously renovated by designers to create a harmonious blend of old and new.

"Old" is Yiku's hallmark. The old workshops, factories, and warehouses that epitomize Tianjin's urban and industrial development since the founding of the People's Republic of China still tell a glittering story.
