The resort completed the renovation and expansion of the original coastline in May 2001. The Gold Coast stretches 4.5 kilometers and is 100-200 meters wide. It is the largest in the north and can accommodate 100,000 people at a time.

The Ten-Mile Golden Coast is one of the 16 "healthy" bathing beaches in the country rated by the State Oceanic Administration of China and is the main leisure and entertainment area of ​​the Golden Stone Beach National Tourist Resort.
