
Located in Hongdong County, Shanxi Province, the Dahuai Tree Root-Seeking and Ancestor-Worshiping Garden is the only sacred site in China dedicated to the themes of "root-seeking" and "ancestor-worshiping." It is listed as a national intangible cultural heritage site. The scenic area is divided into four major themed areas: the "Immigration Historic Site Area," the "Ancestor-Worshiping Activity Area," the "Folk Customs Tour Area," and the "Fenhe River Ecological Area." The Hongdong Dahuai Tree Root-Seeking and Ancestor-Worshiping Garden has long been deeply rooted in the hearts of the descendants of the Yellow Emperor, and is considered their "home," "ancestor," and "root."
