
Jianshi County is a county under the jurisdiction of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Hubei Province. It is also a key goat production area in the Qingjiang River Basin and a grassland experimental demonstration base in southern China. It has built the largest goat breeding base in the province.

Giant Ape Cave
Gigantopithecus Cave, commonly known as Dragon Bone Cave, is located in Mazaping Village, Gaoping Town. Between 1968 and 1970, excavations at the Institute of Vertebrate Paleontology and Paleoanthropology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, uncovered five Gigantopithecus brucei tooth fossils, three Australopithecus fossils, and 24 species of fossils of its companion animals, including turtles, primates, carnivores, proboscideans, perissodactyls, and rodents.
Qingjiang Grand Canyon
Located in Jianshi County, Enshi, the Yesanxia Scenic Area encompasses several scenic areas, including the Yesanxia Qingjiang Grand Canyon, the Jingyang Gallery, and the Yellow Crane Bridge Peak Forest Canyon. Boasting a pleasant climate, pristine ecology, and a rich sense of wilderness, the area boasts breathtaking natural beauty and unique folk customs, boasting a vibrant mix of colorful gorges, peculiar peaks, springs, waterfalls, flowering trees, lush vines, ancient passes, old streets, and a rich tapestry of Tujia culture. Peak of Enshi - Huanghe Peak Forest
Located in the southern part of Huaping Town, on the north bank of the Qingjiang River, at an altitude of 1,200-1,300 meters, the Huangheqiao Peak Forest features a peak forest landscape similar to those found in Zhangjiajie and Chaibuxi. The area boasts numerous peaks and towering cliffs, seemingly rivaling the heavens for height. The scenic area boasts a variety of large and small stone pillars, unusual peaks, grotesque rocks, deep valleys, natural chasms, fissures, and precipitous cliffs. This magnificent and unique peak forest landscape is rare among karst landforms, earning it the nickname "A Grand View Garden of Strange Peaks and Rocks."
