The second phase of Mochou Village, "Mochou Upper Village," will feature a "folk hotel inn, a fashionable entertainment bar, and a rural leisure resort," and is expected to open to the public on October 1, 2017. The third phase, "Mochou West Village," will primarily accommodate "cultural vacations, sports and recreational treatments, and health and elderly care" for stays of three days or more, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
