Lanling County is located in southern Shandong Province, at the intersection of the coastal region's opening up and the Huanghuai Plain's rapid development. Famous attractions include the Xiangyi Ancient City Ruins, Dazongshan Langgong Temple, and Wenfeng Mountain. The Xiangyi Ancient City Ruins are square, 500 meters on a loess plateau. The northeast corner of the ancient city is located at the northeast corner of today's Xiangcheng Hospital. The southeast corner of the ancient city was the former town agricultural station, now a town staff family compound. Xiangchengdong Village is located east of the ancient city. Dazongshan Langgong Temple, surrounded by nine peaks, is the first of the four ancient temples in Langya. The Dazongshan Langgong Temple tourist area is located 2 kilometers east of Dazhong Village. The main peak is 257 meters above sea level and runs north-south. Nestled in the mountains, Langgong Temple has a long history, dating back to the Eastern Jin Dynasty. It was named after the Eastern Jin Dynasty monk Langgong Zhuoxi, who practiced Zen there.
