The former site of the Shaanxi-Gansu Border Region Soviet Government features eight cave dwellings, which served as Xi Zhongxun's office, living quarters, quarters for the guard squad, and kitchen. The government building has been restored to its original style and is a provincial-level cultural relic protection site.
