Introducing Yongshou

The Wuling Temple Pagoda stands 27.5 meters tall, 6 meters in diameter, and 21 meters in circumference. It features seven stories and eight floors, constructed of brick and wood. It is a double-eaved pavilion-style structure with flying brackets and arches, corner bells, round and square gates, and exterior railings with various carvings. The pagoda is located within the ruins of Wuling Temple in Yongping, Yongshou County (the former county seat), Shaanxi Province, hence the name Wuling Temple Pagoda. Legend has it that during the Song Dynasty, this site housed Cuiping Academy. Looking up at the pagoda from the courtyard, the clouds swaying and the tower swaying are a truly spectacular sight.
