Genting is a tourist and summer resort in Malaysia and the largest plateau summer resort in Southeast Asia. It is located on the eastern slope of the middle section of the Kebau Mountains in the southwest of Kuala Lumpur, about 50 kilometers northeast of Kuala Lumpur.

The Genting Skytrain departs from the Genting Skytrain Station in Gohtong Jaya and travels directly to the Maxims Hotel.
