
Liaoyuan City is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Jilin Province, China. It is located in the southern part of Jilin Province, at the upper reaches of the Dongliao River and Huifa River, at the intersection of the Changbai Mountains and the Songnen Plain. It is named after its location at the source of the Dongliao River. In the Qing Dynasty, it was the royal "Shengjing Enclosure".
Liaoyuan is rich in tourism resources, including the Kuixing Tower of Fushou Palace, Xiangyangshan Forest Park, Longshan Park, Interlaken Happy Valley, Hongyeling of Heron Lake, Julongtan National Water Conservancy Scenic Area, Jiangcheng Botanical Garden, Liaoyuan Miners' Cemetery Exhibition Hall, Hancongding National Forest Park, Zhalanfenwei National Culture Park Film and Television City, etc. It is known as a pearl on the banks of the Dongliao River.

Longshan Park
Beyond the natural beauty of Longshou Mountain's mountains, rivers, and forests, the majestic and dazzling Kuixing Tower can be seen from afar through the jungle. Ancient Chinese believed Kuixing was the deity in charge of literary fortune. He governed the fate of scholars, their success and failure. Many candidates in the past prayed to Kuixing for blessings, hoping to achieve high academic scores and pass the imperial examinations.

It is the largest of the Taoist (or Taoist) towers in China and is known as the "No. 1 Taoist Tower in China." It is a landmark building in Liaoyuan City.
People's Square
Liaoyuan People's Square has beautiful scenery, with large fountains, LED screens, and rare tree species. It is only 1,000 meters away from Liaohe Square and opposite the beautiful Dongliao River.
