Introducing Bainiao Rock

Bainiao Rock, also known as Water Wave Skylight and Longevity Cave, is located at the foot of Mozhai Mountain, northwest of Jiazhuan Township. This unique underground river cave is a masterpiece of nature created over hundreds of millions of years. Bainiao Rock was formed primarily through the long process of underground river water dissolving, eroding, and collapsing Mozhai Mountain.

In the movie "Double Exposure" starring Fan Bingbing, there is a scene where she "jumps into the water like a fish" and then emerges from the water. The scene was shot and edited in two different locations, "one in the south and one in the north", and the "south" is the Bainiao Rock in Bama.

Climate and best time to travel

There is a different geomagnetic field here, with a higher intensity than in other parts of the world; a different mountain spring, with water rich in minerals and trace elements that are beneficial to the human body; a different sunlight, with sunshine lasting up to 1531.3 hours, and more far-infrared radiation, the "light of life".

Recommended number of days and locations for visiting

Countless caves and waterways branch within Bainiao Rock, densely packed like a honeycomb, leaving no one knowing where to go. The entire cave resembles a magnificently decorated underwater dragon palace with unpredictable scenery. Peering through the cave's triangular entrance, like a painter's frame, it frames a stunning scene of distant green mountains and nearby verdant hills, bamboo, fields, water, and fishermen. The mountains resemble gemstones, the people seem like immortals, and the shimmering water and mountains complement each other, captivating visitors. This unique scene resembles Guilin's Reed Flute Cave, but because it can only be visited by boat, visitors have given it the nickname "Reed Flute Cave on the Water."
