Phoenix Mountain is a famous historical mountain in Jilin Province. It was first built during the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty and expanded in the sixth year of the Guangxu period (1880). At an altitude of 365.8 meters, it is home to a variety of pristine and precious trees, the six-meter-tall Silver Phoenix incarnation, the Main Hall, the Lansheng Terrace, the Three Immortals Cave, the Chaofeng Pavilion, the Phoenix Claw Stone, the Haiyun Cave, the Small Stone Forest, the Black Dragon Pool, the Crescent Moon Lake, and other scenic spots, all of which can be seen against the backdrop of lush mountains and a maze of peaks and valleys.
