The project is based on agricultural flower planting and sightseeing, with train elements as its characteristic landscape, leisure experience as its tourist attraction, and "horse viewing", "vacation experience" and "leisure and entertainment" as its main contents. It strives to build the scenic area into "the most beautiful, longest-blooming and most popular flower viewing destination in Heilongjiang Province.
