Introducing Laozhaishan

Laozhai Mountain is located in Yingshi Village, Huangtian Town, Pinggui Management District, Hezhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It has karst landform and is composed of limestone. The mountain is about 200 meters high, with dense shrubs and lush grass. The rock is moist all year round, and water flows down from the heights to form an artesian well at the foot of the mountain on the east side. The well water flows all year round and is called "Dajing". Therefore, Laozhai Mountain is also called "Dajing Mountain".

From the summit, the Li River curves at the foot of the mountain, with tourist boats crisscrossing. In the evening, across the Dahebei alluvial plain, the mountains shimmer red in the sunset, punctuated by hints of green – a scene reminiscent of the Xingping sunset so celebrated by the renowned painter Xu Beihong.
