
Taierzhuang Canal Wetland Park is the first wetland park in China that focuses on canal wetlands.
It is mainly composed of river wetlands such as the lower reaches of Taogou River, the lower reaches of Yicheng Dashaha River diversion channel and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal section between the two river mouths. It surrounds the Taierzhuang urban area, stretches for 13 miles, covers an area of more than 20,000 acres, and is a typical river wetland.
