The Tianjin Binhai New Area Cultural Center Library is a large-scale main-branch library formed through the institutional integration of the former Tanggu Library, Hangu Library, Dagang Library, Tanggu Children's Library, and Hangu Children's Library. It was designed by the Dutch architectural design firm MVRDV and the Architectural Branch of Tianjin Urban Planning and Design Institute. The design concept is "Eye of the Binhai" and "The path to the mountain of books is through diligence."
