The Long March Crossing Jiajin Mountain Memorial Hall, located in Baoxing County, is the first snow-capped mountain crossed by the Red Army during the Long March. The Red Army's conquest of Baoxing and crossing the formidable Jiajin Mountain left behind a breathtaking and moving story, writing a significant chapter in the history of the Red Army's Long March. To promote the spirit of the Red Army, Baoxing County built the Long March Crossing Jiajin Mountain Memorial Hall in 2005.
The memorial hall, located on the banks of the Qingyi River in the county seat, covers approximately 5,000 square meters. It comprises three main sections: the Red Army Square, a themed sculpture, and a graphic strip depicting the Red Army's Long March across Jiajin Mountain. It serves as a base for patriotic education.
