The Church of Our Lady of the Rosary, also known as the Church of St. Dominic, is located in the heart of Macau and boasts a history of over 400 years. Dedicated to Our Lady of Fatima, a deity deeply revered by the Portuguese, the church houses many fascinating paintings and sculptures, most notably the statue of Jesus Christ, which embodies the characteristics and style of ancient Spanish religious art.

The door of the church is finely carved, the ceiling is covered with patterns and decorations, the interior of the church is colorful, and stained glass of various shapes are combined to form bright and vivid patterns. There is a statue of the Virgin and Child on the altar, and a statue of Our Lady of Fatima is placed in the church. The procession of Our Lady of Fatima on May 13 every year starts from this church.

The Reliquary houses nearly 300 religious artworks, some of which were donated by other churches or individuals. The diverse collection includes utensils made of various materials, paintings, and sacrificial vestments. At the end of the Reliquary's top floor are two large bronze bells, the oldest in Macao. Due to their age, they no longer ring.
