The 24-kilometer Dongshan River basin is designed as a riverside recreation area offering diverse activities, recreation, and leisure. The park is divided into three sections: upper, middle, and lower, each offering distinct recreational features. The theme of the park is "Close to Water, Embracing Greenery."
