Zhenyuan Ancient City, located in the lower reaches of the Danwuyang River, is a nationally recognized historical and cultural city with a 2,000-year history. Within the city, cultural attractions include Qinglong Cave, Zhongyuan Cave, Heping Village, Wuwang Cave, and the Four Palaces. Worth visiting are the ancient houses concentrated in the Chongzikou and Fuxing Lane areas, offering a rich sense of history.
Nestled amidst towering mountains, the Wuyang River Scenic Area, comprised of Longwang Gorge, Zhuge Gorge, and Xixia, is known as the "Three Gorges of Wuyang." The river's waters are as clear and tender as jade, the surface of the river serene and luminous, and the air refreshing and invigorating. The deep river valley is lined with majestic, varied mountains, dotted with verdant trees, and cascading waterfalls and springs create a breathtaking spectacle.
