Recent experience womens clothes made?
Looking for recommendations of anyone that has had womrns clothes made in HK. I have 2 dresses i want replicated and a few other things. Want good quality but not luxury high end any ideas?
Believe or not,in the business few of the clothes are actually made in HK. In most cases,if not all,it's made somewhere Guangdong.or other places even more remote and cost lower.
If you go to tailor shops in HK, after the receive orders, they send orders to Shenzhen or China to make the clothes and give the final products to you.
It has been like that for many years.
If you have free china visa, maybe it is better and cheaper to go to Shenzhen.
There definitely are still custom tailors around - catering to the higher end of course, which are not just made to measure, but where you have to come back once or twice for fitting to make it really to your size.
For basic orders like replicating a dress, such orders will indeed usually be sent to a factory in China. A week or two later you can come back to the shop and pick up the finished product.
