Staying on koh samui next April. Looking for a trip to the marine park, any recommendations please. I know speed boat would be quicker but really would long tail if possible. Thank you
It is too far to go for longtail boats.
I have seen tours on some of the big boats, which you then transfer to long boats for some of the stuff around the islands. Can't say I'd recommend those though, as there always seems to be way too many people on the boats.
Far to far and agree with #1 Speed boat best by far.
Definitely recommend trip with 100 degrees East. Only 12 people per boat and the crew are amazing. Snorkelling, hike up to see emerald lake and kayaking. Plus an amazing lunch on a deserted island. A brilliant day out very well organised and run. They collect you from your hotel and drop you back. The marine park is some distance so a speed boat it probably best.
Totally recommend 100 degrees also. Top notch safety, fun, professional trip. I am sure many more people will vouch for them.
How much do 100 degrees charge per person, can't seem to find their rates on a web.
Best to contact them. They are not the cheapest but IMHO the best. We have done many tours and they are so professional and safe and fun.
I know I can contact them, but for a company that has been in business for so long with working website and not to publish their official tour rates is something really strange...So, anyone can tell me how much are their tours cost?
Last time we did the Ang Thong tour with 100 Degrees East (last August), the price was 4950 baht per adult and 2750 per child (ages 4-12)
