I read with sadness the TA reviews about the Lankford Hotel since new ownership took over. I know there's no place like the old Lankford - with friendly service, clean rooms and a place to sit in rocking chairs watching the ocean and the Boardwalk traffic. But is there another place on the Boardwalk that is - at least - clean with a similar porch area? I read about both mice and roaches at the Lankford, so a place without those would be much appreciated! Anyone? Any ideas? Last time I was there I took photos of real estate signs on the Boardwalk but can't differentiate between what's good inside and what's not by seeing the porches! Thanks for any help.
