Darien too far?

Question

We’ll be coming to the Brunswick/St Simon’s area for four days in Feb. We will mainly be golfing and we’ll want some good seafood. Is Darien a nice place to use as a home base? We don’t mind driving 30 mins to get places as we live in an area that takes us 30 mins to get to any golf course and restaurants. I found a cute Air BnB and I’m having trouble finding nice ones on St Simon’s for our dates (Feb 13-17). Thanks!
