can i get a shuttle bus from harbin airport to Minhang Konggang Hotel (Harbin Taiping

International Airport)

as taxis at the airport seem reluctent to take you to hotels near the airport as to close., but to far to walk.

my phone is only a PAYG phone so not really any good in china to phone hotel for a lift
