MLK Jr. weekend CET vs MGM huge rate discrepancies??

Hey everyone. Is something going on at CET properties over MLK Jr. weekend?? The rates are much higher and pretty much 2x comparable properties at MGM. What am I missing?? I'm trying to go and I have pretty solid rates via my MGM Player's card but not so much at all via my CET Player's card. I'm also trying to help a couple book a room and it's still WAY cheaper than my rates via CET card other than Flamingo or Harrah's. Has it always been this way and I haven't noticed?? It's literally still cheaper paying a RF with MGM than not with CET the way the rates are looking.
