Reasonably priced day spa?
Staying at the MGM in April, but their spa prices are ridiculous. Any recommendations for a spa for wife & I to have a pamper day (couples massage, mani/pedi, etc). We’ll have a car so getting around isn’t an issue.
It sounds like you and your wife are looking for a more affordable way to enjoy a relaxing spa day while staying in Las Vegas! MGM’s spa is indeed one of the higher-end options on the Strip, but there are plenty of other spas around the city that offer great services at more reasonable prices. Since you have a car, you’ll have the flexibility to explore a variety of options off the Strip as well. Here are a few recommendations for reasonably priced spas in Las Vegas that offer a range of services, including couples massages, mani/pedis, and more:
- The Spa at The LINQ: Located at The LINQ Hotel & Casino, this spa offers a more affordable option compared to the big resorts. They have a variety of packages, including couples massages and basic nail services. It’s also in a great area to explore the LINQ Promenade afterward, making it a convenient and enjoyable outing.
- Vdara Spa: If you’re willing to venture a bit off the Strip, Vdara Spa at the Vdara Hotel & Spa offers luxurious treatments without the overwhelming price tag of the larger hotel spas. They offer packages for couples that include massages, facials, and other relaxing treatments. The atmosphere is peaceful and not overly commercialized, which many visitors appreciate.
- Planet Hollywood Spa by Mandara: Situated at Planet Hollywood Resort, this spa has a more reasonable pricing structure for services like a couples massage or mani/pedi combo. They also offer package deals, which can be a great way to save money if you’re looking for a full pampering experience.
- Massage Envy: If you’re looking for something more budget-friendly, Massage Envy offers an affordable alternative. They have several locations in the Las Vegas area and offer couples massages and mani/pedi services at a fraction of the price of resort spas. You can also sign up for a membership if you plan on visiting multiple times throughout your stay.
- Bliss Spa at The Cosmopolitan: The Bliss Spa offers great value for high-quality treatments. While it’s still on the Strip, it tends to be less expensive than the top-tier hotel spas. They offer excellent packages for couples, including massages and manicures/pedicures, in a more modern, upbeat environment. You can also enjoy their relaxing lounge areas.
- Exhale Spa at the Bellagio: While the Bellagio itself is known for being a luxury hotel, the Exhale Spa offers more reasonable pricing compared to some of the bigger spas in the area. Exhale offers spa services like couples massages, facials, and even fitness classes. The vibe is peaceful and inviting, making it a great option for a full day of relaxation.
These spas offer great deals without the extreme prices found at places like the MGM Grand. Since you’ll have a car, it gives you the opportunity to explore different areas of the city, especially those off the Strip, where prices are often lower. Many of these spas also offer discounted packages or seasonal deals, so it’s worth checking their websites or calling ahead to ask about any special offers for couples.
Enjoy your pampering day in Las Vegas and have a wonderful time relaxing with your wife!
