Sadly, it looks like the Cosmo double booking loophole is closed. Last trip I was able to double book comps at Cosmo and Park MGM. I attempted to double book a comped room at Cosmo for my upcoming trip and get a message that "the offer you are applying overlaps with an offer in your cart or an existing reservation". Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
