We were considering an exploratory trip to Singer Island and we're Hilton members/fans. Wife and I like to walk on beach, and wondering if there are any / many bars and restaurants within reasonable walking distance? We'd rather not have to Uber too much. Thanks in advance!
Singer Island is a quieter, more residential area compared to nearby Palm Beach, so the Hilton properties there, such as the Hilton Singer Island Oceanfront, are excellent for beach walks and relaxing stays. The main appeal is the beautiful, wide sandy beach right outside your door and the resort amenities themselves.
In terms of bars and restaurants within walking distance, options are somewhat limited compared to more commercial areas. Most dining options are either within the hotel or a short drive/Uber away. You can walk to a few local spots, but it’s not a bustling nightlife or dining district.
Within or very close to the Hilton and Singer Island area:
If you want a wider selection of bars, restaurants, and nightlife, you’ll need to head into nearby Palm Beach or Riviera Beach areas, which would require a short drive or Uber. For those focused on a quiet beach getaway with minimal travel, staying at the Hilton works perfectly, but be aware that extensive walking-to-dining options are limited.
Overall, the Hilton on Singer Island is ideal for:
If your priority is being able to walk to multiple bars and restaurants, you might consider Palm Beach proper or West Palm Beach, but for a serene, Hilton-branded beach stay, Singer Island is excellent.
