3rd and Main
What's the neighborhood like at 3rd and Main? There is a housing facility there with short term rentals for patients at UF; not being from Jacksonville, I'd like to know if it's a safe, walkable area convenient to major roads. Noisy? Congested? Any greenery around? Thanks for your input!
